Adhesive composition for gluding paper and fabric
SUBSTANCE: adhesive contains a basic component in form of brewer's or distiller's yeast which is a waste from the brewing or distillation industry. The residue of brewer's or distiller's yeast is treated with 2% sodium hydroxide solution in ratio of 1:1. The adhesive composition contains the treated residue of brewer's yeast, glycerin and boric acid. Components of the composition are in the following ratio, pts. wt: residue of brewer's or distiller's yeast treated with 2% sodium hydroxide solution in ratio of 1:1 96.0-98.0; glycerin 1.9-3.7; boric acid 0.1-0.3.
EFFECT: adhesive composition has high adhesive capacity and low cost.
The invention relates to the field of adhesives used in paper and woodworking industries.
Known dekstrinovym adhesive containing as a main component, a low molecular weight fraction in the form of dextran and sucrose lucerno water, glycerin, boric acid (RU # 2132348, IPC6C09J 105/02, publ. 27.06.1999 year).
The disadvantage of the composition of the adhesive is its relatively low tack and high cost, as its production is used for food raw material is sucrose.
The technical result is to reduce the cost of preparation of the adhesive composition and increase its adhesive ability.
The invention consists in that the adhesive composition for bonding paper and tissue, including the main ingredient, glycerin and boric acid as a main component contains a residue of beer or alcohol yeast, which is a waste of beer or alcohol industry, treated with 2%solution of sodium hydroxide in the ratio of 1:1, in the following ratio, wt.%:

The precipitate yeast - precipitate obtained after centrifugation of the residual yeast. In the production of beer dense waste are yeast cells (0,25-0,40 kg per 1 l of beer, malt and hop pellet, the protein precipitate from the separators. Residual yeast represent dense mass with a specific yeast flavor with a slight hop bitterness and odor characteristic of fresh yeast. Mass fraction of dry substances in the residual brewer's yeast to 15 wt.%. Yeast contains 24-30% of dry matter, which 90-95% are composed of organic substances. Proteins and other nitrogen-containing substances in the yeast contains 54-56%, carbohydrates - 24-40%, fat is 2-5%. The most well-known yeast proteins are samaratain (postglobal) and therewithin.
The precipitate alcohol yeast - precipitate obtained after centrifugation bards, which is one of the main waste alcohol production and its output is 0.12 m31 gave the produced alcohol. The chemical composition of the bards depends on the type and quality of raw materials and adopted technologies of alcohol.
Zernotorgovelna the Arda contains yeast, organic and mineral substances. It contains 6-8% of dry substance. Solids it is composed (%): sugar - 0,25-0,5; glycerol - 0,4-0,6; starch - 0,1-0,2; hemicellulose - 1,4-2,3; cellulose - 0,3-0,9; proteins; amino acids; organic acids and mineral compounds. In molasses vinasse go 50-55% solids molasses, yeast and many products of their activity. Molasses stillage contains 7.5 to 10% of dry substances, including about 3% of inorganic compounds. Solids are (%): organic compounds - 70-80, protein - 17-27, glycerin - 6-13, reducing agents - 3-7, proteins, amino acids, organic acids and mineral compounds.
Example. First residue of beer or alcohol yeast treated with 2%solution of sodium hydroxide in the ratio of 1:1. When the preparation of the adhesive composition components were taken in the following proportions (see table 1). These components are mixed continuously for 2-4 hours. Testing of these compounds gave the following results (see table 2).

Compared with the known solutions proposed composition, the adhesive composition can reduce its cost by 30-40% due to the use of waste brewing or distilling industry - yeast sediment. While gluing ability to "conditional strip" increases 1.5-2 times, and it can be used for gluing paper, fabrics, manufacturing of paper tape on the adhesive base.

SUBSTANCE: method relates to paper production and can be used in pulp-and-paper industry. Method involves the use of cellulose suspension from cellulose fibres and fillers (optional), dehydration of cellulose suspension on grid or sieve so that a sheet can be formed. Then the sheet is dried. In this method there used is polymeric addition which includes ethylenically unsaturated monomer soluble in water or potentially soluble in water, and ethylenically unsaturated monomer containing a reactive group. The latter represents an epoxy group. The polymeric addition used has molar weight which is less than one million. Polymer is obtained from mixture of monomers, which includes acrylamide and glycidyl methacrylate. Thus, the obtained polymer is used as an addition for increase of paper durability in dry condition, in wet condition, as reagent for internal paper sizing and for surface sizing.

Filler contains calcium salt and cellulose derivative with lattice ionic fractional substitutionality up to approximately 0.65, where filler is essentially free from either cellulose fibre or fibrils or lignocellulose. Filler contains calcium salt and cellulose derivative with lattice ionic fractional substitutionality up to approximately 0.65, where cellulose derivative can contain cationic groups. Besides the invention refers to production process of filler involving mixing the agent substance containing calcium salt and cellulose derivative with lattice ionic fractional substitutionality up to approximately 0.65, essentially without cellulose fibre or fibrils or lignocellulose. Other production process of filler consists in mixing the agent substance containing calcium salt and cellulose derivative with lattice ionic fractional substitutionality up to approximately 0.65, where cellulose derivative contains cationic groups. The invention refers to method for making paper including preparation of aqueous suspension containing cellulose fibre, suspension addition with filler containing calcium salt and cellulose derivative with lattice ionic fractional substitutionality up to approximately 0.65, where filler is essentially free from either cellulose fibre or fibrils or lignocellulose; dehydration of suspension thus making web or paper sheet. The invention also refers to method for making paper including preparation of aqueous suspension containing cellulose fibre; suspension addition with filler containing calcium salt and cellulose derivative with lattice ionic fractional substitutionality up to approximately 0.65, where cellulose derivative contains cationic groups; dehydration of suspension thus making web or paper sheet.
EFFECT: higher sizing efficiency with good drainage, retention and serviceability of papermaking machine.

SUBSTANCE: paper or cardboard of improved rigidity and bulk are meant for reproducing equipment and the method refers to production of the said paper and cardboard. The paper or cardboard has the core layer and starch-based layers applied by gluing-up on its both sides forming the uniform canvas of the double-T structure. The layers cover the upper and the lower surface of the central layer with minimal penetration to the central layer. The starch contains the filler spreading to the central layer. The starch has high content of solid products. The mass of the coating layers is 2-10 g/m2. Method for producing paper or cardboard includes the following stages: a) creation of composition containing cellulose fibers and the filler, b) formation of fibrous canvas, c) drying of the fibrous canvas, d) processing by gluing-up both sides of the dried canvas with the starch with filler and e) drying of the fibrous canvas with formation of the three-layer making the uniform canvas material with the double-T structure.
EFFECT: increased quality of paper or cardboard due to increased smoothness, decreased hygroscopic expansivity, improved fold resistance and paper rolling resistance.

FIELD: paper and pulp manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing paper being of high antimicrobial and fungicidal activity and could be applied for manufacturing paper being resistant to contamination, of high physico-mechanical properties and applied for manufacturing banknotes, bonds, shares and others. The suggested composition includes a filamentous constituent, a filler, a gluing constituent, a biocidal additive as synergistic mixture of polyhexamethylene guanidine and sodium salt of benzoic acid at the ratio being (10-1):(1-10), correspondingly, a moisture-resistant additive, a binding agent and water. Moisture-resistant additive is being epichlorohydrin or urea-formaldehyde resin. Binding agent is being formalin or ammonium salt of titanium chelate and lactic acid. Gluing constituent additionally contains polyvinyl alcohol or sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose. The innovation enables to increase antimicrobial and fungicidal activity of the composition mentioned, simplify its application and, also, increases physico-mechanical properties, abrasion resistance and resistance to contamination of the obtained paper.

SUBSTANCE: invention provides aqueous dispersion, method of preparing it, use of dispersion, and a paper manufacturing process comprising internal sizing and surface sizing of paper. Aqueous dispersion contains at least one cellulose-reactive sizing agent selected from group consisting of ketene dimers and multimers, at least one cellulose-unreactive sizing agent, and at least one emulsifier selected from group consisting of oxyalkylene phosphate and sulfate esters and their salts. Dispersion preparation method comprises joining together sizing agents with at least one emulsifier in presence of water to form mixture, which is then homogenized to form aqueous dispersion. Paper manufacturing process comprises forming paper sheet from pulp containing cellulose fibers and depositing said aqueous dispersion thereon. Paper manufacturing process also comprises adding said aqueous dispersion to pulp containing cellulose fibers and dehydrating pulp on screen to produce paper.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-insulating and sound-suppressing materials of reduced inflammability, namely to materials based on radiation-cross-linked foam polyethylene. Reduced inflammability is provided by addition of antipyrens of radical-inhibitory type wherein bromo-containing compounds with additives or without additives of antimony oxide are used. Additives are added between fragments of milled radiation-cross-linked foam polyethylene by addition of glue layer comprising antipyrene followed by lamination of fragments of milled foam polyethylene treated by such manner. Prepared material based on radiation-cross-linked foam polyethylene possesses the reduced inflammability, small specific weight and low heat conductivity coefficient.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an adhesive composition, namely to a moisture-hardened adhesive composition and to a method for gluing two materials to be glued. Moisture-hardened adhesive composition comprises from about 60 wt.-% to about 97 wt.-% of polymer with reactive organosilicon terminal group as measured for the total mass of the composition; from about 0.01 wt.-% to about 4 wt.-% of catalyst as measured for the total mass of the moisture-hardened composition chosen from the group consisting of tin-containing catalyst, bismuth-containing catalyst and their mixtures, and separate mixtures or both with catalysts based on tertiary amines and/or lead catalyst; and from about 3% to about 35% of diluting agent as measured for the total mass of moisture-hardened composition wherein the moisture-hardened adhesive composition shows viscosity value in the range form about 1000 cP to about 50000 cP and the vitrification point lower about -20°C. The moisture-hardened adhesive composition shows improved indices with respect to adhesiveness and self-spreading at low viscosity indices and lesser than about 10000 centipoises. By a realization variant the moisture-hardened adhesive composition comprises a polymer containing reactive organosilicon terminal groups, catalyst and a filling agent in the concentration up to about 40 wt.-% as measured for the total mass of the adhesive composition. The moisture-hardened composition retains transparence at high degree value of added filling agent and characterized by the excellent resistance to UV-radiation effect. By another realization variant the moisture-hardened adhesive composition comprises a polymer containing reactive organosilicon group and from about 40 wt.-% to about 85 wt.-% of filling agent and characterized by viscosity value lesser than about 500000 centipoises. Also, the proposed invention relates to a method for joining two materials to be glued.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the essentially anhydrous sizing composition and an aqueous sizing composition used in sizing paper and cardboard. Essentially anhydrous and an aqueous sizing compositions comprise gluing substance, non-ionogenic surface-active substance, an anionic surface-active substance and a monohydric alcohol. Method for preparing an aqueous composition involves homogenization of gluing substance in the presence of surface-active substances and monohydric alcohol. Invention provides preparing sizing compositions that can be homogenized easily, i. e. they represent dispersions or emulsions formed by application of insignificant shearing forces, for example, such as stirring and provides preparing sizing compositions that are stable in storage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to emulsification and colloidal stabilization of emulsions and dispersions of hydrophobic phases in aqueous phases using a coacervate. In particular, stable emulsified or dispersed composition of invention, including hydrophobic and aqueous phases, is stabilized by cationic colloidal coacervate stabilizer including anionic and cationic components in a proportion ensuring zeta potential of the composition to be at least 20 mV. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to adhesives, particularly, to the adhesive two-component systems intended for production of lignocellulose composites, to the method of producing the adhesive composite and to lignocellulose composite. The adhesive composition contains a product of reaction of soya flour and a pitch containing (i) epoxide adduct with polyamine pitch, (ii) epoxide adduct with polyamide amine pitch, or (iii) epoxide pitch with polyamide pitch. The two-component adhesive system contains, (a) the first component including the product of reaction of (i) soya protein or lignine with (ii) the first composition selected from, at least, one alkylamine, unsaturated hydrocarbonic amine, hydroxylamine, amidine, amidine or amic acid, and (b) the second component which includes at least, one epoxide, alkanol or aldehyde. The way of producing lignocellulose composite includes applying the adhesive composition on, at least, one lignocellulose substrate. Note here that the adhesive composition contains a product of reaction of soya flour and a pitch containing (i) epoxide adduct with polyamine pitch, (ii) epoxide adduct with polyamide amine pitch, or (iii) epoxide pitch with polyamide pitch, and bonding the lignocellulose substrate coated with the said adhesive with, at least, another one lignocellulose substrate. The adhesive production method includes interaction (a) of soya flour with (b) the pitch containing (i) epoxide adduct with polyamine pitch, (ii) epoxide adduct with polyamide amine pitch, or (iii) epoxide pitch with polyamide pitch.
