The present invention relates to a device for mechanical processing of food products. An object of the invention is the adaptation of kitchen device for mashing to apparatus for cutting vegetables, in particular to the slicer used in catering establishments. The value of the invention lies in the possibility to combine several functional assignments in one device.
The apparatus of the type vegetable slicers contains, in particular, capacity, cover top lid, with the lid, in turn, has a hole through which laid foods. The tank contains a motor shaft on which are mounted wheels, equipped with various cutting tools, which allow different types of Narezhny, including cutting type chips, dice, julienne".
The device type cooking device for cooking vegetable puree contains, in particular, container, cover, or not cover, which under the action of gravity laid vegetables. This problem is solved by the applicant through the development of rotary fixture for squeezing food, which is implemented as a means of compression, and means for cutting food. These means are arranged so that the vegetable is put into the tank of the apparatus, first made into fragments, and then sdavlivaya through devices for squeezing. Vegetables, as a rule, laid under the influence of gravity, the tool cutting food is placed in the upper part of the device for squeezing. The height of the device for squeezing in fact equal to the height of the vessel; in this regard, the food starts to contact with the tool cutting immediately after falling into the container.

- figure 3 depicts a side view of a device for squeezing the food products according to the invention;
- figure 4 represents a perspective view of the conical hopper, which can be installed on the apparatus according to the invention.
1 shows a preferred method of manufacturing apparatus for mechanical processing of food products according to the invention. You can see the body of the device 1 mechanical processing of food products, containing, in particular, the container 2 and the motor shaft 3. This motor shaft is designed to remove the puree disc 4 grid 5, provided with a rim 6 placed on top of the disk with drilled holes and fixture 7 squeezing food. According to a preferred variant of the invention, the blade 13 actually consists of two flat parts (15, 16); part 15, the most remote from the grid, contains a cutting tool food. Preferably, this cutting tool is a cutting edge 17.
The applicant performed work on the development of the e performance of the blades 13 and 14 with the amount of puree, which is prepared with the help of this device. Based on the results of the applicant's work the most outstanding results are achieved when the angle α (figure 3) between the plane portion 15 and the axis of the sleeve 12 is 60 to 80°, and the angle β (figure 3) between the plane portion 16 and the axis of the sleeve 12 is 30-50°.
Consider the angles α and β are the angles formed by the plane part, respectively 15 and 16 of the blades 13 and the plane perpendicular to the plane presented in figure 3, passing through the axis of the sleeve 12.
According to the usual method of operation of apparatus of the type vegetable slicers vegetables are fed into the apparatus 1 through the hopper 10. One of the purposes of hoppers is that it has vegetables while cutting tools blades 13. Thus, the hopper 10 increases the efficiency of the cutting device 7 by the effect of "scissors".
The hopper 10 may be equipped with a safety device that is designed to prevent the ingress of body of body of the operator in the capacity for razrezami is during operation of the apparatus. Thanks to use of the screw rotating at a very low speed in juicing mode, various nutrients and natural taste inherent in vegetables and fruits are fully preserved. As the body containing the shaft is attached vertically to the top of the transmission device, the material automatically moves down without pressing it, and during squeezing and crushing materials placed in the inlet, waste products are removed.
