The invention relates to hydropower, in particular to the wave energy installations, and can be used for power supply of settlements and industrial enterprises mainly on the banks of the shallow areas of the seas and lakes with excitement low and medium height.

Numerous plants that use vertical reciprocating movement of the floats (floating buildings, rafts, plates) on the wave, which through various kinematic device is converted into mechanical energy of a rotating shaft, or the energy of compressed air, or energy of the water flow (Navarinsky. The main disadvantage of this type of devices is that they all have their own frequency and can work effectively only when the natural frequency coincides with the frequency (wave period), which must be monochromatic (single frequency). In reality, waves are often non-linear, irregular and change their basic characteristics (height, length, speed, the period (frequency), the direction of propagation) in a wide range. As a result, the efficiency of these devices is low.

Known taken as a prototype of the device according to PA is into U.S. No. 4462211, CL. MCI F03B 13/12, 1984, which contains the floating body with the installed generator and connected to the last rotor with a vertical axis of rotation, provided with a horizontal shoulder blades.

These devices have a common disadvantage. Water particles in a wave move along closed trajectories close to the circumference. Another disadvantage of the devices on the bus. mon. The USSR №1346845 is the placement of the rotor with vertical blades below the level of the undisturbed surface of the water, since the depth of the movement of the water particles on closed trajectories is significantly reduced together with their kinetics the Oh energy and its number, perceived by the device.

In the device according to U.S. patent No. 4462211 shaft with horizontal blades comes into rotation by the action of the last vertical component of the movement of the water particles in the wave, and the kinetic energy of the horizontal component of the movement of the water particles in the wave is not used, which reduces the effectiveness of this device for energy. Another disadvantage of this device is the presence of floating body with attached inert mass of the rotor. Having a natural frequency, the device can operate effectively only when the last match with the frequency of the wave. The objective of the proposed invention is to improve the efficiency of wave power plant by increasing the fraction of the kinetic energy of the waves to be converted to installation in the mechanical energy of a rotating shaft.

This object is achieved in a wave energy device, comprising a housing with the installed generator connected to the last rotor with a vertical axis of rotation, with horizontal blades, according to the invention between the last set of vertical LAPACK is consistent with alternating vertical and horizontal, this blade is placed in the plane of the undisturbed surface of the water so that the latter is a plane of symmetry.

The device operates as follows.

A symmetrical installation of the horizontal and vertical blades relative to the plane of the undisturbed surface of the water allows you to get the rotation shaft of the rotor at very low wave height (3-5 cm). This makes predominant use of the proposed installation in shallow coastal waters, seas and lakes, where the installation of any other type of water-power plants is impossible because of the shallow depths and low height of the waves.
