SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Proposed dump trailer consists of body and frame with hydraulic jack arranged at the frame center. Hydraulic jack cylinder is fixed in vertical through channel made in ball fitted in ring. Said ring is rigidly fixed on trailer frame cross members. Ring inner surface mates that of aforesaid ball.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of trailer dump cradle due to mounting hydraulic jack in ball.

The invention relates to the field of trackless vehicles and can be used in the construction of automotive tipper trailers.

Known two-axle tractor dump trailer 2PTS-4M model A (see the Guide for the care and operation of the Trailer two-axle tractor 2PTS-4M model A". Volga, the UNIC, Saratov, 1969), which is provided with the wheel unloading on two side and one rear. The body of this trailer is located on the frame, in the Central part of which is mounted a bracket of the platform. The inner pipe of the platform is equipped with ball bearing, interacting with the underside of the vehicle that allows tipper unloading of the body. A significant drawback of this trailer is the low reliability of its frame because of rigid adherence to its cross bracket of the platform, which prevents free delenatii sections of the latter during movement of the trailer on the different roads and off-road. Eventually the economy operating similar trailers are significant labor and material costs to repair the above element base trailers.

Also known tractor trailer 2PTS-4-793-01 (see Technical description and operating instructions "2PTS-4-793-01". Tashkent tractor plant. The 50th anniversary of the USSR, Tash is UNT, 1983), including tipper body, unloading on two sides with the platform mounted pivotally on the frame crossbars in its middle part and supported on the latter fingers fixed on the large cylinder of the platform. Practice the operation of this trailer shows that the reliability of its frame has a higher performance than the equivalent for the reason that the fingers of the large cylinder pivotally interconnected with the frame crossbars, without imposing on them hard links and thereby to "breathe" its structural elements during movement of the trailer in the composition of the tractor train. Despite its efficiency, and this trailer has a significant drawback consists in the fact that the fastening of the platform does not allow dumping unloading body back.

Therefore, the aim of the invention is the extension of the operational characteristics of the trailer.

This objective is achieved in that a large cylinder of the platform is still in the vertical through channel made in the body of the rolling ball shape, which is movably accommodated in a ring rigidly mounted on the cross members of the trailer frame and the inner surface of the said ring has an identical shape of the outer surface of the ate rolling ball shape.

Figure 1 shows a General view of the trailer-truck side view, figure 2 is an enlarged attachment of the platform to the cross members of the trailer frame and 3 - body rolling ball-shape in section.

The trailer-truck consists of a body 1 that is associated with the frame 2 by means of support brackets 3. On the cross bars 4 of the frame 2 is fixed ring 5, which is movably body rolling ball form 6. SUBSTANCE: proposed semitrailer comprises frame with gangways at frame front and wheel mounted at frame rear. Frame front is rigidly jointed with L-shape gooseneck hinged-resting on semitrailer. Frame and gooseneck can be detached. Wheels are mounted on wheel cart hinged to frame rear and can be detached therefrom. For this, frame front comprises teeth extending forward and arranged between aforesaid gangways, while gooseneck lower part incorporates axles whereon frame rests by its teeth. Gooseneck lower part has a hole that can receive locking pin, which, in its working position, contacts frame upper surface. Gooseneck wall lower part accommodates support with handle to come in contact with frame upper surface when frame rests upon gooseneck axle.

In the two-axles design style the front and the back axes with wheels and hobs are spring-mounted and the front axle is fixed at the rotating frame. In the three-axles design style the back axle is designed with matched buffer springs or with balance-type buffer springs or without buffer springs and is connected with the main frame through balance junction. The main frame is supplied with changeable or convertible supporting lodgments and fastening elements. The main frame is connected to the rotating frame through swivel joint or steering circle and is fast coupled or telescope convertible.

Roll-under truck is provided with wheels with built-in brake drums with adjoining balance shaft furnished with tie-rod connected with lever. SUBSTANCE: dump trailer comprises frame 1, on crossbars 2 of which support bracket 3 is rigidly fixed, being connected hingedly to external pipe of lift 4, and its smaller pipe 5 is equipped with bracket 6. The proposed dumper platform lifting device incorporates pump (1), oil tank (4), control valve (7), adjusting valve (8) and hydraulic cylinder (9). Bode (10) of adjusting valve (8) represents an adapter (13) attached on hydraulic cylinder (9). Control valve (7) communicates with radial channels (12) in body (10) and stepwise axial channel (11) accommodating plunger (15) that features preset diametre central bore (16), the said plunger being pressed to end face (21) of the said stepwise channel by spring (17) entering central channels (18, 19) of plunger (15) and plug (20) screwed in body (10).
