FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking industry and can be used if production of wood boards from oriented chips. Proposed device comprises even and uneven rolls arranged across carpet being made and disks fitted on said rolls, staggered and overlapping. Said disks are driven by drives of said even and uneven rolls. Proposed device comprises three units of setting, unit of raising to a power and adder. Note here that said units are interconnected.

The invention relates to woodworking industry and can be used in the production of wood-based panels of oriented chips (OSB).

A device for spreading chips on the surface, including made with the possibility of rotation of the rolls placed on them with disks that are installed in a staggered manner along the direction of formation of the bonded carpet [U.S. Pat. Germany No. 30222707, 1982].

In this device, the laying of wood particles in the direction of formation of the Mat due to the velocity difference of the neighboring disks can occur only by chance that is not optimal, so the angle of orientation of particles is large, which causes a decrease in the strength of manufactured boards.

The invention solves the problem of improving the quality orientation of the wood particles.

The technical result from the use of the invention is to improve the quality orientation of wood particles by minimizing their orientation angle.

This is achieved by a device for the orientation of the wood particles, comprising spaced transversely formed carpet even and odd rolls mounted on them in a checkerboard pattern with overlapping disks made with the possibility of rotation with drives even and odd rolls, with whom according to the invention, it additionally contains three blocks of tasks, the unit exponentiation and the adder, and the output of the first unit assignments connected to the input of the odd drive rolls and to the first input of the adder, the output of the second unit assignments through the block exponentiation connected to the first input of the multiplication to the second input of which is connected to the output of the third block of the task, the output of block multiplication is connected to the second input of the adder, the output of which is connected to the drive even rolls.

The proposed device for the orientation of the wood particles is distinguished by the introduction of three blocks of tasks, unit exponentiation and adder, as well as relationships between data elements.

Improving the quality of orientation is achieved by setting the velocity difference of the neighboring disks, in which the orientation angle of the wood particles is minimal.

Device for orienting wood particles has an odd rolls 1, even rolls 2 mounted on them in a checkerboard pattern with overlapping thin disks 3, the actuator 4 is odd rolls and drive even 5 rolls.
