FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to river transport and can be used to carry people and transport facilities from one river bank to another, or to generate electric power during freezeup. Proposed ferry comprises water craft with its bow accommodating carousel-type windmill, two hydraulic turbines, electric generators and ramjet hydraulic turbine. Electric motors are installed on ferry sides linked with water propellers via vertical shafts and reduction gears. Note here that one end of the rope is secured to the barrel and another one is jointed to support mounted on river bottom in headwaters.

The invention relates to river transport and can be used without freezing for the movement of people and vehicles from one river to another. When the freeze-up is to provide electricity to nearby residential and industrial objects on the banks of the river.

It is known a device for converting wave energy into electrical energy, containing a support, a generator and posted on its shaft a number of floats (A.S. 1121481, USSR).

Sustainable work supports are designed for one-sided, cantilevered load, i.e. the weight of the beam, generator, shaft with floats.

Known hydroelectric installation comprising a vessel, in the working channel of which it is the carrier with the blades and the aft - hydro turbines with vertical axes of rotation and generators (A.S. 1474317, USSR).

The known device has no device for movement in the ice it will give electrical energy is only half.

Known for straight-flow turbine is installed with a generator of electric current in the thickness of the dam and contains a waterproof case with a generator, the impeller Kaplan turbine and inlet pipe.

Known turbine can be installed as stationary objects and moving.

On the basis of the some of the entities closest to the proposed solution is steam, containing the boats with a mast that is installed in the bow, a rope, one end of which is fixed on the mast, with the possibility of slope and the other at the bottom of the middle of the river in its upper reaches.

The design of the ferry there are no devices to produce electrical energy for their own needs, lack of speed and load, the rope may impede navigation.

The technical result consists in improving the ferries large size, the production of electric power using flow of water and wind power, increase speed and capacity.

Steam contains floating with 1 deck 2, which includes a remote control with 3 batteries 4, a shaft 5, having in the upper part of the yoke 8 bearing 9 mounted on the bottom of the middle of the river in its upper reaches. Steam is kept afloat between piers 10 and 11. On top of the barrel 5 has a vertical wind turbine 12 through a drive shaft 13 connected to an electric generator 14,is placed in the fore part 15 of the watercraft and connected electrically through wires rechargeable battery 4. On the sides of the watercraft 1, rectangular in vertical niches 16, below deck 2 set the motor 17, through a vertical shaft 18 and the gear 19 connected mechanically with propellers 20. The feed grooves 21 of the watercraft 1, the water level is installed with vertical axes of rotation of the two turbines 22, is attached by means of brackets (not shown) and through a clutch mechanically connected with the generators 23, electrically connected through wires to the batteries 4. Nasal openings 24 below the water level connected to the cylindrical tube 25, hydraulically communicated with a pipe 26, which is equipped with direct-flow turbine 27 in a waterproof housing 28, with the impeller 29, the generator 30 and the inlet pipe 31. The pipe 26 is hydraulically communicated with a diffuser 32, located at the stern of the watercraft 1. The generator 30 is electrically through wires connected to the batteries 4. Steam works as follows.

SUBSTANCE: method for provision of electric energy to consumers in offshore areas closed with ice consists in delivery of floating nuclear power plant to the area of energy consumption and its connection to consumer by means of cable. Anchored floating platform is impounded to depth, which is not accessed by ice. Underground nuclear power modules are delivered and joined to platform. In process of operation periodical cycles of platform surfacing-submersion are carried out for its maintenance. Due to the possibility to rotate nuclear power modules, their repair and nuclear fuel refill are done at specialised coastal enterprises. Underground nuclear power plant comprises underground nuclear power modules joined with impounded anchored platform comprising seats for power modules, guide fenders and trapping-joining devices.

EFFECT: reliable year-round power supply to consumers in ice-hazardous areas of Arctic offshore area.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly to shipboard cranes. Proposed re-loader comprises hulls of two discarded submarine, at least two hulls jointed in T-like way or arranged parallel to each other and connected by additional elements, and at least one load-lifting device. At least one aforesaid hull is provided with fendering protection and mooring arrangements on hull both sides. Additional construction elements are arranged under water and/or on water surface and represent collapsible articulated members that can turn to contact aforesaid hulls. Load-lifting device can be represented by jib crane, gantry crane or bridge crane with jibs. Floating re-loader is equipped with power plant, propulsion units, ballast system and stake-pillars.

EFFECT: higher efficiency or reloading cargoes due to reduced distance between ship with no load-lifting units.

SUBSTANCE: floating structure is composed of two serially manufactured bodies of metal moorages for large military ships equipped with serial devices. The bodies are connected above the water level with a bridge. Mounted on the floating structure are a serial drilling facility MBK-125, a drilling fluid circulation system, a power plant, a positioning system. The structure is brought to the drilling place, dropped onto the ground accepting water ballast and fixed with the help of pile devices. One performs well drilling; after its completion the structure is lifted and transported to another place.

FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: floating platform for sea wells boring and production in Arctic conditions contains boring and production equipment, including drill stem, water separating casing string, lifting pipes and pump bars, at that the mentioned above tube and bar strings during an operation process equipped with a floating elements on their external surface, made as filled with gas nitrogen or inertial gas solid plates of welded detachable balloons. The platform equipped with an ice breaker for ice pressure protection and anchored to the bottom via anchors with cables, on which balloons fixed. In the casing water separation string installed location detectors, at its bottom part there is a window for connection with hole clearance, which during the boring covered with a pipe with a balance, hanged with a balloon cables on the platform. SUBSTANCE: method for erection of objects includes preparation of construction site, object construction, separation of erected object from construction site together with part of construction site and final installation of erected object with completion of construction works. Construction site used is frozen surface of water reservoir. Preparation of construction site is carried out by erection of heat insulating temporary volume coat above construction site or its part in the form of structure. At that construction of erected object or its components is carried out inside specified structure. After object erection temporary volume coat is dismantled. Invention makes it possible to use seasonal (winter) time for performance of the main, most laborious works in erection of construction objects.

FIELD: ship building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to deep-water equipment, in particularly, to the method of organising manned underwater labs and stations, both self-contained and towed, and to the device to this end. The proposed method of mounting underwater operations complex on water area bed and removing it therefrom consists in imparting negative buoyancy to the complex for it to be set on the bed. An air bell is created inside the complex top for gas medium pressure to be kept up therein and, at a time, water is pumped out from the complex housing inside to ensure forces pressing the housing to the bed. To remove the complex from the bed, it is gradually deluged along with bypassing air (gas medium) from the complex housing into ballast tanks to impart buoyancy to it and to lift it off the bed. Note here that complex has the housing furnished with a skirt. The complex housing top edge is located in air (gas) medium of the said bell, while the bell top accommodates ballast tanks.

EFFECT: increased depth of complex mounting, longer operation on bed soil in gas medium.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction, modernisation and reconstruction of port berths. Method is characterised with formation of mooring wall in the form of raft from several layers of multifunctionally used tight pipelines of various diametre, which are manufactured as helical-seamed and multilayer from composite set of materials. Wall is produced by two groups of technological tight pipelines laid on water surface in direction of its formation, which are joined to each other in each group with the help of coaxial stiff transverse ribs with development of two pontoons. Adjacent ends of ribs are joined to each other with the help of hinged joints, along axis of which the first of bearing pipelines is laid, and a pair of joined pipelines of the second layer is laid on top, and so on till rated level. Functional pipelines are laid onto the last horizontal layer of bearing pipelines, and composite elements of hatches and working surface fixed with tension to anchor ropes are mounted on functional pipelines. Internal volumes of upper - subsurface layer of pipes are equipped as functional premises: warehousing, technological, working premises. Railway track and motor road, which are joined to according ground transport network, are laid on surface of mooring wall.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible, as a result of elimination of earth works related to dredging, to reduce capital, material and financial costs in case of port mooring part enlargement, and also to reduce construction time.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water crafts and aims at expanding operating performances of tanks and armored personnel carriers. Water craft comprises two water-permeable onboard pontoons, fixed on armored vehicles by means of front and rear fasteners. The proposed dock features a cellular design and consists of the hexagonal floating modules made from a composite material, consisting of polyurethane enclosure and compacted foamed plastic fitted there inside. Detachable fasteners represent horizontally located plates jointed by vertical rods. Aforesaid plates feature teeth bent towards the module and conic recesses made at the plate centre to receive the rod heads. A part of floating modules features recesses for mooring floating means.
