FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device includes several cylindrical shell supports arranged on sea shelves, system of supply and drain pipelines, hydraulic generators. Cylindrical shell supports are installed in a row with clearance for water passage along line perpendicular to direction of tidal and ebb currents. Cavity of cylindrical shell support is divided along vertical line into several tiers, for instance into 2 and more, to locate pipelines and hydraulic generators. Supply pipeline passes perpendicularly along diagonal line, and drain pipeline - along diagonal line parallel to line of installation of cylindrical shell supports. At the same time ends of these pipelines communicate with sea, and hydraulic generators are arranged on drain pipelines.

EFFECT: reduced cost of generated electric energy, less operational problems and higher efficiency due to application of full tide and ebb cycle.

The invention relates to the field of marine engineering and is designed to convert the energy of ocean currents (inflow, outflow) into electrical energy.

Known tidal power plant (patent RF №2361038, publ. 10.07.2009), comprising a housing with an open inlet and outlet mounted on vertical shafts of rotation associated with the generators turbines in the form of reels, on the outer surfaces of which the fixed blades, vertical boards, installed on the inlet and outlet of the casing and guides the tidal flow on the blades of the turbines, providing their rotation. Representing the turbine drum consists of the United bases of the two cones on the outer surfaces of which helices are attached to the blades so that the beginning of each blade on the bottom of the top cone drum is displaced in the course of its rotation relative to the end of the blade to the top of the second drum for 1-2 step of the blades, and the lower conical section of the drum, the blades are in the form of rotation in the form of a cylinder, and in the upper part of the drum blades repeated during the rotation of the cone shape, enlarged to double the size of the blade, and the lower conical section of the drum, which is 1/3 the total height of the drum, the number of blades more than two times, and the width of the bore hole between the drums nor is it part equal to twice the size of the blade at the junction of the bases of the conical drum, in addition, rotatable vertical rod tidal shields installed from the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the hull on both sides at a distance not greater than the diameter of rotation of the lower part of the drum, and the tide of the shields from the lateral side of the housing at a distance equal to the radius of rotation of the lower part of the drum.

The disadvantage of analogue are complex conditions associated with the repair and replacement of equipment, as the turbine in the form of reels on which the fixed blade and the vertical boards, directional tidal flow, has a more advanced access repair. Equipment in turn is subjected to external, not always favorable marine conditions and more susceptible to corrosion.

A device for use of the energy of motion (patent Norway No. 151479, F03B 13/12, 1985), including floating cylindrical support shell installed on the sea shelf so that its free upper extended tapered section of the cylinder is placed on the surface, and the bottom is attached by anchors to the bottom of the sea, to the cylinder with depth below sea level from different sides on the side surface attached two cut pipes of the piping system, in the upper part of which are mounted generators.

The main disadvantage of this device is that it cannot work when the tides.

Th is proposed a device for extracting energy from sea currents eliminates this disadvantage, because it works as if the tides and low tides.

The technical result, which is aimed by the invention, consists in reducing the cost of the electricity produced, reducing operational problems and increase efficiency through the use of a full cycle of the tide.

To achieve the technical result in the device for extracting energy from sea currents, which includes several cylindrical supports-shells placed on the sea shelf, the system inlet and outlet pipelines, hydroelectric generators, and a cylindrical bearing shell is installed in series with a gap for passage of water along the line perpendicular to the direction and tidal currents, hollow cylindrical support shell is divided by vertical partitions into several layers, for example 2 or more for placement of pipelines and hydro generators, the supply line is the diagonal, perpendicular, and the discharge pipe diagonally parallel to the line of the cylindrical installation supports-shells, the ends of these pipes are connected with the sea, and the generators are placed on the discharge piping.

The distinguishing characteristics of the proposed device from above, closest to him, are the establishment of cylindri is a mini-support-shells in a row with a gap for the passage of the water line, perpendicular to the direction and tidal currents, the separation cavity cylindrical supports wrapper vertical partitions into several tiers to accommodate pipelines and hydro generators, the passage of the inlet pipe on the diagonal, perpendicular, and the discharge line diagonally parallel to the line of the cylindrical supports installation wrapper and the message ends of these pipes with the sea, the placement of the generators on the discharge piping.

Due to the presence of these characteristics, the use of this device allows to simplify the conditions for automatic transition (without operator) from the mode tide to the mode tide, inspection, repair and replacement of equipment that is placed indoors and not exposed to the outside, not always favourable sea conditions that promote corrosion of metal equipment.

The proposed device for extracting energy from sea currents is illustrated in the drawings.

Figure 1 shows an external view of the device for extracting energy from sea currents (tides), plan, figure 2 is a longitudinal section of the device.

A device for extracting energy from sea currents includes several cylindrical supports-shells 1, located offshore in the sea 2 away from b is ragovoy line 3. Cylindrical bearing shell 1 is installed in series with a gap for passage of water along the line perpendicular to the direction of tidal 4 and tide 5 currents. The cylindrical cavity of the supporting shell 1 is divided by vertical partitions 6 into several tiers to accommodate the inlet piping 7 valves 8 and outlet pipes 9 by bolts 10. The generators 11 is placed on the discharge piping 9. The supply line 7 is the diagonal, perpendicular, and the discharge pipe 9 is diagonally parallel to the line of the cylindrical supports installation wrapper. The ends of the inlet 12 and outlet 13 of the pipes are communicated with the sea 2. Between tiers installed staircases 14 connecting the openings 15 in the partition for the passage of personnel and for mounting and unmounting the partitions were made openings 16.

A device for extracting energy from sea currents as follows.

The work is based on theory of flow past a circular cylindrical supports-shells 1 real fluid flow. The pressure contour of a cylindrical bearings-shells 1, streamline flow, the axis of which is installed in the vertical plane, is distributed unevenly. Tidal wave creates a pressure above the upper openings of the inlet 7 and outlet 9 of the pipelines is s, the stream passes through the generators 11 and exits through the bottom holes. The velocity of flow rotates the blades of the turbine 11, and the generator produces electricity.

Valves 8 and 10 on the inlet 7 and outlet 9 pipelines during operation of the proposed device are opened and closed only during the technical inspection and repair of equipment. This situation is due to the fact that a high vacuum at the outlet the outlet 9 of the pipe will drain flow from the upper and lower sections of the inlet 7 of the pipeline. The symmetry of this device for line installation cylindrical supports-shells 1 allows operation as in mode tide, and low tide. The difference is only that in the mode tide is high water and low tide low water. Proceeding from this position it is sufficient to describe only one mode of the device, for example the mode tide 4. The water enters through the inlet apertures of the inlet 7 of the pipeline and enters the outlet openings 9 of the pipeline, runs onto the blades of a hydro generator 11, and then goes into a zone of higher velocity between the cylindrical supports-shells 1, and the hydro generator 11 converts kinetic energy into electrical energy flow.

When the mode tide 5 the process is repeated, but with opposite in-leakage is Otok on the cylindrical bearing shell 1.

Thus, the proposed device is reliable in operation and economically feasible, as it ensures smooth conversion of kinetic energy into electrical energy by extracting energy from sea currents.

At that, generators can be installed in front rows or in rows one after the other, and in order to percept oscillations of floating device in mutually perpendicular directions, generators can be built perpendicularly in hollow tubular rotor of external generator the rotor or stator of which are statically unbalanced and have the possibility, owing to free suspension in direction to the centre of the Earth, of oscillatory movements relative to their paired rotors and stators fixed on floating device at influence of waves thereon. In order to provide the possibility of oscillations in three mutual planes the rotors and stators of generators can be installed on horizontal rotary platform installed on floating device and having the possibility of free rotation about their vertical axis. At that, on platform and surfaces of floating device, which are adjacent to it, there can be installed cores with coils and excitation system, which provide electric current generation. Rotors and stators can also be suspended to horizontal platform, including in several tiers.

EFFECT: providing reliable generation of electric current at free mutual offset of rotor and stator of generator with forces of gravity of the Earth.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to marine hydraulic power engineering and can be used for construction of hydraulic power plant using the energy of breaking wave. Water lifting pump for marine surf wave hydraulic power plant includes pontoon-float 4 and hollow flattened cone 2 with lower wide intake and upper narrow supply part changing into vertical upward directed tube and which is rigidly connected to pontoon-float 4 with possibility of back-and-forth upward-downward movement under influence of breaking wave. Pump is equipped with the system of hollow flattened cones 2 with internal conicity of 0.025 to 0.01, which form common rigid construction and capacities 1 rigidly fixed and pre-filled with water, in each of which there lowered is movable cone 2 which is not connected rigidly to the housing of capacity 1 with possibility of water carry-over upward to the next adjacent above located capacity 1. In the first capacity 1 the upper edge is located at water level with possibility of being constantly filled with movement of breaking wave. Wave energy plant contains interacting to each other the first and the second horizontal shafts, installed on vertical struts with ability of free rotation, pontoons, installed in pairs symmetrically relative to vertical struts, fixed in pairs levers, pivotally connected to corresponding pontoons, the first and the second gear, immovable installed at the first and the second shafts and are interlocked to each other, step-up gear and generator. Generator that operates at sea current comprises cylindrical jacket 19 with inlet and outlet nozzles 20 and 21, two power generators 1 installed parallel to each other with cylindrical body 3 and external rotor 4, installed outside body 3, and hydrodynamic drive 2, made in the form of blades 9, which are radially installed on external surface of external rotors 4 in both power generators 1. Power plant comprises body with open inlet and outlet installed on vertical shafts of rotation connected to power generators, hydraulic turbines in the form of drums, on external surfaces of which vanes are fixed. At body inlet and outlet vertical shields are installed, which direct tide flow to vanes of hydraulic turbines with provision of their rotation. Drum representing hydraulic turbine consists of cones connected with bases, on external surfaces of which vanes are fixed along helical line so that beginning of each vane on lower top of drum cone is displaced along with its rotation direction relative to the end of vane at the second upper top by 1-2 steps of vanes. SUBSTANCE: hydroelectric power includes dam, partitioning part of wave-shaping water area with head wall which has inclined slope on the side of water area, with ridge located above its average level, and hydraulic unit consisting of hydraulic turbine and hydraulic generator. Hydroelectric power plant is also equipped with additional dam forming the second reservoir in which hydraulic unit is installed. Water lifting device supplying the water to the second reservoir from the first reservoir is installed in the first reservoir. Head wall is arranged on the side which is opposite to connection of dam to shore of wave-shaping water area.

EFFECT: higher reliability and stability of operation of hydraulic unit owing to creation of productive head irrespective of parameters of wind waves.
