Method of swarming queen cell preservation in honey. RU patent 2400974.

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: larval working bee is grown by placing wax frames each with one-two-day-old larval bees in a strong bee family with a removed queen bee to be filled with royal jelly. 4-7 days later, the frames are removed from the beehive, and the grown larval bees are taken from the capsules. The wax capsules with royal jelly are frozen and stored at temperature -30…-35°C. The jars 40 g are filled with honey fused with last year's honey, and the frozen wax capsules with royal jelly are put therein; the jars are filled up with honey, turned over and stored till complete honey setting.

EFFECT: invention provides preservation of high biological activity with widened curative effect of the native royal jelly.

Method of biological active additive production (versions) / 2377930
Invention relates to a technique of processing natural raw materials particularly bodies of bees to obtain a biologically active additive (BAA). The method of BAA production involves freezing of bees bodies at a temperature between -10°C to -18°C for 3 hours maximum, grinding until smooth, drying and powdering. Drying is done in a passing air flow at 45°C maximum until humidity level is 15% maximum, powdering is done until particles are 0.5 m maximum for 1 min maximum. The obtained raw material is poured over with distilled water at the following ratio of the ingredients, in g per 100 g of the composition: bodies of bees are 2.0-10.0; distilled water is the rest. Then the mixture is infused for 24 hours maximum at 20°C minimum. The mixture is then extracted by ultrasound in a cavitation mode for 90 min maximum at 45°C maximum. The extraction is repeated 3 times minimum. The extract is then separated by filtration, cooled, poured and packed. Another version of producing a BAA is extraction of bodies of bees with a 60-70% aqueous solution of ethanol. The bees are preliminary treated in the same manner as in the first method. The obtained raw material is poured with a ratio in g per 100 g of the composition; bees bodies are 10.0-20.0; 60-70% aqueous solution of ethanol is the rest. The mixture is infused and extracted in the same manner as in the first method.

Method for extraction of bee-bread from honeycomb / 2397639
Invention relates to agriculture, in particular to bee keeping and may be used in technology of bee-bread production. Proposed method of bee-bread extraction consists in the following. Bee-bread in honeycomb are convectively dried in oscillating mode, using closed flow of coolant. Then wax base of bee-bread honeycomb is separated from framework, cooled, and pieces of honeycomb are ground down to wax particles and bee-bread granules in total mass. Then cocoons are damaged on bee-bread granules by contact interaction of granules between each other in ground wax-bee-bread mass, and bee-bread is extracted from wax-bee-bread mass by means of pneumatic separation. Remaining large wax particles are separated under action of vibration and are removed manually.
