SUBSTANCE: case (1) of box or setting ring (2) are made by means of two-component process and include packing ring (11) out of elastic material installed in inlet orifice of case (1) of box or setting ring (2) as the uttermost component of inlet orifice. The packing ring blocks access to cast materials (concrete) into the box during fabrication of cast wall. The packing ring has an external edge. There is also a fastening ring out of elastic material and a wedge ring; by means of the wedge ring the fastening ring is stretched radially outside for fastening engagement with internal periphery of box case.

The invention relates to a mounting or junction box containing the body of the box and possibly adjusting ring mounted within the periphery of the inlet of the metering box.

Electrical box of this type is used when wiring, often fixed to the walls made by casting, so that the box or ring has its inlet installed opposite the moulds. The problem is that casting materials (concrete) often penetrate inside the box, in accordance with what the box should be cleared. An attempt was made to resolve this problem by using a separate casting of the plates, which, however, are not always used because required in connection with this extra work.

The aim of the invention is the provision of improved mounting or junction box, in which the aforementioned problems are substantially eliminated.

This goal is achieved by the invention by means of the distinctive features described in the independent claim 1 of the claims. Preferred embodiments of the invention are presented in the dependent claims.

One exemplary embodiment of the invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:

figure 1 shows the mounting and junction box according to the invention in exploded image;

figure 2 shows the box in figure 1 with the circular components of the mounting ring Assembly;

figure 3 shows the adjusting ring for a carton according to the invention in side view and in partial section;

figure 4 shows a box according to the invention Assembly in side view and in partial section; and

Mounting or junction box contains the adjusting ring 2, 3, which is fixed inside on the periphery 8 of the inlet of the housing 1 of the box and which is movable for the necessary adjustment of provisions before it is mounted in the housing box. Thus, the ring 2, 3 can go the necessary distance from the inlet of the housing 1 of the box and/or be in an inclined position relative to the body of the box. This allows wiring and mounting devices flush with the wall surface, even if the box was set obliquely relative to the surface of the wall.

Ring consists of two rings 2 and 3, the first of which is an active ring 2 is made by using two-component technology and includes the mounting ring 6 and the sealing ring 11 from the same elastic material. Housing adjusting ring 2 is made of inelastic mA is Arial. The second ring 3 is made in the form of a wedge ring which is movable by means of the clamping screw 4 relative to the active set ring 2 so that the wedge ring 3 compresses the elastic ring 6 and thus stretches the elastic ring 6 radially outward for securing engagement with the inner periphery 8 of the housing 1 of the box. Ring 6 made of elastic material provides a relatively high pressure by means of the clamp, substantially as full rim to the body inside the box on the periphery 8, which is provided with passing around the circumference of broadcasthost or serration. In some cases, force delete, attached to the lid of the box may be of such amplitude that the elastic ring one cannot provide sufficient holding force to the mounting ring. For this reason, the wedge ring 3 is provided with a locking pointed projections 9, which are deflected in response to the action of the clamping screws 4 and engage siteplease connection with the inner periphery 8 of the housing 1 of the box. The outer side of the locking wedge-shaped protrusions 9 are provided with ribs and grooves complementary with those that are on the inner periphery 8 of the body of the box, thus setting siteplease connection. Figure 3 illustrates a beveled the ACMS 9a along the inner surface of the locking wedge-shaped projections 9, which is in contact with the lower end of the clamping screw 4 in the final phase of the process of tightening to reject locking pointed projections 9 on the outside.

A sealing ring 11 is present in the input aperture setting ring 2 as the most remote part of the inlet. A sealing ring 11 has the outer edge of its front surface provided with radially protruding sponge 12. Due to its elasticity and gabourney configuration of the sealing ring 11, 12 capable of being tightly against the surface of the mold. Usually in this case you can also use casting shields installed opposite the sealing ring 11. The sealing ring 11 and the retaining ring 6 are connected with each other by casting ribs 13 that is present in the recess of the mounting ring 2.

The wedge ring 3 contains at least two partially annular wedge surface 7 and between at least two guide protrusions 5 with the screw holes for the clamping screws 4. Guides control the position of the wedge ring 3 relative to the active set ring 2. Ring 2 includes a receiver 10 for guiding protrusions 5.

The invention can also be applied for mounting or junction box that does not have stanochnogo ring 2. In this case, the body 1 of the box is manufactured by two-component technology, and the seal ring 11, respectively, is present in the input hole of the housing 1 of the box as the most remote part of the inlet.

1. Mounting or junction box, comprising a housing (1) box and possibly ring (2)attached to the inner periphery of the inlet of the metering box, characterized in that the housing (1) box or ring (2) is made by using two-component technology from at least two different materials and include a sealing ring (11) from an elastic material, which is in the input hole of the housing (1) box or mounting rings (2) as the most remote part of the inlet, with the sealing ring (11) is the hard part of the body (1) box or the adjusting ring (2).

2. Box according to claim 1, characterized in that the sealing ring (11) has an outer edge of its front surface provided with a radially protruding annular sponge (12).

3. Box according to claim 1 or 2, which includes the aforementioned ring (2), characterized in that the ring (2) includes a mounting ring (6) from an elastic material and the wedge ring (3), whereby mounting the ring (3) is stretched radially outward for securing engagement with the inner periphery (8) of the housing box.

4. Box according to claim 3, characterized in that the sealing ring (11) and retaining ring (6) is made of a flexible material and connected to each other by molded ribs (13)that is present in the recess of the adjusting ring (2).

Proposed appliance comprises bracket 210, plug 110 and fasteners arranged along parallel sides of appliance 100 to interact with parallel fastening strips of said base to stabilise its pocket width. The switch (10), particularly, the piezoelectric switch, comprises a switch casing in the form of a cylindrical ring and a plate (11) that protrudes from the ring on top.
