SUBSTANCE: in order to estimate resorbtion function of peritoneum time during which animals achieve stage of surgical sleep in case of intraperitoneal introduction of ethaminal is determined.
EFFECT: method allows to estimate indirectly resoptive function of peritoneum in norm and under impact of aggressive factors.
The invention relates to experimental medicine and can be used for experimental evaluation of osteoclast function of the peritoneum.
Currently, the only approach to the evaluation of the function of the peritoneum is the clinical definition of peritoneal transport when conducting in patients with chronic peritoneal dialysis. The method consists in the following. The peritoneal cavity within 20 minutes emptied after a night cycle dialysis, weighed 2 l capacity warmed dialysis solution with 2.5% glucose, the contents of the tank is introduced into the peritoneal cavity for a 10-minute period, during which the patient takes a sample of venous blood at 4 hours after injection of dialysate last write for 20 minutes to obtain a sample of dialysate, blood samples and dialysate analyzed for creatinine and glucose, and derived the capacity of dialysate weighed to determine the scope of ultrafiltrate. The aim of the proposed method is to assess osteoclast function of the peritoneum in the experiment.
The objective is achieved by estimating the time period from the moment of intraperitoneal administration of a solution of etamine before the stage surgical sleep Atamanova anesthesia.
The essence of the proposed method is that the method of experimental evaluation of osteoclast function of the peritoneum, including the definition of time the animal stage surgical sleep with intraperitoneal injection of etamine indirectly allows to evaluate osteoclast function of the peritoneum in normal conditions and when exposed to aggressive factors (such as the surgical trauma).
The method is as follows.
After preparation of the surgical field in the area of the front surface of the abdomen, including shaving the wool of the animal, the treatment of the surgical field antiseptics, you lparameter the anterior abdominal wall by lifting it in the form of folds. SUBSTANCE: for modeling of pancreatitis in animal under experiment performed is upper median 2.0-2.5 cm long laparotomy. Into obtained wound stomach and duodenum together with pancreas are delivered. After that by transillumination Wirsung's duct of pancreas is visualised. Then under visual control isolated ligation of Wirsung's duct of pancreas is performed. Depending on necessity to obtain total or focal pancreatic necrosis, place of Wirsung's duct ligation is varied from distal to proximal part. After that laparotomic wound is sutured. SUBSTANCE: simulating partial optic atrophy is ensured by intravenous introduction of a chlorine photosensitiser in dosage 2.4 mg/kg of weight to a rabbit. 15 minutes later, the optic disk is transpupillary exposed to laser of power density 200-250 J/cm2. The laser spot diametre is 5 mm.

SUBSTANCE: diagnostics of transplantable myeloblastic leukaemia in AKR/JY mice involves a laparotomy procedure. Spleen and thymus are separated and weighted. If spleen weight in analysed leukaemia is increased as compared with norm and exceeds thymus weight in 3 times and more, myeloblastic leukaemia can be diagnosed.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to cardiology, and aims at normalisation of disturbed blood rheology in experiment. In immobilisation stress, the xiphoid process of white rats is exposed to terahertz electromagnetic waves at molecular spectrum and oxygen absorption (MSOA) frequency 129.0 GHz, power density 100 mcWt/cm2 for 15 minutes.

After that values of classifying functions Y1 and Y2 are determined. If Y2 value is larger than Y1, there is risk of post-operation recurrence of multinodular goitre, if Y1 value is larger than Y2 there is no risk of post-operation recurrence of multinodular goitre.
EFFECT: method allows to realise prediction of multinodular goitre recurrence in pre-operation period in order to choose adequate volume of surgical operation on thyroid gland in patients with multinodular goitre.
SUBSTANCE: osteotomy of acetabulum is performed. After displacement of isolated fragments performed is compression of joint surfaces by means of apparatus of external fixation until X-ray signs of destructive process development are obtained.
