The group of inventions relates to a method of rasshifrovka fabrics of cotton fibers and devices for their implementation in the textile industry.

Known methods of rasshifrovka fabrics of cotton fibers, which fibers are impregnated in a container with an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid concentration of 2-5%, maintain the tissue in the vessel in an aqueous acid solution at a temperature of 30-40C for 2-24 hours, washed with cold water and wring out [see Balashov SO, Bulusheva N.E. and other Short course of chemical technology of fibrous materials. - M: Light and food industries, 1984. - P.26-27]. A slight increase in the intensity of rasshifrovka reach pre-treatment of water supplied to rasshifrovka, the magnetic field [see Davidson M.I. electromagnetic treatment of water systems in the textile industry. - M.: Legprombytizdat, 1988, p.87-89].

The disadvantages of these methods analogues are insufficient efficiency of the process rasshifrovka, relatively large, up to 24 hours, time rasshifrovka and because of the high cost of the process rasshifrovka fabrics of cotton fibers.

Known devices for rasshifrovka fabrics of cotton fibers, including the capacity for aqueous acid solution, water heater acid solution contained in the tank is, device for loading and unloading from the vessel tissue, the dewatering fabric device [see Balashov SO, Bulusheva N.E. and other Short course of chemical technology of fibrous materials. - M: Light and food industries, 1984. - P.26-29]. More intensive process rasshifrovka fabrics of cotton fibers occurs in the device, comprising an electromagnet that generates a constant magnetic field, the dielectric aqueduct crossing the magnetic lines of force, which serves minichannel water rasshifrovka in capacity [see Davidson M.I. electromagnetic treatment of water systems in the textile industry. - M.: Legprombytizdat, 1988. - P.87-89].

The disadvantages of the known devices analogues are their relatively high cost, lack of effectiveness, relatively large, the time required to complete rasshifrovka cotton fabrics, and because of the high cost of the process rasshifrovka.

The closest technical solution to the same destination to the claimed method according to the essential features and the maximum achievable positive effect and is therefore chosen for the prototype is the way rasshifrovka cotton fabrics [see patent RU 2294991, 03.11.2005], in which the capacity is divided into the first chamber and the second chamber aperture; introducing the first camera is the anode, the second chamber, the cathode; in the water of the first chamber is injected salt of a sulfuric acid concentration of 5-10 vol.%, powder binder in a proportion of 5-30 vol.%, creating a dispersion mixture (DC); load in the first cell of cotton cloth; served on the electrodes DC voltage value 5-35 In, soak fabric for 0.5-5 hours, the fabric is washed, unload, press.

The disadvantage of the prototype method is its high cost.

The closest technical solution of the same purposes of the claimed device according to the essential features and the maximum achievable effect and therefore adopted for the prototype is a device for implementing the method of rasshifrovka cotton fabrics [see patent RU 2294991, 03.11.2005], which includes the capacity; the first chamber and the second chamber in the vessel; the aperture between the first chamber and the second chamber; an anode in the first chamber, a cathode in the second chamber; a dispenser for introduction into the water of the first chamber of salts of sulfuric acid, powder aluminosilicates; a device for loading and unloading from the first chamber of the tissue; the dewatering fabric device.

The disadvantages of the known devices of the prototype is its difficulty, complexity, high cost of the device.

Specified in the formula limits the values of the processing parameters selected for the following reasons. Salts of sulfuric acid in the range of 5-10% vol. enough of them formed in the anode chamber baths sulfuric acid concentration, respectively, in the range of 2-5 g/l, the number sufficient to process rasshifrovka; the minimum number of paraschiavistico 5% vol. enough to rasshifrovka at the maximum voltage on the electrodes, creating the electric field strength value of 200 V/m at a minimum concentration of salts of sulfuric acid 5%, when the minimum time of exposure of the processed material in the chamber with the anode 0.5 hours; the maximum amount of powder aluminosilicates 30% vol. enough to rasshifrovka with a minimum voltage on the electrodes, creating an electric field strength value of 50 V/m, with a maximum concentration of salts of sulfuric acid 10%, when the maximum time of exposure of the processed material in the chamber with the anode 5 hours.
