The invention relates to new chemical compounds used to improve the growth and development of chickens.
This compound can be applied in poultry, in particular, as feeding a growing chickens.
In the practice of feeding birds use various additives to improve its growth and development. Of particular importance among these compounds are vitamins, particularly Riboflavin and ascorbic acid.
It is known that Riboflavin (vitamin b2included redox enzymes, which affect the metabolism of proteins, fats, nucleic acids and some vitamins - Pantothenic, folic and orotovoy acids, choline and pyrodoxine, it also provides the normal function of sexual glands and the nervous system .
Vitamin C participates in redox processes, in the transformations of nucleic acids in the synthesis of steroid hormones in the adrenal cortex, in education reference proteins (collagen) and proteins of the connective tissue, promotes the formation and accumulation of glycogen in the liver, stimulates the secretion of gastric glands, activates a number of enzymes that affect the metabolism of sulfur [2, 3].
Also known additives for poultry, representing complex compounds of iron and copper with Riboflavin and alpha-amino acids  and gamma-aminobutyric acid . For example, note the imposition of the most effective of these compounds of iron complex with Riboflavin and gamma-aminobutyric acid in the feeding of young birds allows you to increase the gain in live weight of chickens by 11.6%.
Has not previously been described compound of iron with ascorbic acid and Riboflavin, suitable as additives in the diet when feeding birds.
The invention is directed to the synthesis of compounds of the dihydrate of hydrobromination iron (II)to extend the range of dietary supplements designed to improve the development and growth of chickens.
The invention is a dihydrate hydrobromination - laminat iron (II), has the following formula: Fe(C6H7O6)(C17H19O6N4)·2H2O and is intended to improve the growth and development of chickens.
Named the invention dehydrate hydrobromination iron (II) was prepared as follows.
0.5 liter of 0.2 n sodium hydroxide solution is dissolved 18,81 g Riboflavin and 8,80 g of ascorbic acid. In the resulting solution contribute to 13.9 g semimodule of ferrous sulfate (FeSO4·7H2O) and the formed slurry is maintained at a temperature of 70-80°C under mechanical stirring for 5-6 hours before moving yellow suspension in light brown. The finished product is filtered, washed with water until a negative reaction to sulfate ions and dried in a drying Cabinet at a temperature of 100-110°C.
The compound is obtained as an amorphous light brown powder, in which the course is 89%.
Connection odourless, non-hygroscopic, stable during storage, solubility 0,362 g in 100 g of water, little soluble in ethanol and insoluble in organic solvents (benzene, chloroform, and others). In neutral and slightly alkaline aqueous solution of the compound barely breaks down into simple components.
When analyzing the connection is found, wt.%: Fe - 8,66, 43,12, N - Br4.61, 34,96, N - 8,65, C17H19O6N4- 58,52,6H7About6- 27,09, N2On - 5,73.
Calculated, wt.%: Fe - 8,72 - 42,99, N - 4,67, 34,89, N - 8,72, C17H19O6N4- 58,41,6H7About6- 27,25, N2On - 5,62.
The calculated molar mass of compound 642, temperature dehydration 135°C. at 220°C, the compound decomposes without melting.
The IR spectrum of Riboflavin are intense bands with frequencies 1740 and 1648 cm-1characteristic frequencies of its carbonyl group νSt(C(4)=O) and νas(C(4)=O), and the absorption band of medium intensity νas(N(5)O-n) frequency 3214 cm-1. In the IR spectrum of compound has no absorption bands with frequencies 3214, 1740 and 1648 cm-1that proves coordinatie Riboflavin with iron ions(P) in deprotonated enol form, with the formation of chelate cycle due to the heteroatom of nitrogen (N(5)and neighboring enol (
The IR spectrum of ascorbic acid have absorption bands related to the stretching vibrations of C=O groups ((νco=1730), deformation vibrations of the Oh-group at C(2)-atom (δ(he)=1320 cm-1and when With(3)-atom ascorbic acid (δ(he)=1220 cm-1). In the IR spectrum of compound strip deformation vibrations of the Oh-group at C(2)-atom shift in the high frequency region (1330 cm-1), which indicates the coordination of the oxygen atom of this group with a metal ion, and there is no band, related to the deformation vibrations of the Oh-group at C(3)-atom ascorbic acid (δ(he)=1220 cm-1), due to the ionization of this group and formation of Fe-O.
The individuality of the obtained compounds was confirmed by TLC with chromatographytandem in the system ISO-butyl alcohol - formic acid - water (5:1:1). Compound forms on the chromatogram individual spot, the value of Rf=0,15 which differs from RfRiboflavin, ascorbic acid and the compounds with iron (II), with Rfin the interval 0,22-0,57.

Action dihydrate of hydrobromination iron(II) was studied in chickens pullets of laying hens of the cross "Hisexs brown" at the age of 30 days within 1 month on four groups of chickens 100 animals each, formed on the principle of analogues (table).

The first group was the control, i.e. as a feed received only the basic diet In the diet of the second, third and fourth groups instead Riboflavin, part of the feed, respectively, were injected additive complex compounds at the rate of 5, 10 and 15 mg per 1 kg of feed. The safety population in the control and experimental groups during the test was 100%.
Adding complex compounds of iron, Riboflavin and ascorbic acid in the basic diet instead of Riboflavin has a positive effect on the growth and development of Chicks and leads to an increase in their body weight 9.1-14.3 per cent compared with a control group that did not receive this connection.
Thus, studies have shown that a new connection dehydrate hydrobromination iron (II) is an effective additive that increases the gain of chickens to 14.3%, while the complex compound of iron, Riboflavin and gamma-aminobutyric acid increases the gain in live weight of chickens only 11.6%.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing iron (II) oxalate by directly reacting metal with acid in the presence of atmospheric oxygen and a liquid phase while stirring. The process is carried out in a bead mill. The liquid phase solvent used is water with mass ratio of the liquid phase to glass beads equal to 1:1, content of oxalic acid in the initial load is between 0.5 and 2.0 mol/kg, and content of stimulating sodium chloride additive is between 0.02 and 0.10 mol/kg. Crushed grey cast iron which is stirred by a blade mixer is taken in amount of 30% of the mass of the rest of the load. The process is started and carried out at temperature in the interval from (50±2) to (93±2)°C while bubbling air under conditions for stabilising temperature using a heated liquid bath and controlling using a sample taking method and determination of content of iron (II) and (III) salts in the samples, and residual quantity of acid up to virtually complete conversion of the latter into salt. After that air bubbling, external heat supply for stabilising temperature and stirring are stopped. The suspension of the reaction mixture is separated from the glass beads and particles of unreacted metal alloy and filtered. The filtration residue is washed with distilled water and taken for further purification through recrystallisation, while the filtrate and the washing water are returned to the load for the repeated process. Iron (II) oxalate, which is separated from the reaction mixture by traditional filtering, is virtually the only product of conversion.
EFFECT: liquid phase used together with the sodium chloride additive can be repeatedly returned to the process.

SUBSTANCE: iron (II) fumarate can be used in different fields of chemical practice, in analytical control and in scientific research, through direct reaction of iron with fumaric acid in the presence of a catalyst, where the catalyst used is molecular iodine in amount of 0.025 to 0.1 mol/kg of the initial load, iron is taken in large excess in form of shells on the entire height of the reactor, false bottom and blade mixer, as well as in form of crushed cast iron and(or) reduced iron powder, the liquid phase solvent used is butylacetate, in which iodine and fumaric acid are at least partially dissolved, where fumaric acid is taken in amount of 0.8 to 1.2 mol/kg of the initial load, loading is done in the sequence: glass beads, liquid phase solvent, fumaric acid, iodine, and then crushed cast iron and(or) reduced iron powder; the process is started at room temperature and is carried out in a vertical type bead mill with ratio of mass of beads to mass of crushed cast iron and(or) reduced iron powder equal to 4:1, at temperature ranging from 18 to 45°C while bubbling air with flow rate of 0.95 l/min-kg of the liquid phase and using forced cooling and controlling using a sampling method until complete exhaustion of the loaded acid for formation of salt, after which stirring and cooling are stopped, the reaction mixture is separated from glass beads and unreacted crushed cast iron and(or) reduced iron powder and filtered, the residue is washed with butylacetate and taken for recrystallisation, and the filtrate and washing butylacetate are returned to the repeated process. Amount of acid used in extracting the product (without loss during purification) ranges from 89 to 96.5%, which depends on conditions for carrying out the process.
EFFECT: improved method of producing said product.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to coordination chemistry: specifically, to improved method of producing heterometal neodymium (III) and iron (III) malate of formula 1 to be used for synthesis of mixed oxides of perovskite composition. . Method is enabled by electrolysis of concentrated aqueous solution of neodymium (III) nitrate and malic acid in ratio 1:3 with pyridine or lithium perchlorate with anode added, pressed from recovered iron, and inert cathode from graphite with using pulse current of variable porosity. Thereafter the solution is evaporated with precipitation then washed with ethanol and dried.

SUBSTANCE: method is realized by relation of metallic iron with acetic acid at presence of oxidizing agent; using molecular iodine, iron oxides such as Fe2O3, Fe3O4 and oxygen of air as oxidizing agent for converting impurity of iron (II) acetate to basic iron (III) acetate. Process is performed in beads mill at temperature 80°Cand at mass relation of liquid charge and glass beads 1 : 1. Iron is used in the form of shell abutted to lateral surface of reactor housing. Title complex is obtained via interaction of metal with acid using air oxygen as oxidant. Salicylic acid is used in butyl acetate or n-butyl alcohol solution with dissolved molecular iodine or potassium iodide. Iron is provided in the form of steel or cast iron shell, shaft, and blade of mechanical mixer as well as, agitated by the mixer, reduced iron powder fractions, broken cast iron or broken steel cuttings, cast iron or steel filings. Process is carried out at stirring with high-speed mechanical stirrer and air bubbling allowing self-heating of reaction mixture to 70-80°C until 1.72-1.85 mole/kg iron compounds is accumulated in reaction mixture in the form of suspension, whereupon mixing is stopped. Suspension is freed of unreacted fine iron and/or alloy(s) thereof and subjected to hot filtration, Filtrate is warmed to eliminate precipitated solid phase and then slowly cooled to ambient temperature. Precipitated solid phase is filtered off, dried, and recrystallized, while filtrate is recycled.

The innovation enables to increase fodder's nutritive value and prolong its storage period.

Application of the present innovation enables to increase therapeutic efficiency and widen action range of antiparasitic treatments in animals.
