FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates press forging equipment, particularly to bending press. Proposed press comprises shackle and lever pivoted to the base, and crossarm pivoted onto said shackle and lever to perform parallel-plane motion. Shackle and lever are pivoted to said base on the opposite side to support pressure bar pivoted thereon to perform parallel-plane motion. Hydraulic cylinder is articulated with each lever.

The invention relates to a press-forging equipment, in particular for the construction of presses for bending.

The famous press, containing pivotally mounted on the frame earring and the lever are pivotally mounted yoke with the possibility of a plane-parallel movement and the hydraulic cylinder, the rod of which is pivotally connected with the lever [1].

A disadvantage of the known technical solution is the ability odnogolosy flexible V-shaped stamped parts with the relatively small sizes of shelves.

The invention is aimed at expanding the technological capabilities of the press.

This is achieved by the fact that the press contains pivotally mounted on the frame earring and a lever, on which the possibility of a plane-parallel move pivotally mounted yoke, pivotally associated with the arm cylinder on the frame additionally pivotally mounted earring and the lever are pivotally mounted clamping beam with the possibility of a parallel-plate movement, with a hydraulic cylinder pivotally mounted on the lever.

Figure 1 shows a press feeder side of the sheet, figure 2 - press side of the bar.

The press contains pivotally mounted on the frame 1 side of the sheet giving the earring 2 and the lever 3. The earring 2 and the lever 3 pivotally installed with the possibility of a plane-parallel movement ol jimna beam 4. On the opposite side on the frame of the hinged earring set 5 and the lever 6, which is pivotally installed with the possibility of a plane-parallel movement of yoke 7. The hydraulic cylinder 8 is pivotally connected with each of the levers 3 and 6. Yoke 7 is suspended relative to the frame on uravnoveshivaya (not shown).

When enabled, the press cylinder 8 rotates the lever 3 against the frame. When this clamping beam 4 is moved parallel to its original position until it stops in lying on the table of the press sheet. Further movement of the cylinder causes rotation of the lever 6 against the frame. When this yoke 7 is moved parallel to the original position and unbends protruding cantilever shelf sheet.

The proposed design allows the press to receive the flexible side of the sheet of infinite length, and when replacing the tool on the knife - producing segment of the bands.

Proposed press comprises plate, working cylinder with plunger, working cylinder pressure line, return cylinders, hydraulic unit and program control device. Hydraulic unit comprises motor connected with frequency converter, two hydraulic pumps, variable throttle in working cylinder drain line and analog pressure transducer in working cylinder pressure line. Press incorporates hydraulic lock, electrically-controller hydraulic control valves and press plate top position pickup. Second hydraulic pump pressure line is connected via electrically-controller hydraulic control valve to first inlet of hydraulic lock. Its second inlet is connected with return cylinders working chambers, and its outlet communicates with working cylinder pressure line. Program control device incorporates pressure control unit.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spindle press intended for deformation by pulsating load. Proposed press comprises bed with guides wherein slide is fitted to consecutively make working strokes. Nut is axially fixed on said bed that can rotate in one direction driven by separate drive. Screw is articulated with said nut arranged on said slide to be turned by separate drive. Slide working strokes are caused by screw turns in forward and back rotation. Nut rotational speed is smaller than that of screw.

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: inventions are related to forming systems for production of high precision parts intended for instance to connect optical fibres. Installation for manufacturing of parts comprises puncheon, die, accessory that supports die, and device for puncheon alignment. Specified device is equipped with shaft for direction of puncheon versus die. Puncheon and shaft are arranged with flat surface. Shaft has dimensions and shape that provide for location of puncheon with sliding contact of its flat surface and flat surface of shaft with absence of intermediate movable parts. In installation there is system provided for mechanical transfer of force from press to puncheon. Besides puncheon is separated from slider and is placed into shaft until force is transferred from slider. System for making of parts includes press and at least one die stamping unit. Unit comprises installation for manufacturing of parts. System may be used to manufacture parts with allowance within the limits of 1000 nanometres. These parts may be used in optoelectronics.

EFFECT: invention provides for improved efficiency of precision parts manufacturing and improvement of their quality.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal deformation process and can be used in press plant. Lever mechanism of press contains toggle, slider, two trijugate links and closing connecting rod. Connecting rods are symmetrically installed relative to geometrical axis of punch movement. Sliders, connecting rods and two trijugate links form pentagonal closed variable contour.

EFFECT: there is provided improving of pressing, reduction of load of separated links of press mechanism.

SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to equipment for material pressure-shaping. Hydraulic press comprises frame, moving transverse member, beam, upper and lower tools. The frame is made as top and bottom cross-members. Cross-members are interconnected by pillars. The press is fitted with additional hydraulic press. Additional press comprises upper transverse members, tie rods, cylinders with hydraulic fluid, pillars and lower transverse members. Additional press is mounted with possibility to transfer its force to moving transverse member via tie rods and upper transverse members. Furthermore additional press force transfer to lower tool is provided using pillars of additional press, lower transverse member and pins.

FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: casing of the high-capacity hydraulic press operating cylinder used at fluid pressures of up to 32 MPa comprises the walls and bottom welded together. The wall features thickness hw and is furnished with the support flange coupled with the former by a shaped moulding. The bottom features thickness hb=2 hw and is coupled with the wall inner surface by the moulding arranged along the radius. There is a hole to feed operating fluid into the cylinder arranged at the bottom centre. The said moulding is buried into the bottom for hbr=(0.3 to 0.4) hw to form a ledge on the bottom inner face with its size equal to that of the moulding hbr. The moulding radius equals (0.7 to 0.8) hw.

EFFECT: higher reliability with no increase in weight and sizes.

SUBSTANCE: proposed press comprises a frame with two support members, two slides fitted in the guides and two tables that form punching zones. The frame top accommodates the main horizontal shaft. The said punching zones are arranged symmetrically to the plane of symmetry of the said main shaft that is located perpendicular to its axis of rotation. The main shaft runs in bearing supports mounted above the punching zone. The main shaft may represent a crankshaft or camshaft.

EFFECT: increased frame stiffness, higher efficiency of press operation.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to processing metal by pressing and can be implemented in benders for fixing items with holder of big weight in upper and lower positions. The mechanism of control of holder position in benders consists of an immobile element coupled with its axis with the case of the bender. A guiding channel with recesses on end sections is installed into the immobile element. There is also a mobile element connected to the holder and a control lever made as an active arm, axis of which is positioned in the mobile element and rigidly tied with it in the point of connection to axis of a passive arm with a bearing. Also the bearing is located in the said guiding channel and can travel in it, occupying recesses on end sections to fix the holder in the upper and lower positions.

Proposed head can horizontally move along guide and displace rolls of carriages. Said carriages have holders made integral with the latter and serving to clamp detachable work tools. Each of the latter comprises movable dies and fixed pressing elements that allow fitting sheet materials there between and processing them to designed shape. Note here that aforesaid detachable members represent, at least, one clamping unit, stamping or bending unit, perforating unit, squeezing or severe drawing unit.

FIELD: metallurgy industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cold bending of sheet metal, and namely to bending of workpieces 0.5 to 1 mm thick in small-scale manufacturing conditions. Sheet bending machine consists of a stand, a bending mechanism, a hold-down frame with a drive, and lever eccentric hold-down mechanism interacting with hold-down frame. At that, stand is welded and made in the form of at least two pairs of diagonal braces connected by longitudinal and transverse braces. Hold-down frame is made in the form of longitudinal tube freely installed in restrictors on diagonal braces of the stand, where length of the above tube is equal to the stand length, transverse profiles welded to it above each pair of diagonal braces and operating part in the form of an angle connected to free edges of the above profiles. Hold-down frame drive serves for pre-clamping and is foot-controlled, and lever eccentric hold-down mechanism serves for final clamping of the workpiece and is made in the form of hold-down levers and eccentrics connected to each other by means of a tube. At that, eccentrics are fixed in brackets installed on transverse braces of the stand so that they can interact with transverse profiles of hold-down frame.
