The invention relates to the field of construction, operation, and repair of buildings, which are characterized by significant temperature drop at the wall from -30 to +30°C, and can be used to restore the operating characteristics of the buildings, including their insulation and anticorrosion properties. In particular, the method of repair or reconstruction of the protective properties of wall structures.

A known method of recovering thermal insulation and corrosion protection of buildings and structures, including mechanical surface cleaning of walls, spraying a layer of polyurethane foam with its subsequent foaming and curing, and subsequent staining of the wall using spray (EN 2176705, 10.06.2001). In the known solution coating layer of polyurethane is carried out in the absence of sources of moisture.

The disadvantage of this known solution is the complexity of creating a protective layer in the natural conditions of the temperate climate zone, because the known method has specific requirements for humidity.

From WO 8803205, E04B 1/74, 05.05.1988 known method of increasing thermal performance of the panel due to the fact that its spaces are filled with an adhesive injected through made holes in it.

The disadvantage of this known solution is that, is that voids in the panel via the input drilled hole is made in the factory at the time of manufacture of the wall panel after curing of the concrete and using injection apparatus high-pressure supplying foam into the void with sufficient pressure to expel air and at least partially fill the void filler. After filling pressure is removed and the foam under atmospheric pressure is spread out over the void.

For sealing the wall panel or to restore its insulating properties of the panel on an existing building, this method is unsuitable due to the complexity of the project and the need for expensive tools. Very complex becomes the filling of voids in the panel, which is located, for example, at the height of the fifth floor.

The objective of the invention is to create a way in a single technological cycle including repair of wall panels constructed buildings for tightness and teploizoljacionnojj.

Achievable technical result is to shorten the work on restoration of insulating and corrosion-resistance properties of the wall panels in newly-built buildings.

This technical result is achieved in that in the method of restoring the sealing and insulating wall panels, including filling of voids in these panels with foam in the area of voids in the wall panels drill through hole with W the d 30-100 cm, and filling the voids with foam carry out the introduction of the foam through at least one of the holes until the release of this foam through adjacent holes, and then each hole clog the tube.

These characteristics are essential and interrelated with the formation of a stable set of essential features, sufficient to obtain the desired technical result.

The present invention is illustrated with a specific example of implementation, which, however, is not only possible, but clearly demonstrates the possibility of achieving the desired technical result.

Figure 1 shows a section of a wall panel to recovery; figure 2 - operation voids in the panel with foam; figure 3 - recovered wall panel.

According to the present invention discusses a method for rapid and cost-effective recovery of sealing and insulating of wall panels in newly-built buildings.

Repair wall panels are manufactured in two cases: leakage and freezing. Leaks are the result of violation of the outer protective layer of sealant (cracks, damage, partial damage), and freezing occur due to the absence or lack of insulation in the cavities of the panel.

This way you can remonter the AMB and restore hermetization and insulating properties of the wall panels 1 (Fig.1-3). During operation of the building insulation 2 in the cavity of the wall panels shrunk, collapses and crumbles, forming voids (figure 1).

The method is non-destructive recovery sealing and insulating of wall panels is to fill in these panels with foam 3. For this purpose, in the area of voids in the wall panels are drilled through holes in increments of not more than 100 cm (30-100 cm), and filling the voids with foam carry out the introduction of the foam through at least one of the holes until the release of this foam through adjacent holes (figure 2), and then each hole clog the tube 4 (Fig 3). Closed holes can be sealed.

In practice, this looks as follows.

a) a wall panel in the area of voids hammer drill with a step 30-100 cm drilled holes (diameter and length of the drill must match the outlet tube 5 cylinder foam - D - 10 mm, L = 25 cm) (figure 2). During the drilling of the holes is determined by the presence of voids (voids Bur "fails").

b) Through the holes injected foam using manufactured of pananandata balloon type with the working of the tubular spout (2) (monitoring the filling is via the adjacent holes, as they will not appear foam).

The foam has a high vibration is tolkosto and polymerized in the presence of moisture. Grouting foam provides sealing volume bulkhead space. In the process of expansion joints are to be filled in the side of least resistance. Can be used foam "Bau Super Max"manufactured by the German concern BAUMAX AG - component foam in aerosol cans containing the working gas propane-butane mixture, harmless to the ozone layer of the atmosphere. Polymerization of the composition is influenced by humidity, this creates a strong and flexible sealed seam, the corresponding solid rubber. Application temperature foam "Bau Super Max" is in the range from 0 to +40°C. the foam can be applied at low temperatures.

C) the Hole is sealed by a stopper 4 (3) (a piece of bilateral, wooden copic etc).

d) Apply sealant 6 on the outer surface of the seal and adjacent to the seam side panels 1.

As a sealant may be used waterproofing mastic. Can be used two-component polyurethane mastic "ALOR-2 (TU 5772-063-00151963-99), produced, for example, the Russian company JSC "Stroydetal" (trademark VILATERM®). Mastic is applied with a spatula strip, the thickness of the layer of mastic shall be not less than 1,5-2,0 mm

For additional sealant may be applied to panopoly atanomy composition layer up to 15 mm Used two-component polyurethane foam compositions-17H or foam-N. The composition is applied by spraying using intended for applying such compositions equipment, for example, Tom foam, produced by the Russian company OOO "TEPLOTA"providing for simultaneously spraying two components.

After curing of the sealant and polyurethane foam composition of the joint surface can be painted with fire retardant silicone composition. Can be used organosilicon compositions CO-8101 or CO-8102 produced, for example, the Russian company OOO "ALCON". Operating temperature range of these compositions is in the range from -60 to +600°C.

The choice of the step size "to 100 cm" is due primarily to the fact that repairers, installers are suspended in the cradle at a height flush with the wall of the repaired building, purely visual installer when working with one hole (through which it is filled with foam), almost pressed against the wall, visually can cover the eye adjacent openings not more than 1 m because all the attention of the installer during operation of the apparatus of the foam is focused on the operation of this apparatus and process of extrusion foam into the hole, then increasing step more than 1 m, the installer must constantly raise or lower the head (controlled the ü for adjacent holes), returning attention to the device. In this mode the installer quickly get tired, lose focus, leading to either excessive excessive foam or inadequate filling her emptiness. These results were obtained by the results of the monitoring practice of the method and presents in the form of specifying the upper limit. The lower limit is limited to 30 cm loses the simplicity and efficiency of the method due to the large number of holes and fracture sealing (especially concrete, sealing chipped off pieces). The parameters of the foam does not have any impact on the step, because after filling voids all adjacent holes are sealed with plugs for polymerization of the composition in the cavities in the temperature conditions of the environment.

The advantages of the new method is:

- Saves time, power, tool for garbage collection;

- Not destroyed wall panel;

Assembly foam, getting in a limited space, expands and fills all of the cracks and voids, reliably preventing the panel from freezing (another way to get the foam to fill all voids.

The present invention is industrially applicable in the construction and reconstruction of buildings.

The recovery method of sealing and insulating of wall panels in newly-built buildings, including filling of voids in these panels Montt is mportant foam, characterized in that in the area of voids in the wall panels drill through hole with a step 30-100 cm, and filling the voids with foam carry out the introduction of the foam through at least one of the holes until the release of this foam through adjacent holes, and then each hole clog the tube.
