SUBSTANCE: acrylic paint composition in the first version contains an acrylic film-forming - acrylic organosoluble copolymer Polyform and a copolymer of p-butylmethacrylate with methylmethacrylate, silica filler, thickener - benton or pangel, plasticiser - phthalic ester, pigment and organic solvent. In the second version the acrylic paint composition contains an acrylic film-forming - acrylic organosoluble copolymer Polyform and a copolymer of p-butylmethacrylate with methylmethacrylate and additionally a polyorganosiloxane resin, silica filler, thickener - benton or pangel, plasticiser - phthalic ester, pigment and organic solvent.

EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical properties.

The invention relates to the production of coatings and can be used to protect various surfaces from aggressive external impact and to make products of the appropriate appearance.

The famous "Acrylic paint composition "Agroplast" RF patent No. 2078107 IPC SD 133/04, 27.04.1997 containing film-forming copolymer of butyl acrylate, styrene and methacrylic acid, pigment - carbon technical, pigment yellow iron oxide, red iron oxide, blue iron and filler is aluminum powder, matting additive: aerosol, solvents: a mixture of ethyl cellosolve with butyl acetate.

The disadvantages of this acrylic paint compositions are high values of hardness of the film (of 0.68-0.75 in conventional units), as the coating becomes brittle, inelastic, insufficient resistance to abrasion (0,30-0,40 mg/micron).

The closest analogue to the technical essence is acrylic paint composition comprising a film-forming acrylic - 48-52%solution in toluene of a copolymer of butyl acrylate, styrene and methacrylic acid in the ratio(37,8-38,8):(58,5-59,5):2,7, the filler is calcium carbonate crystalline, solvent - toluene and butyl acetate, the thickener is an organic derivative of montmorillonite "Benton SD-2, Vara is Gator - the natural mixture of phospholipids "vegetable Lecithin or Soy lecithin Nalec 10-F, the plasticizer is an ester of phthalic acid dibutyl, pigment, EN 2314327 IPC C09D 133/04, 133/10, 5/00 2008.01.10

However, the composition has a relatively high cost due to the content of the dispersant is a mixture of natural phospholipids "vegetable Lecithin or Soy lecithin Nalec 10-F, as well as the use of a sufficiently large number of film-forming (35-60 wt.%). Acrylic paint and varnish composition has a high hardness film (0,44-0,50 conventional units), insufficient resistance to abrasion (0,20-0,25 mg/micron).

The present invention was the creation of the composition with the requisite consumer features coverage under reduced content of film-forming, which allows you to expand the Arsenal of tools for this purpose, and also to expand the raw material base for the preparation of the composition.

The technical result of the invention consists in providing the necessary characteristics of the coating under reduced content of film-forming, as well as reducing the cost of the composition, improve its stability during storage, the increase in resistance of the coating to abrasion and reduced hardness film.

According to the second variant acrylic paint composition contains the acrylic film-forming, filler, thickener, plasticizer is an ester of phthalic acid, an organic solvent, a pigment and is characterized by the fact that as a film-forming acrylic it contains acrylic organic copolymer "polyform" and copolymer of p-butylmethacrylate with methyl methacrylate and optionally polyphenylsiloxane resin, and the filler is a silica filler, as a thickener - Benton or panel in the following ratio, wt.%:

Cf is giving the claimed composition with a known composition allows to make a conclusion about its compliance with the criterion of "Novelty", as in this case contains a new set of components in the new proportions. The coating based on the proposed composition has good paint-technical and physical-mechanical properties at low content in the composition of film-forming.

The specified limits of the ratios between the components of the composition are determined experimentally and are optimal from the point of view of achieving a positive technical result and low cost of the composition.

Use the first option in the film-forming copolymers of various molecular weights, or on the second version of copolymers of various molecular weights together with polyphenylsiloxane resin in combination with solvents promote the formation of such patterns of foaming agent, which provides a high content of nonvolatile substances in the composition, which leads to increased technological viscosity, which improves the sedimentation stability of the composition and it is possible to obtain highly concentrated discharge form, which provides good covering power. The combination of silica fillers in combination with the acrylic film-forming and other components further improves opaque the th and operational improvement of coating properties.

It increased physico-mehanicheskie properties, namely strength characteristics of the film, hydrophobicity, resistance, permeability, fire resistance, heat resistance, weather resistance. Acrylic paint composition is prepared as follows: charged to the reactor 1/3 of the volume from the calculated amount of organic solvent in which is dissolved the estimated amount of the thickener, then add the remaining solvent and acrylic copolymer "polyform", a copolymer of n-butyl methacrylate with methyl methacrylate or acrylic polymer "polyform", a copolymer of p-butylmethacrylate with methyl methacrylate and polyphenylsiloxane resin in equal quantities, mix and add the pigment, filler. Obtained mass is stirred and fray with beads. Then to the mixture of the plasticizer and mixed until a homogeneous mass. For the test composition is applied using a spray gun on the metal surface.

Compounds for experimental testing of the invention shown in table 1. Physical and mechanical properties are given in table 2.

To obtain compositions for protective coatings were used the following materials:

As a copolymer of n-butyl methacrylate with methyl methacrylate using innovations for this LP 65/12, innovations for this LP 64/12, innovations for this LP 62/05.

Benton (Organobentonite) is a product of the interaction of natural montmorillonite clay (bentonite) with oleoylethanolamide, in particular, Quaternary ammonium salts (HOURS).

From table 2 it follows that obtained according to the invention of acrylic paint and varnish composition has a high physical-mechanical SV is Ista, lower hardness values and higher values of resistance of the film to abrasion.

Thus, the use as a film-forming acrylic organic copolymer "polyform" and copolymer of n-butyl methacrylate and methyl methacrylate in the coating composition reduces the amount of film-forming composition, which makes it cheaper and allows to improve its storage stability without deterioration of basic physical and mechanical properties, as well as improved film hardness and resistance of the film to abrasion.

SUBSTANCE: method of forming coating film involves deposition of material containing a hydrophilic polymer, a photochemical catalyst, water, alcohol or surfactant, and then drying the deposited material at room temperature or while supplying air to the surface. The hydrophilic polymer is selected from: methysilicate and polytetrafluoroethylene modified through graft polymerisation with sulfonic acid and the photochemical catalyst is a titanium sol whose content in terms of titanium oxide is 10-50 pts. wt per 100 pts. wt of the hydrophilic polymer, or titanium oxide with apatite coating on the front side. The static limiting wetting angle or dynamic receding angle of the film is not greater than 30. Activity index of decomposition of methylene blue is not less than 3.0, and thickness of the film is 0.1-3.0 mcm.

The surface coating solution is a latex paint and contains a trituration solution, a polymer emulsion and a solvent. The trituration solution is prepared using an active solution which contains a base in form of an aqueous solution and boehmite particles contained in the base. The boehmite particles are anisotropic moulded particles having mould ratio of 3:1 and are activated by substances selected from a group which includes ammonium hydroxide, alkali- or alkali-earth metal salt, nanoclay or colloidal silica. The surface coating solution has surface spreading and distribution with formation of a uniform film of at least 6 mil, and sag resistance of over 7 mil or surface spreading and distribution with formation of a uniform film of over 6 mil, and sag resistance of at least 7 mil. Described also is a method of preparing the surface coating solution involving the following operations: activation of boehmite particles with substances selected from a group which includes ammonium hydroxide, alkali- or alkali-earth metal salt, nanoclay or colloidal silica in order to form a water-based active solution; preparation of a trituration solution using the active solution; and preparation of a surface coating solution using the trituration solution, polymer emulsion and solvent.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to paint materials, particularly to a paint composition used for protective-decorative coating metal surfaces. The protective-decorative paint contains 21-45 wt % alkyd resin based film forming agent, 35-55 wt % specularite with high content of Fe2O3 and particle size less than 30 mcm as pigment, 0.5-1.5 wt % drying accelerator, 1-2 wt % rheological additive, 4-12 wt % filler and organic solvent - the rest. The protective-decorative paint preferably contains film-forming agent in form of modified alkyd film-forming agent, and the rheological additive in form of a surfactant based on TROYSOL fatty amine. The protective-decorative paint also contains a colouring pigment in amount of 0.5-4.5 wt %.

EFFECT: disclosed paint enables to obtain a coating with good protective properties: abrasive wear resistance, corrosion resistance and good decorative effect owing to obtaining a coarse finish with metallic lustre.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to adhesive lacquer for polyvinylchloride and can be used for depositing images on polyvinylchloride with subsequent deposition of coating varnish. The adhesive lacquer contains a synthetic resin - copolymer of methylmethacrylate with Tglass=124 °C and dynamic viscosity of the solution in toluene equal to 1500 mPa s, a volatile solvent - methyl ethylketone and toluene and an antistatic additive EFKA 6780 ("EFKA" Degussa).

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to water-base lacquer coating materials, meant for depositing on metallic and non-metallic structures in construction, aviation technology and other industries. Description is given of the lacquer coating composition, which contains water-base aryl copolymer "ОЛД-04С" - a product of cohydrolysis of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate and calcium (meth)acrylate in quantity of 100 wt %, pigments 50-205.1 wt %, silicone fluid 0.3-0.7 wt %, water 450-550 wt %. The pigments used in the proposed composition are in form of titanium dioxide, blue phthalocyanine pigments, blue anthraquinone, green phthalocyanine, yellow light resistant, red iron oxide, coloured refractory pigments, carbon black and or their mixture. The composition can also contain filler in form of talc, kaolin, modified nano-silicate and or their mixture in quantity of 7-93 wt %, and melamine phosphate in quantity of 1-5 wt % as a fire retarding agent.

EFFECT: proposed lacquer coating composition provides for good rheological properties, in particular good opaqueness, high water resistance and freeze resistance with retention of adhesive and physical and mechanical properties.

FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: proposed coating includes a lower layer of an aluminum alloy anodic oxide coating and an upper layer representing a thermo regulating paint coat comprising acrylate holmium-containing vanish "АКГ-1,2" (42-38 percent by weight) and oxide-modified zirconium (IV), 7-4 (58-62 percent by weight). The coating features low solar radiation absorption factor values (As ≤ 0,10-0,11) and high radiation factors (ε≥0,92-0,94). This allows reducing the radiator-emitter area which is particularly important in development of promising spacecrafts. Availability of two thermoregulating coatings, i.e. the anodic oxide and paint coatings allows a notable increase in service life of the said radiators and producing the said coatings on the surface of products made from aluminum or its alloys with lower As/ε parameter values and without drawbacks inherent in silicate coatings.

EFFECT: antirust protection of complicated-design structures and provision of preset thermal-and-radiation characteristics.

FIELD: paint and varnish materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention describes a composition used in decorative finishing and comprising the following components, wt.-%: 20% solution of polymethylmethacrylate in dichloroethane as a film-forming agent, 20.5-23.25; aromatic solvent, 70.5-74.5, and aluminum powder modified with an organic dye by grinding, 4.25-5.0, taken in the ratio = 1:(0.005-0.008). The proposed composition provides decorative effect of cover mimic to mother-of-pearl with good adhesion of the composition on plastics of different chemical nature. Invention can be used in coloring plastics with imitation of mother-of-pearl, in particular, for national consumption goods.

The invention describes the paint suitable for the printing films made out of the transparent thermoplastic, consisting predominantly of: a) one or several pigments; b) the binding in the solution in c) the organic solvent or in the mixture of the organic solvents, d) the routine auxiliary materials, if it is desirable, at that as the binding use the copolymer of the poly-(metha)-acrylate containing (м1) from 50 up to 90 % to the mass of alkylmethacrtlate having from 1 up to 6 atoms of carbon in the ethereal radical; (м2) from 5 up to 25 % to the mass, at least, one vinylaromatic compound; (м3) from 1 up to 25 % to the mass of maleic anhydride, and if it is desirable, (м4) from 0 up to 5 % to the mass of the alkylacrylate having from 1 up to 6 atoms of carbon in the ethereal radical or the copolymer of the poly-(metha)-acrylamide containing polymethylmethacrylate with the degree of imidization from 65 up to 80 %, to 1 up to 15 mass % of methacrylic acid and from 1 up to 15 mass % of methacrylic anhydrade. At that the indicated copolymer has the softening temperature by VIKA (ISO 306 B) at least of 115°С. As the dissolvents use aliphatic, cycloaliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, ketones, esters, ethers, alcohols, phenoles or their mixtures. The invention also describes the film made out of the thermoplastic printed by the above described paint; the pressurized casting consisting of the film made out of the thermoplastic printed on the opposite side with the above described paint and supplied on this side with the layer of the thermoplastic coating. At that the indicated layer is applied by the operation of pressure die casting on the inside and at that the film and-or the plastic material for operation of the pressure die casting on the inside represents the copolymer of polymethylmethacrylate; and the method of production of the pressurized castings includes the following stages: a) stencil printing of the thermoplastic films by the above described method, b) the film molding, c) the pressurized castings on the inside on the stencil printed film side in the casting mould with the thermoplastic, and d) removal of the pressurized casting from the casting mould. The technical result of the invention: the paint is resistant to the action of the high pressures and temperatures during the operation of the pressurized casting on the inside, the image stencil printed by the paint has the stable color after long-term action of the atmospheric conditions.

The composition can comprise additionally pigment in the amount up to 11 wt.-%. Invention provides enhancing mechanical strength of cover, its adhesion to surface and decreasing water absorption.
