The invention relates to the technology of construction and can be used in reconstructions of old operating buildings, such as houses.

The known method of mounting a balcony on a Russian patent for invention №2117115 from 10.08.1998 year "Hanging balcony. The method consists in the fact that the window opening is fixed l-shaped frame with eyelets, they reinforce the basic and auxiliary suspension to which are fixed the balcony floor slab, fence and shed.

The disadvantage of this method is that it does not apply to installation of balconies ready designs and is related to altitude operations.

Closest to the invention is a method of mounting the balconies of the finished structures by RF patent for the invention №2247197 from 27.02.2005 year. The method is in a building wall drill holes in them fix links to which are fixed platform frame construction, and set vertically on one another.

The disadvantage of this method is that it requires the use of a crane or other complex lifting mechanism.

A device for mounting a balcony on the patent of Russian Federation №2070256 from 10.12.1996 year, consisting of clamps-clamps, anchors and / or screws and rods, stretch marks, intended for mounting balcony fully assembled.

The disadvantage of this device is that it not lining : polyester taffeta is that the corners of the balcony vertically and does not allow the installation of balconies finished structures.

Closest to the invention is a device for mounting a balcony on the patent of Russian Federation №2133319 from 20.07.1999 year, containing two links, with the possibility of axial shift, for mounting balcony holes in the walls of the building.

The disadvantage of this device is that it is not intended for offline delivery of the balcony of the finished design to the place of its installation.

The problem is that in the process of establishing balconies finished structures to simplify their installation, not to make their Assembly at a height not to use the crane, other complex lifting mechanisms.

The objective of the proposed technical solution is the creation of a method of installation of balconies and device for its implementation, which will provide an opportunity to simplify installation, to carry out installation of balconies finished design without building them on the height and use of the crane, other complex lifting mechanisms. This task is solved in that use:

the method of installation of balconies finished structures, including drilling holes in the outside of the building, installing them in connections (bolts), pinning them to the balcony areas of the framework design, installation platforms vertically one on another, characterized in that the mounting of the balcony is from the top floor and is carried out in the following sequence is: set on the balcony removable electric winches and pulley system, through blocks skip rope, fixed on the bracket mounting bolts, the ends of the cables include remote electric windlass, move it to the balcony to his pre-fixing clamps mounting bolts, put the corners of the balcony vertically nut rod bolt;

device for mounting balconies finished structures containing in the form of bolts, with the possibility of axial shift, characterized in that it consists of two removable winches, system blocks and mounting bolts with bracket for cable lock balcony, stem and nut to it.

This installation method balconies and devices to allow him to install a balcony ready designs quite simply. The combination of the method and device allows to achieve the stated technical result: the simplification of the assembling work, the possibility of mounting the balconies of the finished structures without building them on the height and use of the crane, other complex lifting mechanisms.

The proposed method and device capable of industrial application because they can be used in various fields of construction, including reconstruction of buildings.

The applicant is unknown use in science and technology of the distinctive features of the method and device mounting balconies finished structures with achievement of the technical result.

<> The device consists of two removable winches, system blocks (not shown), the mounting bolt. Mounting bolt shown schematically in the drawing (side view).

Mounting bolt holds the bracket 1 for cable mounting, retainer 2 to fix the balcony, the shaft 3 and the nut 4 to align the corners of the balcony vertically.

The device is simple in construction, does not require for the manufacture of expensive materials, can be easily reproduced and reproduced industrially, does not require complex technology industries.

Installation of balconies finished structures is as follows.

Above the window openings on all floors in the wall drill two holes. The holes fix the mounting bolts. Set on the balcony two removable electric winches and removable blocks. Through blocks skip rope electric windlasses. Turn over the balcony to the wall. The ends of the cables are secured in brackets 1 mounting bolts. Include remote electric windlass and move balcony at the scheduled place until the provisional fixing his retainers 2 mounting bolts. Align the corners of the balcony to the vertical by means of rods 3 and nuts 4. Welding connect the housing balcony with mounting bolts. Remove from balcony removable electric winches and removable blocks, put them on the ground.

Octanal who live on the next balcony two removable electric winches and removable blocks. Welding connect the housing balcony with mounting bolts and the housing upper balcony. Installation of the next balcony to the second floor, inclusive, is similar. If necessary, electric winches can be mounted in the window opening or on the ground.

This allows us to obtain the claimed technical result: the simplification of the assembling work, the possibility of mounting the balconies of the finished structures without their Assembly at height and use of the crane, other complex lifting mechanisms.

1. The method of installation of balconies finished structures, including drilling holes in the outside of the building, installing them in connections (bolts), pinning them to the balcony areas of the framework design, installation platforms vertically one on another, wherein the mounting balconies produce from the top floor and is carried out in the following sequence: set on the balcony two removable electric winches and removable blocks, through the Loki skip rope, fixed on the bracket mounting bolts, the ends of the cables include remote electric windlass, move the balcony in the place to its pre-fixing clamps mounting bolts, align the corners of the balcony vertical rod nuts and mounting bolts.

2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the two removable electric winches are mounted in the window opening or on the ground.

3. Device for mounting balconies finished structures containing in the form of bolts, with the possibility of axial shift, characterized in that it consists of two removable winches, system blocks and mounting bolts with bracket for cable lock balcony, stem and nut to it.

FIELD: building, particularly forms.

SUBSTANCE: isolation building form structure includes form sized to erect one concrete wall section. Form comprises the first elongated side panel of foamed polystyrene and the second elongated side panel of foamed polystyrene. Each panel has top and bottom, wherein panel bottom serves as building wall bottom and panel top is building wall top. Form comprises elongated horizontally spaced vertical dividers of foamed polystyrene having at least four sides and arranged between panels. Dividers serve as spacing bars and define spaced channels for concrete pouring between dividers. Dividers have upper and lower ends. Upper divider ends are spaced downwardly from upper ends of panels, lower ends thereof are spaced upwardly lower ends of panels to form upper and lower areas for concrete pouring. Upper and lower areas communicate with channels between dividers. Dividers have uniform cross-sections along the full length thereof so that concrete to be poured in channels form concrete columns having constant dimension in vertical direction. Each column has four vertical sides arranged at an angle one to another so that medium parts of concrete posts are wider than side parts thereof, which results in decreased width of divider centers for decreasing dividers compression between panels under the action of compression force applied thereto.

EFFECT: reduced labor inputs, improved manufacturability.
