FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in various industrial branches. Proposed suspension comprises support, load handling mechanism fitted thereon on axle of semi-axle and load handling mechanism balancing device to equalise it relative to said axles or semi-axles. Said balancing device represents a bell crank arranged on load handling mechanism pivoted thereto to interact with aforesaid support and its axle or semi-axle by one and opposite arms of bell crank, respectively.

EFFECT: balancing load handling mechanism with displaced center of gravity of handled cargo.

The invention relates to the field of engineering, namely the suspension mechanisms of protonotes vehicles, and can be used in many industries.

Known lift, containing a working space, freely suspended by means of two hinges at the end of the boom, the suspension point which is located above its center of gravity [1].

The disadvantage of such a suspension is the deviation of the working platform from the horizontal plane during its movement under the action shifted the center of gravity of the cargo is located at.

The prototype of the present invention, the selected suspension cradle lifting device containing two speed axis with an eccentricity between the two stages, the upper of which is rotatable connected to the frame lifting means, and the lower with the cradle, and the stabilization mechanism of the horizontal position of the cradle, comprising a guide ring fixed to the frame lifting means at the side of the bassinet concentric upper secondary axis, and situated on the cradle rollers interacting with the external surface of the guide [2].

The disadvantage of this mechanism is the deviation of the bassinet from the horizontal plane under the action of the offset center of gravity of the cargo is located at.

The objective of the invention is the tsya balancing of protonotes vehicle in the horizontal plane from the action shifted the center of gravity of the cargo, posted on gruzomobile, relative to its point of suspension (axle) and the possibility of installation of protonotes on a horizontal support.

In addition, the possibility to run protonotes as separate elements for installation in a confined space, for example, in the cabin of an aircraft (in this case, gruzomobile floor is air vehicles).

The solution is achieved by the fact that in the suspension of protonotes vehicle, comprising a support, a swivel mounted on it by means of the axis or axes of grotonover and mechanism of equilibration of protonotes in a horizontal plane about the axis or axes of rotation, the said mechanism is in the form two shoulders of the lever, a swivel mounted on gruzomobile vehicle and interacting with one arm, with the arm, and the other with the axis or with one of the axes of rotation of protonotes.

In addition, grotonover can be made in the form of separate sections that are installed on the support through the axis or axes and provided with the above-mentioned mechanisms, balancing of protonotes in a horizontal plane about the axis or axes of rotation.

Suspension of protonotes vehicle comprises a support 1, a swivel mounted on it by means of a 2-axes or axes 3 grotonover 4, and the axis 2 can be made as separate axes 3 and axis 2 or axis 3 can be rigidly mounted or on a support 1 of a vehicle, or on gruzomobile 4, either freely (i.e. turning) are set relative to the support 1 and protonotes 4, and the mechanism of equilibration of protonotes 4 in a horizontal plane about the axis 2 or 3 axes rotation. The mechanism of equilibration of protonotes in a horizontal plane about the axis 2 or 3 axes rotation from exposure to grotonover 4 offset of the center of gravity of the load 5, posted, made in the form of two shoulders of the lever 6, a swivel mounted on gruzomobile 4 vehicles and interacting the ne shoulder support 1, and the other with the axis 2, or with one of the 3 axes of rotation of protonotes 4. Two shoulders lever 6 can interact with the support 1 by means of a groove made on the end wall of the support 1, with the axis (either an eccentric or off stage)installed on one of the two shoulders shoulders of the lever 6, or Vice versa. Similarly, two shoulders lever 6 interacts with the axis 2, or with one of the 3 axes of rotation of protonotes 4. Grotonover 4 is installed on the support 1 so that its deviation from the horizontal plane about the axis 2 or 3 axes is not allowed. Two shoulders lever 6 can be installed on gruzomobile 4 either above or below the axis 2 or 3 axes. With a relatively large length of protonotes 4 the latter can be made in separate sections 7, installed on the support 1 by means of axis 2 or 3 axes, and section 7 in the joints can be either fixed with each other or with one or two mechanisms balancing of protonotes 4 in a horizontal plane about the axis 2 or 3 axes rotation.

The work of the suspension of protonotes vehicle consider figure 6. On grotonover 4 force of gravity of the load 5, and the center of gravity of the load 5 is displaced relative to the axis 2, or 3 axes of rotation of protonotes 4. According to the rule of parallel power transfer will transfer the force of gravity cargo 5 on the vertical passing through the center (point O) 2-axes or 3 axes of rotation of protonotes 4 and through the center (point O2) the axis of rotation of the two shoulders of the lever 6, and the action shifted the centre of gravity of load 5 will replace the point M Under the action of gravitycargo 5 at the point Of reaction occursequal and oppositely directed force of gravity(according to the third law of Newton). Grotonover 4 under the action of the moment m of offset of the center of gravity of the load 5, acting on the two shoulders of the lever 6, the swivel mounted thereon and contacting one arm, with the support 1 and the other with the axis 2, or with one of the axes 3, according to two shoulders of the lever 6 in the point O2forceequal to M/OO2but at the points O and O1having the reaction:

the equilibrium condition of protonotes 4 relative to the support 1 at the point of suspension, i.e. on the axis 2 or 3 axes is executed.

Thus, the proposed technical solution constructively simple, reliable and convenient when e is decommission, allows installation of protonotes on a horizontal support, abolishes the operation of the centering of the load relative to the suspension point of protonotes vehicle and can be used in land, air, Maritime and river transport.

Method of incrustation imitation manufacturing involves composition of a picture out of face surfaces of decorative elements and element fixation in the substrate. Decorative elements with basically prism-shaped base and at least one at least one head in the form of embossed nose with face surface on the upper base basement are used, the nose having a face surface. Also space elements consisting of bases without heads are used in face-work. Lower base basements are placed in the same plane, face surfaces form a picture model, and each base is put tightly to the adjoining bases, so that adjoining base side facets abut each other. Then an imitation is formed by positioning bases inside the imitation and face element surfaces on the surface, and the substrate is cast.

SUBSTANCE: proposed mechanism has support on which load carrier is installed for turning relative to support on axle. According to first design version, carriers are installed ion turning axle of load carrier and on part of support peripheral relative to axle of turning of load carrier on corresponding shaft. Said carriers turnable together with load carriers and driven from its turning mechanism are furnished with mechanically intercoupled wheels. Some of the last are arranged for engagement with wheels rigidly secured on support concentrically relative to axle of carrier turning. According to other design version, two carriers turnable together with load carrier or two carriers driven by its turning mechanism are arranged on peripheral part of support relative to axle of turning of load carrier on corresponding shafts for turning, said carriers are furnished with mechanically intercoupled wheels. Some wheels are arranged for engagement with wheels rigidly secured on support concentrically relative to axle of turning of carriers.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting equipment, particularly, to hydraulic drive for lifting antenna installation mast. Proposed hydraulic drive has control system, hydraulic jacks and pumping unit with tank mounted on chassis of vehicle. Hydraulic drive contains three-position hydraulic distributors. Each hydraulic jack is hydraulically coupled with pumping unit through corresponding first and second three-position hydraulic distributors. Pressure main line connecting pumping unit with hydraulic jack can communicate with piston space of hydraulic jack through first three-position hydraulic distributor in one of its positions and first flow governor is installed in corresponding main line by means of four locking check valves. The latter are installed to provide permanent direction of liquid flow through first flow governor irrespective of direction of movement of rod of hydraulic jack. Pressure main line connecting pumping unit and hydraulic jack can communicate with piston space of hydraulic jack also through second three-position hydraulic distributor in one of its positions and through restrictor. Said main pressure line can communicate with rod space of hydraulic jack through first and second hydraulic distributors, respectively, in other position of said hydraulic distributor respectively, in other position of said hydraulic distributors. Pressure indicator introduced additionally into system is connected to main line communicating piston space of hydraulic jack with first flow governor and restrictor, respectively, said pressure indicator being electrically connected with control system. First and second three-position hydraulic distributors and pumping unit are electrically connected with leveling transmitters installed on chassis of vehicle. Hydraulic drive is furnished with at least one slewing hydraulic cylinder of turntable which is hinge-connected, respectively, with turntable and upper section of main line. Said slewing hydraulic cylinder contains double-acting pilot-controlled check valve and is connected with pumping unit through third and fourth three-position hydraulic distributors. Pressure main line connecting pumping unit with slewing hydraulic cylinder can communicate with piston space of slewing hydraulic cylinder through third three-position hydraulic distributor in one of its positions, second flow governor and adjustable restrictor mechanically coupled with gravitational pendulum. Second flow governor is installed in corresponding main line through four other lock check valves. The latter are installed to provide permanent direction of liquid through second flow governor irrespective of direction of rod travel in slewing hydraulic cylinder. Pressure main line connecting pumping unit with slewing hydraulic cylinder can communicate with rod space of slewing hydraulic cylinder in other position of third three-position hydraulic distributor and it can communicate with piston space of slewing hydraulic cylinder through fourth three-position hydraulic distributor in one of its positions and adjustable restrictor mentioned above, and it can communicate with rod space of slewing hydraulic cylinder through three-position hydraulic distributor in its other position. Hydraulic drive is furnished wit at least one two-rod hydraulic cylinder. Housing of said cylinder is hinge-mounted on turntable, one rod is hinge-connected on intermediate platform which is hinge-connected to turntable for turning relative to axle intersecting at right angle with turning axle of turntable, and other rod is connected with double-acting zero setter which is mounted on housing of two-rod hydraulic cylinder.

EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities of hydraulic drive of mobile antenna installation with lifting mast, provision of quick automatic setting up and closing down of antenna installation at redeployment, provision of higher accuracy of its guidance.

SUBSTANCE: proposed crane has mast 6 and distributing boom 7 consisting of series-connected members 14, 15, 16 hinge-connected along horizontal axles 24, 29, and installed on supports 1, 4. First boom member 14 is hinge-connected along horizontal axis 18 with top of mast 6. In case of necessity, first boom member 14 and following member 15 can be set in vertical position in one line with lifted mast 6 to increase height of mast. All members 14, 15, 16 of boom are provided with rolling surface 17 for load trolley 32, and they can be used in different position. Intermediate member of boom consists of two sections: rear small-length folding section, and front large-length section making it possible to use partially folded boom, front section of intermediate member of boom and head member of boom set in practically horizontal position being on one line on first member of boom.

Jib consists of at least two members connected by hydraulic cylinder for fitting on base section instrument for observation or measuring when tower is in vertical position. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles cargo handling mechanisms. Design of self-unloading body comprises mounted on wheels chassis, on which body and tipping mechanisms are installed. Body frame is made so, that in unloaded state it is raised and connected with energy accumulation mechanism in form of pneumatic cylinders and receiver. Receiver is actuated at moment of loading, and at moment of unloading body is capable to shift aside along guide beams by gravity. Guide beams are installed inclined, and body is tipping due to accumulated energy, and using pneumatic cylinders it is returned into initial position.
