FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed tipping trailer comprises body and frame with hydraulic jack. Hydraulic jack cylinder is provided with main pins pivoted to frame cross arms and additional pair of pins with their lengthwise axes located perpendicular to lengthwise axes of the main pins. Every aforesaid pin is arranged to move in barrel channels arranged to move in guide sleeves rigidly secured in cross arms and extra links of trailer frame. Each said barrel is rigidly secured to pneumatic cylinder rods, cylinder pistons being spring-loaded by compression springs. Piston underside chamber are communicated via pipelines and valves with trailer braking system air cylinder.

The invention relates to the field of trackless vehicles and can be used in the construction of automotive tipper trailers.

Known two-axle tractor dump trailer 2PTS-4M model A (see the Guide for the care and operation of the Trailer two-axle tractor 2PTS-4M model A", the Volga, the UNIC, Saratov, 1969), which is provided with the wheel unloading on two side and one rear. The body of this trailer is located on the frame, in the Central part of which is mounted a bracket of the platform. The inner pipe of the platform is equipped with ball bearing, interacting with the underside of the vehicle that allows tipper unloading of the body. A significant drawback of this trailer is the low reliability of its frame because of rigid adherence to its cross bracket of the platform, which prevents free delenatii sections of the latter during movement of the trailer on the roads, with different micro - and macroprofile, as well as off-road. In the end, the economy, exploiting similar trailers are significant labor and material costs to repair the above element base trailers.

Also known tractor trailer 2PTS-4-793-01 (see technical description and operating instructions "2PTS-4-793-01", Tashkent the tractor plant. The 50th anniversary of the USSR, Tashkent, 1983), including tipper body, unloading on two sides with the platform mounted pivotally on the frame crossbars in its middle part and supported on the latter fingers fixed on the large cylinder of the platform. This trailer is also equipped with pnevmotormoznyh system that includes an air tank, air lines and the brake chamber. Practice the operation of this trailer shows that the reliability of its frame has a higher performance than the analogue, for the reason that the fingers of the large cylinder pivotally interconnected with the frame crossbars, without imposing on them hard links and thus allowing you to "breathe" its structural elements during movement of the trailer in the composition of the tractor train. Despite its efficiency, and this trailer has a significant drawback consists in the fact that the fastening of the platform does not allow dumping unloading body back.

Therefore, the aim of the invention is the extension of the operational characteristics of the trailer while enhancing the reliability of its supporting structure.

This objective is achieved in that a large cylinder of the platform is provided with an additional pair of fingers, the longitudinal axis of which lies nestled the wife perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the main fingers, and each of them is movably located in the channels of glasses, also movably mounted in the guide bushings rigidly attached to the crossbars and additional links of the trailer frame, and each of these glasses is rigidly attached to the rods of the pneumatic cylinders, the pistons of which are biased by compression springs, and their podpisniye cavity is connected via pipelines through the control valves to the air cylinder pnevmotormoznyh system of the trailer.

Figure 1 shows a General view of dump trailer, figure 2 is a view of a part of his frame on top with a detached body, figure 3 is an enlarged attachment of the platform.

Tipper trailer consists of a body 1 which by means of support brackets 2 secured to the side members 3 of the frame of the trailer, interconnected by crossbars with 4 extra links 5. Large cylinder 6 of the platform is equipped with basic fingers 7 and additional fingers 8, movably arranged in the channels 9 of cups 10. The cups 10 are also movably accommodated in the guide sleeves 11 which are adjacent the pneumatic cylinder 12. Inside the pneumatic cylinder 12 mounted piston 13, on the one hand communicates with the compression spring 14, and on the other by means of rods 15 with the glasses 10. The guide bushing 11 is rigidly fixed to the cross bars 4 and additional links 5 of the trailer frame. Podpisniye bands and 16 of the pneumatic cylinder 12 through pipes 17 are connected with the control valves 18 and 19, which is connected through line 20 to the air cylinder 21 pnevmotormoznyh system of the trailer. The control valves 18 and 19 provided with a handle 22.

Works tipper trailer as follows. During movement of the trailer as part of the automotive train he and his constituents structural elements are in this state, as shown in the drawings (figures 1, 2 and 3). If necessary tipper unloading, which can be done by tilting body 1 back or on two sides, perform the following operations. So, when tipper unloading of the body 1 back, for example, by the arrow A (figure 1) loosen the locking fingers (in the drawings, the locking fingers are not shown, but their design and operation are described in detail in the analog and prototype) support brackets 2, located at the front of the trailer, and then turn on the arrow (2) the handle 22 of the valve control 18, which ensures the supply of compressed air in the pipe 17 from the air tank 21 to the pneumatic cylinder 12 in the direction of arrow C (figure 2 and figure 3)located in the longitudinal plane of symmetry of the side members 3 of the frame of the trailer. Under the action of compressed air pistons 13 of these pneumatic cylinders 12 (figure 3) moves along the arrows E, compressing their springs 14 and pulling the glasses 10 in the same direction. In the end, the main fingers 7 leave the channels 9 stacks the s-10 and have no contact with the cross bars 4. Therefore, a large cylinder 6 of the platform has a kinematic pair of rotation only with additional pins 8 arranged in the cups 10, placed on the axis XX (see figure 2), and has the capability of angular rotation only along arrow a relative to the frame of the trailer. After that widely known in the practice of the method serves the working fluid pressure in the large cylinder 6 of the platform in the direction of arrow F, and its stages, advancing on the arrow To provide angular rotation of the body 1 in the direction of arrow A. After unloading of the body 1 is also widely known way to provide a flow of the operating fluid from the large cylinder 6 of the platform in the direction opposite to the arrow F, and the body 1 under the action of its own weight is rotated in the direction opposite arrow a, occupying the original position such as that shown in figure 1. After that, the handle 22 of the valve control 18 rotate in the direction opposite to the arrow In that it allows the pipeline 17 to communicate with the atmosphere. Once that happens, under the action of the previously compressed spring compression pistons 14 13 together with glasses 10 is returned to its original position, moving in the opposite direction of the arrows E, entering into contact with their channels 9 with the main fingers 7 of the large cylinder 6 of the platform (figure 3). When unloading the vehicle body in the lateral direction, for example, by the arrow L or the (see 2) remove the locking fingers of the support brackets 2 with one side of the body 1 and turn on the arrow N, the handle 22 of the valve control 19, which contributes in direction of the arrow R the admission of compressed air to the pneumatic cylinders 12 arranged in the plane XX (2), and the release of additional fingers 8 of the large cylinder 6 of the platform. This action is similar to that described above for the unloading of the body 1 back, allows to obtain the angular rotation of the large cylinder 6 of the platform in a vertical transverse plane of the trailer along the axis XX. After unloading of the body 1 the handle 22 of the valve control 19 return in the direction opposite to the arrow N, that, in the end, just as it was described above, allows the glasses 10 to get in touch with additional pins 8 mounted on the axis XX. The following describes the process can be repeated many times.

Feasibility advantage of the proposed technical solutions in comparison with the known obvious, since, firstly, it increases the reliability of the trailer frame and, secondly, there is the extension of the operational characteristics of trailers, receiving the opportunity to produce tipper unloading of bodies on the two sides and back.

In the two-axles design style the front and the back axes with wheels and hobs are spring-mounted and the front axle is fixed at the rotating frame. The main frame is supplied with changeable or convertible supporting lodgments and fastening elements. The proposed dumper platform lifting device incorporates pump (1), oil tank (4), control valve (7), adjusting valve (8) and hydraulic cylinder (9). Bode (10) of adjusting valve (8) represents an adapter (13) attached on hydraulic cylinder (9).
