The invention relates to the housing of the adapter plug and the body of the adaptor to the socket of the electrical connector in accordance with the restrictive part of paragraph 1 of the claims.

Due to the higher degree of protection than the forks, for example, IP65 or IP67 housing of the adapter of this type allow you to use inserted in them plugs and sockets, including in harsh environments, such as in manufacturing plants and cars.

The first device of this type for the phone plug is known from US 4349236 (Bell Telephone Laboratories).

The idea of achieving high requirements based on the classification of the surrounding tools, was developed, for example, in the relevant documents US 6475009 B2 and US 6595791 B2. This document disclosed a different enclosure adapters for plugs and sockets that are suitable for forks and, accordingly, RJ45 sockets.

The objective of the invention is to create an improved hull design adapter for the plug and the housing adapter for sockets with optimized fastening plug and socket in the casing adapter.

In addition, the body of the adaptor preferably must meet high requirements with regard to mechanical and chemical loads and at the same time be suitable for plugs and sockets of various types. All this should achieve what I simple constructive means.

In the invention this problem is solved by the object of paragraph 1. Preferred options are presented in dependent clauses.

The created body adapters allow the use of plug and socket even in tough conditions. The concept of "plug" and "socket" should not be understood restrictively. On the plug or the socket may be formed of the light guide elements, the electrical contact pins and sockets of various types, as well as, for example, components for pneumatic plug-type connections.

This adapter for plugs and sockets have been improved in the following way: they differ in at least one simple in the manufacture of individual solid locking hook (in the description it is also referred to as a "retainer"). Unlike executed at the same time the stopper, which is shown in the document US 6595791 B2 figure 10, such as the individual hooks are optimally adapted to the purpose for which they are used. This is because the locking hooks can be made of other in comparison with the adapter material, for example, special alloy, plastics or combinations of these materials. Further, in the design of these brakes have no such limitations, as when formed together with the housing. In particular, this locking hook, perhaps, suitable for plastic, but for the metal housing, so as to ensure optimal springiness, for example, by the method of pressure die casting of zinc alloy impossible.

In addition, it is convenient that the body of the adaptor to the wall outlet it is possible to provide two separate locking hooks, it provides a very durable and reliable fit of the socket in the adapter.

Preferred variants of the invention provide a simple and quick installation. Due to the clearance in the form of a plate can cost-effectively produce efficient and compact monotonous or gnutoo item.

In regard to the housing 1 adapter to plug in the construction shown in figure 1 and following her drawings, known from the prior art undercut to "deactivate" locking parts on the RJ45 connectors, which are known from the above-mentioned corresponding to the state of the art documents do not apply.

O-parts/ring 27 and, depending on the circumstances, additional sealing elements provide a high degree of protection. In each case 1 can be inserted plug (one piece or composed of several parts) 34a-d, if necessary, with the auxiliary frame 35, 36, 38, 39 (see 11-14 and 18), in particular but not only, corresponding to the so-called standard RJ45 and plug the other species. On the contrary, in each case 2 can be inserted into the socket (in one piece or composed of several parts) 21a-d, 39 (see Fig-19), in particular but not only, corresponding to the so-called standard RJ45. A more detailed explanation should also below.

One (case 1 adapter for the plug) or even two (case 2 adapters) locking device 12, which are located inside the installation space, allow you to mount and unmount various plugs and sockets, for example,

- RJ45 (11, figure 3: number of positions 21A, 34a; Fig, Fig: part numbers 21b, 34b);

- LC-Duplex (Fig; Fig, number of positions: 21 with the supporting frame 39, 34C frame 35);

- 2SC with gap SC-RJ (Fig, Fig: item numbers 21d, 34d with the auxiliary frame 36).

In addition, there are other possible designs of plugs and sockets (they are not shown here, for example, Firewire, USB, KOAH, contacts for sensors and actuators, power contacts, and so on).

As in the US 6475009 B2 and US 6595791 B1, for connection of the housing 1 adapter for plugs and casing 2 adapter for sockets use a bayonet connection with pegs 3 and grooves 4 (before insertion of the plug housing 34 and the outlet 21, if necessary, connected with the auxiliary frame 35, 36, 38, 39).

Case 2 (see figure 3-7 and 15 and the following drawings) are in the form of flanged housings, that is, they inauthentic section 5 with the mounting holes 6, in which may be inserted, for example, screws, to secure the housing on the wall, through which is inserted the cable.

Flanged section 5 connects the section 7, in this case with a cylindrical outer surface, at the junction of the flange to the plot he has an external thread 8, followed by a section with grooves 4 for bayonet connections.

On a plot with an external thread 8 (see also figure 4 and 5) you can install the nut 9 and, if necessary, a sealing ring 10, which provide attachment to the wall.

Thus, a convenient multi-functional item. It can either be inserted into the wall behind/inside and fasten it using the Central screw connection, either installed on the wall in front/outside and secure with four screws, that is, one and the same part is used in two ways.

On the inner side of the housing 2, when viewed in cross section, has a space 11b for the fork 21A (figa).

As fixation forks 34a-d in the body 1, and the fixing sockets 21a-d in the casing 2 by using the locking device 12, which includes at least one hook (case 1 adapter for plugs) or preferably at least two hooks (case 2 adapter for sockets; as shown in the drawing).

In the example of execution represented in figures 1, 2, 3-5, 6, 8 and the following drawings, the support device 12 consists of one (1, 2, 8-14) or two (figure 3-6; 15 and the following drawings) of the spring plates 13, 13', 14, 24, 24'.

The spring plate 24', 24 (see figure 2 and 6) is made of plastic. However, use of metal plates 13, 13', 14, which may be performed, for example, of spring metal (e.g., spring steel). A spring plate made of plastic can be attached to the body of the adaptor is not the case, as the metal plates, in particular without mounting holes, for example, by moving in an axial or an axial and radial direction (with clamps).

Spring plates 13, 13', 14 (see, for example, 3 and 4, or 15) establish, in particular vidvigayt, in the notches 37 in the spaces 11a, b.

Each of them has an installation hole 15, which is designed for fastening the plate on the ledge 18 in the body of the adaptor to the wall outlet, and in cooperation with edges/grooves 20 (see, for example, Fig and 9). Peripheries of the plates 13, 13', 14 slide them up until the projections 18 will not engage with the holes 15. This type of installation is simple and reliable. Possible alternative fixation of the spring plates, particularly if they are made from plastic.

Bent flange 19 (figure 4) plates 13, 13', 14 facilitates insertion of plugs and sockets 34, 21.

Cut and bent the tabs 17 on the plates 13, 13', 14 serve as stoppers 22, 22' is La fixation of the inserted plugs 34 or sockets 21. Plates 13, 13', 14 can be made of sheet steel. They can be made from any other metal, and in some circumstances even plastic.

If the stoppers 23, 23' are made of plastic, the plates 24, 24', which are mounted inside the adapter to the wall outlet 2, in particular, the input method in the groove can also be made from plastic (Figure 2 and 6A, b).

If the stoppers 28, 28' are made of metal, theoretically (if possible from a technical point of view), they can also be formed inside of the housing of the adapter to plug 2 or the body of the adaptor to socket 1 (7, 20). Both of these options require less cost than a modification of that shown in figures 1 and 3, but they are less preferred, because the locking hooks 28, 28' in a metal case having a low elasticity and difficult to manufacture.

Connector (10) includes a packing unit (60) for connecting a coaxial cable (12) with an end connection (100) with a male thread. The packing unit includes a bellows-type sealer, with an elastically deformed pipe-shaped case and several sealing surfaces, as well as a non-detachable connection section (65), situated between the external end (58) and rear end (59), which enables axial deformation of the sealer under the effect of a force, directed on the axis. One of the sealing surfaces is meant for holding the corresponding surface of the nut (40) with a female thread. The nut with and attached sealer form a single packing unit. A connector (10) for a coaxial cable includes the case (20) for the connector. One end of the case is attached to the coaxial cable (12). The packing unit is attached to the other end with provision for rotation. The connector can be joined to the end connection with a male thread using the nut of the connector, which has a female thread. The rear end of the sealer is tightly put onto the end connection, and the sealing surface of the sealer can form a tight joint with the projection of the end connection in the axial direction, when the case of the sealer covers the exposed threaded part of the end connection. When screwing the nut onto the end connection, the sealer contracts along the axis, in accordance with different distances between the connector and the projection of the end connection. The sealer can expand, thereby allowing the second sealing surface to get into contact with the smooth surfaces of the end connection with different outer diametre and form a tight joint with it. Versatility of the sealer allows an operator to use the same connector with various end connections with male thread, without fear for poor sealing of the joint or poor connection due to an unsuitable sealer.

SUBSTANCE: proposed cable-terminating plug forms hollow plug socket of brass whose hollow section on cable end forms cable entry hole and has supporting collar that functions to support male connecting member projection in axial direction. Cable entry hole is provided with inner thread for turning in metal tetrahedron that has through hole for cable entry. Cable screen or armor can be placed between through hole and cable sheath to ensure adequate grounding of cable and cable plug. Inner space of plug socket is sealed by means of shaped part molded on cable sheath, on plug socket, and on polyhedron. Shaped part is also used for securing cable in axial direction on plug socket.

EFFECT: ability of long-time service in damp media due to reliable sealing attained by simple means.

FIELD: cable jointing devices.

SUBSTANCE: cable jointing box provided with through duct to receive respective cable end mounts cup-shaped electric contact whose edge forms hold-down ring tightly enclosing reduced-diameter box section. Naked conducting member is placed between electric contact and box section. Hold-down ring is squeezed to tighten up joint between duct wall and cable sheath. Tightening sleeve is capable of holding two boxes, each being connected to cable through respective electric contacts. Sleeve provides for tight joint between interrelated cable parts in region bounded by sleeve and boxes.

EFFECT: enhanced quality of wire-to-cable joint.

FIELD: electrical engineering; drilling and servicing inclined and horizontal oil-gas wells.

SUBSTANCE: proposed cable connector specially designed to prevent ingress of conducting medium (drilling mud) into its interior thereby ensuring reliable insulation of contacts from environment and preventing electric current leakage (leakage resistance being minimum 50 - 100 Megohms), or poor contact between connector mating parts has pin section and jack section with contact members inside them, as well as membrane. Jack section is made in the form of cylindrical shroud with stepped inner space accommodating contacts made in the form of flexible split rings secured on flexible cross-arms, flexible membrane disposed at pin section joint, and spring-loaded sealing ring mounted within shroud for displacement. Inner space of jack section is filled with insulating liquid. Cylindrical pin section has conical end; diameter of pin cylindrical part is larger than inner diameter of sealing ring.

EFFECT: enhanced tightness and reliability of contact between mating parts of connector.

SUBSTANCE: proposed junction module has independent connecting member inserted in jacks which are connected to modular members incorporated in operating and protective equipment of transformer substations and power distribution systems. Each connecting member has external flexible shroud accommodating conducting ring wherein plurality of conducting parts are installed and passed through ring channels. Mentioned conducting parts are assembled in bundle for its axial displacement and turning in ring which makes it possible to wire and connect them to respective contact leads provided in jacks and related to each of adjacent members.

EFFECT: eliminated leakage of protective gas during junction due to reliable sealing and insulation of joint.
