The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in automatic and remote measurement of angles.

The known magnetic fluid, representing the colloidal solutions of ferromagnetic particles in a binder liquids, which can be used for switching of the magnetic flux in the magnetic shunts (Rosenzweig R. Ferrohydrodynamic. - M.: Mir, 1989).

The drawback of such shunts is the lack of an adjustable electric signal.

Known also communicating vessels - vessels, interconnected at the bottom. In filled with the same liquid in communicating vessels, the diameter of which is so great that allows to neglect the capillary effect, the fluid levels are at the same height regardless of the form of the vessels. Based on this device, liquid pressure gauges, water gauge glass steam boilers and the like (the Great Soviet encyclopedia (in 30 volumes). 24. Dogs - String. CH. edit Amerkhanov. The closest in technical essence to the invention is U-shaped widget for editing dates based, heroroving made of flexible transparent hose filled with water or other liquid, which is based on the principle of communicating vessels, allowing to determine the excess of one point facilities is to be placed above the other (patent RU 2338156, IPC G01C 9/22, publ. 10.11.2008,).

The disadvantage of this device is the inability remote and automatic determination of the tilt angle.

The invention solves the problem of providing remote and automatic determination of the angle of inclination through the use of magnetic fluid.

To achieve the desired technical effect known U-shaped tubular heroroving serves to partially complete a magnetic fluid, to provide end caps and a coil, which is placed on one end of gidrourovnyu and connect through a trimmer and led to a power source.

Changes in the level of magnetic fluid in a U-shaped tubular hydrowave when the angle of inclination due to a change in magnetic resistance causes changes in the magnitude of the current flowing through the winding, a trimmer, an indicator and a power source. Thus is remote and automatic determination of the angle of inclination.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where

- figure 3 - sensor angle when tilted in the opposite direction.

In the drawings, the following notation: 1 - U-shaped tube gidrourovnyu; 2 - cover; 3 - magnetic is idcast; 4 - coil; 5 - indicator; 6 - power supply; 7 - trimmer.

The sensor angle consists of a U-shaped tube gidrourovnyu 1, partially filled with the magnetic fluid 3. The tube is provided with end caps 2, located at one end of the tube 1 winding 4 connected with trimmer 7, indicator 5 and the power source 6.

The sensor angle is as follows. When connecting power source AC 6 to the winding 4 on the measured circuits alternating current flows registered by the indicator 5, programmirovanie in degrees. Trimmer resistor 7 is designed for the initial adjustment of current and charge indicator 5 to the zero position. When changing the tilt sensor (figure 2), the magnetic resistance due to the increase of magnetic fluid 3 in the tube 1 is reduced, which leads to an increase in the circuit that is registered by the indicator 5, programmirovanie in degrees. When changing the tilt sensor in the opposite direction (figure 3) magnetic resistance due to the reduction of the level of magnetic fluid 3 in the tube 1 increases, which reduces the current in the circuit. Indicator 5 in both cases will show the amount of tilt. Cover 2 seal magnetic fluid 3.

Device is structurally implemented in the form of one functional assembly, including conductometric sensor of liquid level, connected to sensitivity control, detectors, connected to second lead sensitivity control, threshold elements, connected to detectors, differentiator, unit for placement into initial state, JK- trigger, monostable circuit, replicator and indicator units. Additionally device contains three programming leads of its functional capabilities and four outlets. At closed first and second programming leads and connection of the third programming lead to third device outlet it is transformed into control and regulation system of liquid level with its agitated surface and usage of the first and the second outlets of device, providing verification and liquid level control mode at fixed height. SUBSTANCE: the device has dynamostatic systems installed on the preset horizontal with monitored vessels communicating in them, as well as one measuring vessel installed on a fixed point in the system located on the lower horizon. One of the monitored vessels installed on the fixed horizon is provided with an additional level indicator, whose other end is fixed to the base of the monitored vessel of the system installed on the preset upper level. SUBSTANCE: method consists in the determination of the height of liquid column in two communicating vessels set at a fixed distance from each other on a pad installed on the surface to be measured; the above is carried out by simultaneous measurement of electrical capacity of capacitors set in the said vessels with liquid being placed between their plates. The inclination angle is calculated basing on the measured capacitance values according to certain formulas. Simultaneously with the capacity measurement, the ambient temperature is measured as well, and the error of the change of the liquid column height in the vessels is adjusted, the error is concerned with the temperature expansion of the used liquid and vessels' material, the adjustment is performed with the consideration of certain dependence on temperature.

SUBSTANCE: device relates to measurement equipment and can be used in geodesy; at construction of extended hydraulic structures; at creation of instruments and devices which require referencing to the horizon; as well as in physical experiment. Device for measuring angle of inclination plane comprises two liquid capacitor placed in vessels of dielectric material. Vessels are installed on a common substrate and are interconnected by means of connecting tube. Inductances of fixed value are connected to top plates of capacitors. Inductance and capacitance of capacitor in each vessel forms a resonant LC circuit which is connected to the setting input of the self-contained generator. Frequency of self-contained generator is measured simultaneously with the help of device. Operation of the device is based on determination of height of liquid column in two liquid capacitors placed in the communicating vessels, frequency oscillator, which can be measured with high accuracy. By measured values of frequencies inclination angle is calculated using corresponding formulae. Thermal effect on accuracy of measuring the angle of inclination plane is corrected based on the known dependence of structural elements and fluid parameters on temperature.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of measuring angle of inclination.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises filling the tank with fluid and semi-fluid mixes, setting volumetric portion of mixes and draining said tank in dispensing said mixes. Mix level capacitive transducer is arranged inside tank along its height to be filled with mixes at a time with said tank. Structural characteristics of transducer and electrical performances depending thereon are invariable over its height in empty state of both transducer and tank. Maximum and minimum tank mix levels are set by appropriate transducers. Tank filling is terminated when mix level reaches that of mix top level transducer and started when it reaches that of mix bottom level transducer. Electric oscillation signal is generated at capacitive transducer. Electric oscillation signal amplitude is measured at capacitive transducer. Mix level signal is generated subject to measured electric oscillation signal amplitude at capacitive transducer. With top level transducer level reached by mix level, product of height from tolerable top to bottom mix levels and said electric oscillation amplitude is determined for said time interval. Mix level signal is corrected in relation to measured electric oscillation signal amplitude at capacitative transducer. With tank drained at beginning of another proportioning cycle, initial mix level generated signal is determined. Final proportioning mix level signal is defined as difference between mix level initial signal and quotient of mix volumetric portion and tank horizontal section inner area. Definite final level signal is compared with corrected mix level signal to terminate volumetric proportioning of mixes if said signals are equal. Proposed device comprises tank, mix level capacitative transducer, mix top and bottom level transducers, electric oscillation generator, signal transducer, pump and shutter control unit, pump and shutter assemblies and mix measured level indicator. Output of said generator is connected with capacitative transducer and signal transducer input. Mix top level transducer output is connected to first input of pump and shutter control unit with its second input and outputs connected to mix top level transducer output and appropriate inputs of pump and shutter assembly. Proposed device comprises also selector, setter of top measured mix level signal, mix portion and next mix proportioning moment start, computer and comparator. Signal transducer output is connected to computer first input and selector first signal input. To selector second control input connected is connection of mix top level transducer output, pump and shutter control unit first input and comparator output. Selector output is connected with computer second input. Computer third and fourth inputs are connected to first and second outputs of top measured mix level and next proportioning moment setting unit. Computer first input is connected to mix measured level indicator input and comparator first inverting input while its second output is connected to comparator second non-inverting input.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of control and proportioning.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in breaking down power output in operation at load and idling into intervals defined experimentally. Then, fuel output at each interval of power output is calculated by appropriate formula. Obtained fuel consumption is compared to actual magnitude. This allows comparing actual consumption with design consumption without breakdown into power output and idling. Design total fuel consumption results from adding design fuel consumption and that in idling at preset time interval.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a generator of a high-frequency signal, a resistor, a level sensor, at least one pair - the first and second electrodes of a conducting material, installed at the specified distance d from each other in a holder from a dielectric material, a diode, a low pass filter (LPF), a unit of potential shift and a unit of output signal generation. At the same time the high-frequency signal generator is connected with the serially connected resistor, semiconductor diode, LPF, the unit of potential shift and the unit of output signal generation. The output from the upper end of the first electrode is connected to the common output of the resistor and the semiconductor diode, the output from the upper end of the second electrode - to an earth bus, and lower ends of both electrodes are submerged below the level of the measured water surface.

EFFECT: provision of higher resolving capacity by time, frequency and amplitude of measured physical values, higher functional flexibility, simplicity of realisation, increased reliability.
