SUBSTANCE: invention relates to logging machines, namely to logging machine manipulators. Proposed device comprises rotary roller bearing with its bottom stationary part rigidly fixed on self-propelled chassis and its top rotary part accommodating rotary platform that supports manipulator and platform horizontal turn mechanism to turn said platform with manipulator in horizontal plane about vertical axis. Platform horizontal turn mechanism represents blade hydraulic motor with its housing rigidly coupled with aforesaid roller support top part and furnished with a sector rigidly coupled with inner surface of the body. Said body has holes precisely mating the work fluid feed/discharge channels arranged in said sector. Inner part with blade is rigidly fixed with bottom stationary part of aforesaid rotary roller bearing. Central part of hydraulic motor inner part represents hollow tube.

EFFECT: simplified design and higher wear resistance.

The invention relates to the technical equipment forestry machines manipulator type, namely the support-rotating devices, and can be used in the forest industry and forestry.

Known rotation device of the manipulator harvesting machine, comprising a tube mounted on U-shaped farm inserted into the tube of the rotary column, on which is mounted manipulator with its actuator, and the rotation mechanism of the manipulator in the horizontal plane (kussakin NF design and operation of the skidders: Textbook. allowance for vocational schools. - M.: Forest industry, 1985. - 272 S., see str and RES).

Known rotation device of the manipulator logging machinery used on machines small-and medium-duty and has a limited angle of rotation.

Closest to the invention is a rotation device of the manipulator harvesting machine, comprising a support rotatable roller, the lower rotary part of which is rigidly fixed on the frame of the self-propelled chassis, and the upper rotary part of the pivot roller is rigidly mounted a turntable on which is mounted the arm and the rotation mechanism rotating platform with a manipulator in the horizontal plane around the vertical axis (Circles B.C., Borman M.A., Ermolov VP, Queens, V.E., Popov BV Felling-bunching machine PL-19. - M.: Genre Differences. prom the terrain, 1982. - 288 S., see p.15 5, p.20 9, 21, 10, p.33 and Fig.19).

The disadvantages of a turntable manipulator forest machines are the complexity and intensity of construction, consolidate mounting pinion and ensure alignment of the leading and driven gears.

The technical result is to reduce material consumption, simplify the design and increase the durability.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the proposed rotation device of the manipulator harvesting machine includes a support rotatable roller, the lower rotary part of which is rigidly fixed on the frame of the self-propelled chassis, and the upper rotary part of the pivot roller is rigidly mounted a turntable on which is mounted the arm and the rotation mechanism rotating platform with a manipulator in the horizontal plane can be rotated around a vertical axis, and the new is that the mechanism of rotation of the turntable is made in the form of a vane motor, a housing which is rigidly connected to the upper rotary part of the pivot roller, and the inner part with the blade rigidly connected with dims the second part of the non-pivot roller, while the Central part of the inner part is made in the form of a hollow pipe, and the casing is provided with a hole for the supply of fluid withdrawal, and the blade inner parts are provided on both sides of valves installed on the end-to-end channels of the blade.

The proposed construction of a turntable manipulator harvesting machine reduces the complexity and intensity of construction, excludes outdoor gear.

In the patent and scientific literature is similar to the design of a turntable manipulator harvesting machine is not detected.

Rotation device of the manipulator harvesting machine includes a support rotatable roller containing the lower non-part 1, which is rigidly fixed through the support ring 2 on the frame 3 self-propelled chassis, the upper rotary part 4, on which is rigidly mounted a turntable 5 with a handle (not shown). The upper rotary part 4 mounted for rotation relative to the lower rotary part 1 on the rolling elements 6, for example, rollers. Support ring 2 is rigidly installed in the inner part 7 blade is of hydromotor is rigidly fixed thereto blade 8. The inner part 7 is made of a hollow tube with optional inside its Central manifold (not shown) of the hydraulic transmission, and the blade 8 are rigidly connected to the outer surface of the inner pipe portion 7. Between the blade 8 and the housing 10 and between the sector 11 and the inner part 7 is also installed seal 15. In the housing 10 with holes 16 and 17 for the supply of fluid withdrawal, exactly coinciding with the channels 12 and 13. The blade 8 is provided with valves 18 and 19, mounted on both sides of the blade 8 and held in closed position by means of elastic elements 20, for example, the tension springs. The valves 18 and 19 are installed on the end-to-end channels 21 and 22, made in the blades 8.

Rotation device of the manipulator harvesting machine operates as follows.

The operator, by controlling the valve (not shown), directs the flow of the working fluid in the hole 1 or 17, under the pressure of the working fluid of the body 10 is rotated relative to the inner part 7, starting from the blade 8 and the housing 10 rotates a turntable 5. If the working fluid is fed under pressure into the hole 16 and the valve 12, through the channel 13 and the hole 17, the working fluid is discharged into the tank (not shown), while a turntable 5 is rotated counterclockwise. If the working fluid is fed under pressure into the hole 17 and the channel 13, then through the channel 12 and the opening 16 is poured into the tank and a turntable 5 is rotated clockwise. With a sharp rise in pressure of the working fluid between the blade 8 and the sector 11 or hydrodynamic shock triggered the valves 18 or 19, preventing the dynamic loads and the failure of the hydraulic units and process equipment logging machine.

The proposed rotation device of the manipulator harvesting machine reduces the complexity and intensity of construction, eliminates the use of open gears, increases the efficiency of its use.

2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the blade inner part of the motor is provided on either side of the valves installed on the end-to-end channels of the blade.

The platform supports manipulator and mechanism to turn the said platform with the manipulator horizontally and relative to the self-propelled chassis frame, the latter being furnished with a motor and a reduction gear with its output shaft provided with a drive gear in mesh with the aforesaid gear ring of the support fixed part. A rotary plate is fitted on the reduction gear output shaft, furnished with additional gears driven from the drive gear via a flexible link, e.g. a roller chain and lantern gears, one of them being fitted on the drive gear shaft, the others on the additional gear shafts. The turn drive contains a tooth rim meshing with two identical main gears; the said rim is assembled on a turning portion of the object, this turning portion is installed with a support component on the base whereon an electric motor, a brake mechanism and a reducer are arranged. The electric motor via a coupling is connected to an input shaft of the reducer which includes a frictional mechanism to limit a maximum torque at the input shaft of the reducer, self braking worm gear and two differential mechanisms. Each of the differential mechanisms is made as a planetary drive equipped with an epicyclic gear, a sun gear, a carrier and satellites. One of the main gears is secured to the shaft made as one whole with the carrier of the first planetary gear, the axis of which is geometrically coupled with the central axis of the latter. The other main gear is fixed on the shaft installed in the case of the reducer; whereon the gear is attached meshing with the gear made as one whole with the epicyclic gear of the first planetary gear mechanism.
