FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of gluing vulcanised rubber to each other and can be used in rubber industry. The method of gluing different types of vulcanised rubber to each other involves application of polychloroprene rubber based glue onto vulcanised rubber surfaces to be glued and then bringing the surfaces into contact. The base of the polychloroprene glue used is nairit NT or nairit DP combined with butyl phenolformaldehyde resin in 88NT or 88SA adhesive. Before application onto the surface, the adhesive is mixed with a trichloroethylphosphate or trichloropropylphosphate modifier in amount of 0.05-2.0 pts. wt per 100 pts. wt of the adhesive, and after application, the adhesive film is dried at room temperature for 1-2 minutes and the surfaces to be glued are brought into contact under a load for 24 hours.

EFFECT: increased strength of the glue joint when gluing vulcanised rubber and simplification of the gluing process.

The invention relates to the method of attachment of vulcanized rubbers to each other and can be used in the rubber industry.

There is a method of bonding and sealing rubber by coating on the bonding surface of the adhesive material is a nitrogen-containing monoacrylate with the addition of the polymerization initiator, followed by contacting of the surfaces under anaerobic conditions, as nitrogen monoacrylate apply the product of condensation of esters of acrylic acid and mono-, di - or trialkanolamines (USSR Author's certificate No. 378401, CL C09J 5/00; publ. 18.04.73).

There is a method of bonding and sealing rubber by coating on the bonding surface the particular adhesive material oligopyrroles with the addition of the polymerization initiator, followed by contacting of the surfaces under anaerobic conditions (USSR Author's certificate No. 378402, CL C09J 5/00; publ. 18.04.73).

However, this method, while providing high strength bonding of rubber, designed for bonding products in anaerobic conditions, which complicates bonding.

The closest is the method of attaching rubber to each other and to the metal by coating on the bonding surface of the polymerizable monomers and the subsequent contact of the bonding surfaces, as the polymerizable monomer used 2-methyl-4-haloinhalation - 1,3,5 alone or with the addition of the initiator radical type, or dissolved in their own polymers or polychloroprene (USSR Author's certificate No. 426490, CL C09J 5/00; publ. 15.09.75).

However, this method, while providing a sufficiently high strength for bonding articles of vulcanized rubber, require additional heating of the samples at high temperatures.

Task: to develop a method of mounting rubbers to each other, providing increased strength and resistance of the glue line on the border of the rubber-glue.

The technical result is to ensure high strength of the adhesive joint when attaching vulcanized R the zine with each other, simplification of bonding.

The technical result is achieved in that the method of attachment of vulcanized rubbers on the basis of different rubbers to each other by drawing on the bonding surface of the adhesive based on polychloroprene rubber and subsequent contact surfaces, and as the basis polychloroprene glue use Nairit NT or Nairit DP in combination with butylbenzaldehyde resin in the adhesive stamps NT or SO before applying to the surface in adhesive impose additional modifier trichloroethylphosphate or trichloropropane in the amount of 0.05 to 2.0 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the adhesive and the coating of adhesive are drying the adhesive film at room temperature for 1-2 min, and the contacting surfaces to be glued performed under shipment within 24 hours.

Glue NT (TU-033-45539771-2000) which includes (parts by weight): polychloroprene rubber Nairit HT - 100, butylbenzaldehyde resin K - 90, zinc oxide, 5 - magnesium oxide - 12, thiuram - 2, an organic solvent - 800. As solvent a mixture of nefras and ethyl acetate in a 1:1 ratio.

Glue SU (TU 381051760-89) which includes (parts by weight): polychloroprene rubber Nairit DP - 90, butylbenzaldehyde resin K - 90, zinc oxide, 5 - magnesium oxide - 11, water - 3 and organic dissolve the ü - 800. As the organic solvent, a mixture of nefras and ethyl acetate in a 1:1 ratio.

Polychloroprene rubbers Nairit HT (TU-601781-73), Nairit DP (TU-6-01-1319-85), are the main film-forming adhesives-solutions.

Butylbenzaldehyde resin 101 TO (TU-60004691277193-97).

Curing group: zinc oxide (zinc white GOST 202-84), magnesium oxide (burnt magnesia GOST 844-79) was previously used in the adhesive compositions (Kardashov YES., Petrov A.V. Polymer adhesives. M.: Chemistry, 1983).

Organic solvent: a mixture of ethyl acetate (GOST 8981-78) and nefras (TU 3840167109-92).

Trichloroethylphosphate (TU 2493-319-05763441-2000) is used as a plasticizer in the production of nitrolinoleum, as flame retardant compositions based on cellulose acetate, polyurethane foam.

Trichloropropylphosphate (TU 2493-320-05763441-2000) is used as a flame retardant in the manufacture of cable plasticizers, synthetic leather, paints and varnishes, linoleum, sticky tape, chinafotopress, polyurethane foam.

As a result of interaction of the modifier with the macromolecule polychloroprene rubber is an increase in the concentration of polar groups and the formation of additional chemical bonds in the interaction of the specified modifier with movable allylic chlorine atoms in macromolecules x is oropendola rubber, what contributes to the strength on the border of the rubber-glue when attaching vulcanized rubber to each other.

The method of attaching rubber to each other as follows.

In adhesive based on polychloroprene rubber before application to the bonding surface enter the calculated amount of modifier and stirred the contents for 5-10 minutes until a homogeneous mass. The flame retardant adhesive composition was determined according to the method of determining the resistance to burning (GOST 28157-89), by its provisional cast on a smooth glass surface and sleduyushei drying at room temperature for days to constant weight.

The method is illustrated by the following example.

As can be seen from table 1, 2, the proposed method of attachment of vulcanized rubbers to each other provides the high strength properties of adhesive joints. So the strength of the glue line shear bonding vulcanized rubber based on SKEPT-40 adhesive stamps NT the prototype is 0.99 MPa, and using the proposed modifier to 1.83 MPa.

We found that the reason for increasing the adhesion performance with this method it is alinia is not only an increase in the concentration of the polar groups with the introduction of the adhesive modifier, but the formation of additional chemical bonds in the interaction of the specified modifier with movable allylic chlorine atoms in macromolecules polychloroprene rubber, which increases the mobility of the macromolecules and deeper diffusion areas of the interior surface of the vulcanizate.

Technical and economic effect obtained from the use of fastening is that its application can significantly improve the quality fastening products made of vulcanized rubbers on the basis of different rubbers to improve the fire resistance of the adhesive composition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an adhesive composition, namely to a moisture-hardened adhesive composition and to a method for gluing two materials to be glued. Moisture-hardened adhesive composition comprises from about 60 wt.-% to about 97 wt.-% of polymer with reactive organosilicon terminal group as measured for the total mass of the composition; from about 0.01 wt.-% to about 4 wt.-% of catalyst as measured for the total mass of the moisture-hardened composition chosen from the group consisting of tin-containing catalyst, bismuth-containing catalyst and their mixtures, and separate mixtures or both with catalysts based on tertiary amines and/or lead catalyst; and from about 3% to about 35% of diluting agent as measured for the total mass of moisture-hardened composition wherein the moisture-hardened adhesive composition shows viscosity value in the range form about 1000 cP to about 50000 cP and the vitrification point lower about -20°C. The adhesive composition contains polychloroprene rubber nairit DP, butylphenolformaldehyde resin 101 K, water, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, a modifier, an organic solvent which is a mixture of ethylacetate and petroleum solvent. The modifier used is methylphosphite borate. Components of the composition are in the following ratio in pts. wt: polychloroprene rubber nairit DP - 90.0, butylphenolformaldehyde resin 101 K - 90.0 water - 3.0, zinc oxide - 5.0, magnesium oxide - 11.0, said organic solvent - 800.0, methylphosphite borate - 10.0-3.0.
