Master roller executes primary rolling of thread, then intermediate roller of larger diametre and thickness expands groove, increasing thread dimension, and shaping roller of larger size completes soil compaction into well wall and thread rolling. Pitch, which provides for step accessory on auger per single complete rotation of shaping roller equal to 360 degrees makes 0.67 d, where d is diametre of roller unit pipe, and thread pitch corresponds to pitch of single turn of auger blade. Step accessory operates only in process of thread rolling together with rolling unit, and thus thread is rolled for the whole depth of well, reverse rotation is started, and roller unit is brought upwards along shaped thread, afterwards well is inspected and concreted. Device for method realisation comprises auger for drilling of conventionally cylindrical well, device for thread rolling made of roller unit, auger and step accessory. Roller unit includes steel pipe with diametre d with slots for rollers, steel bushings for axles of rollers, master roller with diametre of 0.52 d, intermediate roller with diametre of 0.71 d, shaping roller with diametre of 0.83 d, cover with tail, bottom. All three rollers are arranged as steel and are shaped as truncated cone, and straight line that coincides with diametre line of large wheel in each roller, crossing axis of roller unit rotation, is perpendicular to generatrix of pipe cylindrical surface in point of their crossing, and plane of each roller fit, i.e. plane of roller unit rotation axis crossing with point of crossing of roller rotation axis and large wheel of roller are at the angle of 120 degrees to similar plane of fit of each of two rollers.

EFFECT: simpler, affordable and cheaper arrangement of well for rolled-screw pile of high bearing capacity with the help of facilities for well drilling.

The invention relates to the field of construction and is intended for production wells procurementof piles (PVA) high bearing capacity in soils of sedimentary origin for foundations and anchor buildings and structures.

The closest analogues of the invention are a method of manufacturing Borovikova piles (RF patent No. 2220256 from 27 Dec. 2003) and device for drilling wells Borovikova piles (RF patent No. 2261955 from 10 Oct. 2005). They are intended for production wells with an auger that drills slowmotionnoise well (UCS), with further threading the two cutters, and not rolling thread three rollers, as in the present invention. The disadvantage of them is very complex, bulky and expensive equipment, which is not always possible to make and use, and lack of compaction of soil in the borehole, increased yield of the soil from it and lower the carrying capacity Borovikova piles in comparison with the proposed invention.

The invention consists in a new method of production wells using the device for thread rolling (UPR), which draws the thread for PVA in a pre-drilled UCS successive rolling and pushing soil in her three steel rollers of different diameters and thicknesses, in fo the IU truncated cone each, with the estimated pitch, which provides a selection device (hereinafter - WOOFER) screw mounted on the drilling machine, which distinguishes the invention from similar.

The technical result of the invention is more easily available and less expensive production wells for PVA with a large number of tools for drilling, and soil compaction in the borehole rollers (up to 40% of its volume) with the simultaneous execution of threads, which significantly increases the bearing capacity of the PVA reduces the amount of excavation work and reduces its unit cost, i.e. the cost of 1 ton bearing capacity of the pile, in comparison with other types of piles.

The device for implementing the method of the production wells for PVA is a panel (figure 2), which consists of a roller node 1, the screw 2 and the current 3. Roller Assembly (figure 3, figure 4) consists of a steel pipe 5 with a diameter d with slots for the rollers to which the inside is welded to the sleeve 13 to the axes of the rollers 12 secured by bolts 14, and also from the leading roller 9 with a diameter of 0.52 d, the intermediate roller 10 with a diameter of 0.71 (d, designing roller 11 with a diameter of 0.83 d, cover with shank 6, the bottom 7, the bolts 8 for tops and bottoms to the pipe 5 with welded corners. SUBSTANCE: working member for device of screw bored piles consists of casing pipe, shoe with screw blade and a tip and is sunken in the soil by being screwed by applied torque moment and axial vertical force. Working member differs by the fact that a cone-shaped tip has sharpness angle of 90, inclination angle of screw line of the blade is chosen as per the given formulas for ensuring rational values of force impacts from the submerging mechanism, there is tight demountable joint of casing pipes, shoe has the radius which is more than that of casing pipe, which is chosen from the given equation, owing to which soil pressure is relieved to casing pipe due to recovery of elastic soil deformation after introduction of the shoe. When the working member is submerged, the soil is expanded with a shoe to sides, thus being compacted. When design reference mark is reached, reinforcement cage is installed in casing pipe, and pile is concreted with simultaneous removal of the working member by unscrewing and rotating it in opposite direction; at that, the tip remains in the soil. By means of the above, soil is compacted once again, and cavities left with the shoe are filled with concrete.

EFFECT: considerable decrease of power consumption required for well erection process.

At lower end face of the bit casing in blade clearances there are opposite grooves arranged to house protruding element of tapered tip provided at its upper end face and taking torque and axial thrust on bit casing. Elements of tapered tip fixation assembly are rigidly mounted on the lateral surface of bit casing to interwork with the bit casing in on-position. The said elements of tapered tip fixation assembly are shaped as holed bar for clamps. The upper end face of tapered tip contains collars attached to the bit casing by means of wire ropes.

EFFECT: wider range of application of bored piles construction method; improved productivity and performance; reduced cost of piles production.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: bored auger pile installation device comprises a case with upper part made in a form of hollow faceted pin with a hole for a ball plug, and a rock-breaking tool with a skirt. Middle and bottom parts of the case are made in a form of solid cylinders with variable cross-section, where diameter of middle part is more than diameter of bottom part. Middle cylindrical part features an orifice system, a cavity for concrete injection and transverse slot, where a rotating splitter knife is installed on a vertical axis in the vertical case hole. The knife is switched into working position by a moving spring pusher with variable cross-section, located in a horizontal cavity formed by two orifices of different diameter, stopped by a plug from the outer side. Lower cylindrical part of the case has a through lengthwise slot with a stop.

EFFECT: higher capacity of bored auger pile installation in highly and medium stable grounds, and lower cost of drilling work.

SUBSTANCE: method involves creating pilot pile in well by well drilling along with cut ground carrying to ground surface with the use of auger drilling assembly provided with rock-cutting tool to be removed from well and device with extendible rock-compacting member, which creates annular cavities in pilot well wall in load-bearing ground layers in accordance with geological section; connecting said sections with each other through vertical cavities arranged in planes transversal to pile axis, wherein the vertical cavities are arranged in staggered order in planes parallel to pile axis.

EFFECT: increased load-bearing ability of the pile in any ground surroundings and in confined space.

FIELD: industrial and civil construction, particularly to erect new buildings, to reinforce foundations of existent buildings and building structures and to construct supports taking alternating loads.

SUBSTANCE: method involves forming pilot hole in ground by hole drilling along with delivering cut ground to ground surface by means of hollow auger drilling assembly provided with rock-cutting tool; removing hollow auger drilling assembly with rock-cutting tool from hole; arranging metal frame in hole and filling holes with concrete. Helical groove is created in pilot hole wall so that helix lead may be changed. Concrete mix is supplied through inner channel of auger drilling assembly to fill cavity formed in pilot hole and helical slot as drilling assembly moves upwards. Metal frame is arranged in hole after total drilling assembly removal from hole and hole filling with concrete mix.

EFFECT: increased load-bearing capacity of bored pile and extended field of application due to possibility of said method usage for foundation construction in any ground.

FIELD: building, particularly for building load-bearing foundations and securing different mechanisms and devices in ground, including permafrost ones, for driving metal tubular piles, preferably having diameters of 168 - 219 mm.

SUBSTANCE: method involves pressing pile in ground along with simultaneous driving thereof with the use of inner inventory key. Torque is initially applied to screw blade by inventory key and then as pile driving resistance increases pile shaft is also involved in torque transfer process, wherein exceeding of predetermined torque value to inventory key or pile shaft is not allowed. Screw pile comprises cylindrical tubular shaft with guiding cone, screw blade and seat formed in lower shaft part for inner inventory key installation. Shaft is formed of metal and has means for taking torque transferred from above key.

EFFECT: reduced material consumption due to providing two-stage torque transfer scheme, increased reliability of pile driving process and pile as a whole.
