The invention relates to the textile industry and can be used in cushioning and safety energy-absorbing device for absorbing the kinetic energy and impact loading of the moving mass, mainly to complete the paired brake textile modules emergency brake installations as a major pair of disposable elastic elements - absorbers, providing emergency braking of vehicles, including emergency landing landing aircraft.

The main attribute of a design woven tapes threshold trigger is the presence in their composition of two parallel relative to each other woven strips connected by a system of threads that serve simultaneously shock-absorbing elements being torn apart under the action of a predetermined threshold load. On one of the end sections of the ribbons threshold alarms interconnected woven strips method of incision share with the formation of the reeds of a given length, which are fixed on two different planes cushioning device. In the case of moving one or both planes attached to them reeds woven strips connecting threads are broken, thus there is a transformation of the kinetic energy of moving bodies in the work of the break with denitely durogesic threads.

Known material torn ribbon threshold operation, providing programmable elongation and rupture at a given load. The tape contains two background layer, performed by the interweaving of indigenous primary and weft threads and connecting the main thread, earned sequentially in each of the layers with the formation between cells. In the ribbon, there are several systems of the connecting threads, which can change from layer to layer as evenly and unevenly. If the connecting threads pass from layer to layer is uneven, the tearing of the tape will first break only one system of connecting threads, then two, then three system connecting threads. This is done in order to smoothly enter into the work tape and to reduce the magnitude of the initial dynamic impact. The tape is produced on a loom equipped with jacquard machine, and connecting threads served with Creel [U.S. Patent No. 3978894, CL - 383, 1976].

This tape has a large number of systems connecting to the main thread and therefore a great rapport on the basis of. This limits the possibility of creating large breaking loads of the connecting threads per unit width of the tape. Tearing strips large widths of even small distortions of the tape is reduced in the possibility of simultaneous rupture of the system connecting threads across the width of the tape, which can lead to uneven razdiraema efforts and reduce the reliability of the tape.

Closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is a woven material tape cushioning device containing two background layer, made plain weaves indigenous main and weft threads and connecting the main thread, earned sequentially in each of the layers with the formation between cells. The cells have the shape of triangles, two sides each of which is formed by connecting the main thread, and the third - placed between the area corresponding to the background layer. [USSR author's certificate No. 1172954, publ. 15.08.1985, BI No. 30].

The disadvantage of this woven ribbon threshold trigger is the high irregularity of the gap durogesic filaments constituting up to 60% threshold load, caused by an insufficient degree of fixation of the connecting threads in the background layers. It is known that after the next transition from one background layer to another connecting thread shall be securely fixed in this layer. The fastening of the connecting threads in the background layer should prevent the pulling of the tape tearing. Thus, the harder the fixed connecting thread, the smoother (more evenly) is tearing tape is the greater energy intensity has the tape. However, a reliable fixing of the connecting threads in a triangular shape formed by cells impossible. For this purpose, cells must have a trapezoidal shape in which the connecting threads will be fixed additional weft thread.

The technical task of the present invention is to provide a shock-absorbing material woven ribbon threshold operation high reliability with less (no more than 50%) the inequality gap in her durogesic threads. This objective is achieved in that the proposed material woven ribbon threshold trigger includes two parallel spaced one above the other background layer with fixed edges, made plain weaves new layers with fixed edges, made plain weaves indigenous main and weft threads and the connecting energogazmash suspend the main thread, earned sequentially in each of the layers with the formation between cells. The cells have the shape raveboy trapezoid. The sides of each trapezoid is formed by connecting the main thread, and the base is placed between the areas corresponding to the background layer so that each of the layers in an alternating adjacent the lower and upper base of the trapezoid, and the connecting UD is Nagasawa break the warp threads to form two working branch each of which is interwoven with the weft threads by the equation

Ry=2m+2,

where Ry- rapport on a duck;

m is an odd number of reinforcing loops formed by the main connective threads with the weft threads on the surface of each of the background layers.

Background layers within the entire repeat of the weave is additionally connected between a weft threads odd number of filling compounds, which are in alternating order, interlacing with the warp threads of each of the background layers that form in them adjacent to each discrete woven plots that contain an even number of repeats on a duck. The breaking load on the basis of each of the background layer should be not less than 1.5 times larger than the total breaking load of the main connective torn threads.

For more durable fastening of the weft threads in the background layers of the tape and with a view to further improving the uniformity of the gap by removing internal stresses in the threads and fixing their relative location in the background layers, material woven ribbon threshold operation is performed from a homogeneous commodity composition of synthetic thermoplastic yarns in the warp and weft and subjected to heat treatment at a temperature equal to 70-85% of the softening temperature of the original thread, lasting at least 15 minutes. Shown is the temperature range due to the fact, that at temperatures below the minimum value of the properties of the original threads remain virtually unchanged, and therefore, does not relieve internal stresses in the threads and fixing their relative location in the background layers of tape, and at temperatures above the maximum value occurs irreversible destruction of the structure of the original thread, which leads to unpredictable changes in their properties and makes the tape unusable by a direct purpose.

The inventive arrangement of the warp and weft in the rapport weave allows to obtain material woven tape threshold operation with a high degree of reliability and low differential loads when triggered (no more than 25% from the threshold load 30% of that of the prototype).

In figure 1, figure 2 and figure 3 shows the scheme of an arrangement of warp and weft threads in longitudinal section of the proposed tape having respectively 3, 5 and 7 fixing loops formed by the main connective energorashodyi threads with the weft threads on the surface of each of the background layers. In figure 1, figure 2 and figure 3 we have adopted the following conventions: O1- the warp threads of the first background layer; O2- the warp threads of the second background layer; O3- thread connection durogesic torn warp earned consequently is in each of the layers of the core of the second background layer; U - weft threads; Ry- rapport tape on a duck.

Figure 4 shows a diagram of the divide offer drogenase tape threshold actuation scheme and schedule changes breaking load drogenase connecting threads. Figure 4 adopted the following conventions: R - attached to the branches tape threshold load; A - amplitude of the breaking load; 1, 2, the first and second background layers of tape, 3 - connecting warp threads, employees torn drogenase elements of the proposed ribbon threshold trigger.

The proposed material tape threshold operation is made on odnokomnatnyh ribbon-weaving machines of all types of textile yarns, mainly chemical.

To confirm the technical result of the invention were produced experimental tape threshold actuation of the proposed design. Heat treatment of samples tapes threshold operation was performed on the unit of heat shrinkage ATU-1600 at a temperature of 1755C for 15 minutes.

Specifications made tapes of the proposed structure are shown in table 1. The data in table 1 show that the inventive tape has a greater degree of uniformity of the gap energy absorbing filaments constituting from 20 to 50% load threshold at 60% of analogue and FR is of type i.e. its main properties, it is clearly superior to known analogs.

Material woven ribbon threshold triggering adopted for serial production on their structure drawn up, agreed and approved by the regulatory and technical documentation, and the process of their production - technological regulations.

Material woven ribbon threshold triggering containing two parallel spaced one above the other background layer with fixed edges, made plain weaves indigenous main and weft threads and the connecting material is broken off of the main thread, earned sequentially in each of the layers with the formation between cells, wherein the cells have the shape raveboy trapezoid, the sides each of which is formed by connecting the main thread, and the base is placed between the areas corresponding to the background layer, so that each of the layers in an alternating adjacent the lower and upper base of the trapezoid, and the connecting drogenase torn thread bases which are interwoven with the weft threads by the equation: Ry=2m+2, where Ry- rapport on a duck; m is an odd number of reinforcing loops formed by the main connective threads with the weft threads n the surface of each of the background layers.
