FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: facility consists of chute and auxiliary belt arranged under load bearing belt; said auxiliary belt has side edges projecting beyond borders of load bearing belt. Side edges of the auxiliary belt rest on horizontal damping rollers-supports at a section of load flow receipt; they rest on tilted re-loading rollers-supports at the section of re-loading. The facility is equipped with a frame with a vibrator; re-loading rollers-supports are rigidly fixed on the frame. By means of flexible elements the frame is installed on poles and can be vertically reinstalled.

EFFECT: reduced length and increased reliability.

The invention relates to the mining industry, namely to the boot device for belt conveyors, designed for transportation of bulk and abrasive bulk cargo.

A device for loading belt conveyor, made in the form of a belt feeder accelerator (see Andreev A.V., sesco E.E. Transport machines and systems for open pit mining. M., "Nedra", 1970, s-251), consisting of a tray and conveyor belts.

The disadvantage of this device is to supply the goods on the conveyor with a certain height, which results in transportation of bulk cargoes of a shock load on the conveyor carrying the tape, causing the destruction of the working lining tape and premature malfunction.

Closest to the claimed technical solution is a device for loading belt conveyor containing the tray and the auxiliary endless tape installed under the load-carrying tape with side edges that extend beyond the load-carrying belt that is supported on the area where the cargo is horizontal cushioning roller and stretch overload inclined overloading the roller (see A.S. USSR №440492, IPC8E21F 13/08, B65G 47/18, publ. 25.08.74).

The disadvantages of the prototype are large overall length of the device is as, due to the pouring of the cargo from the support tape devices for carrying the tape in the process of joint movement of both tapes and lack of reliability of the transmission of the traction force due to the frictional engagement of the tape, which is associated with changes in the force pressing them together when the load changes.

The objective of the proposed technical solution is to reduce the overall length of the device and improving the reliability.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that the known device for loading belt conveyor containing the tray and the auxiliary tape installed under the load-carrying tape with side edges that extend beyond the load-carrying tape supported horizontal cushioning roller and inclined overloading the roller, according to the invention is further provided with a frame with a vibrator, which is rigidly fixed overloading the roller, the elastic elements and the vertical posts, while the frame is attached via elastic elements on the racks with the possibility of its vertical movement.

Auxiliary tape along the side edges provided with a removable lining.

The proposed design will reduce the overall length of the device and improve the reliability in operation.

The essence of the proposed izaberete the Oia is illustrated by drawings, which figure 1 shows a General view of the device, figure 2 is a top view, figure 3 is a section a - a, figure 4 - cross-section B-B.

A device for loading belt conveyor consists of a tray 1 and the auxiliary endless tape 2 that is installed under the load-carrying strip 3. The side edges of the supporting tape 2 are outside of the carrying belt 3 and the reception area of the traffic based on the horizontal cushioning roller 4, and the plot overload on sloping overloading the roller 5. Overloading the roller 5 is rigidly attached to a separate frame 6 with the vibrator 7. On the frame 6 has a vibrator 7. This frame 6 is fixed via the elastic elements 8, made in the form of a compression spring, and the screw shafts 9 with lock nuts 10 on the rack 11 with the possibility of its vertical movement.

Auxiliary tape 2 is rotated around the end drums 12 and 13, and its idling branch is supported by the roller 14. The load-carrying strip 3 rests on the roller 15 on the freight branch and the roller 16 is at idle branch. To prevent dropping of the load from the device with both sides installed Board 17. Auxiliary tape 2 along the side edges, in the place of interaction with traffic, is equipped with a removable lining 18 to reduce wear. In the end section of the overload device is equipped with plugname 19 for okonite Inoi cleaning tape 2 from the remaining fractions of the cargo.

The device operates as follows.

The traffic from the conveyor through the guide tray 1 is fed to the side edges of the endless moving the supporting tape 2. Then the load is accelerated ribbon 2 to the speed of the loaded conveyor, after which the loading of the carrying belt 3 by pouring in traffic with the side portions of the tape 2 by rejecting the latest on inclined overloading the roller 5. Fluctuations roller 5 from the vibrator 7 intensify the process of overload that allows you to shorten the length of stretch overload and, consequently, the overall length of the device.

The device does not require a separate drive, as the pulling force on the auxiliary tape 2 is transmitted through frictional engagement with the load-carrying strip 3. Uninterrupted transfer of the required tractive effort required to maintain a constant pressure between the belts 2 and 3. Elastic elements 8, the connecting frame 6 with posts 11 by driving screws 10, provide continuity of effort being pressed between the belts.

The use of the proposed device in comparison with the prototype will allow us to reduce overall length and to increase the reliability in operation due to the permanence of traction force to be transmitted to the tape device.

Additionally device is implemented with ability of connection to manipulation device by composition of conveyor sections so that carrier of section at least partially moves independently of manipulation device. Carrier of section with ability of rotation is connected with guide by means of intermediate pivot pin and allows travel stabiliser. Also it is provided method of travel of mining conveyor section.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: it is intended for simultaneous work with the loading machine, boring plant or with timber-mounting mechanisms having the possibility of being moved along the rigid trough line of drag conveyor by means of chainless supply mechanism when performing mine openings by drill and fire method. Pickup mechanism includes drag conveyor with a rigid line, a wedge nose piece which is mounted on the front part of drag conveyor and which serves for penetrating into the mined rock dump and for protecting the transporting member of conveyor against straight blow when breaking up the work face by explosives, two enclosing shields, support plate located in the front part of drag conveyor, power spacer-feed mechanism and the end spacer mechanism. Support plate is made with the possibility of perpendicular movement and attachment thereof relative to longitudinal axis of drag conveyor by means of two T-shaped guide beams and slots of the rigidly mounted semi-jacket, and longitudinal movements of bottom-hole pickup mechanism are performed by means of power spacer-feed mechanism mounted on the guide semi-jacket enveloping the lower part of the drag conveyor trough line, and consisting of two horizontal equally-spaced, parallel, opposite-directed and telescopic spacer hydraulic jacks and two feed hydraulic jacks located along the sides of drag conveyor and hinged to rigid semi-jacket of support plate and to the guide semi-jacket of power spacer-feed mechanism.

EFFECT: development of structural scheme of self-moving pickup mechanism with a rigid trough line designed for taking considerable loads from the mined rock broken with blasting and for moving along the trough line of the loading machine, boring plant or another excavation equipment.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mineral resource industry and can be used for transporting loose masses in wells, coal strip mines and storage areas. On the ends of the conveyer line up to 2 km long there located are power-drive stations which include extension drive shaft installed in the supporting rolling assemblies. At that, on the shaft ends there rigidly fixed are drive sprockets for transmitting rotation to the shaft through flexible chain connections from even number of electric drives, and in the middle of the shaft there rigidly fixed are drive sprockets for the conveyor pull chain drive. At that, on horizontal links of the pull chains there rigidly fixed are drag bars at a distance of 200-300 mm from each other. Metal plates are hinged to the drag bars from above and form a flexible hinged metal transportation belt with friction factor of 0.15.

EFFECT: developing reliable design of drag conveyor, which allows transportation of loose and plate materials for up to 2 km and more with the angle of slope of loose material transportation plane up to 40°, and increasing capacity up to 1500 t/h.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to driving facility for sprockets of chain drives, particularly to drive of scraper-chain transporters or chain plane knives for underground mine developments. Drive incorporates the asynchronous electric engine and a gear box. Also the asynchronous electric engine consists of an engine with feeding from a frequency converter, while there is an intermediary two-speed sprocket gear box in the driving block between an engine shaft and the gear box; the intermediary gear box is designed in particular as the front gear box with one starting and one normal stage, when by means of the latter starting effect in the starting stage can be achieved, which is required for starting of loaded scraper-chain conveyer or for free pulling of the chain plane knife.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to joint element for jointing the chute section of the chain scraper or for the mining machine guide sections, particularly, for the grader guide, incorporating two heads made integral by means of the rod narrowing along the width. Every head side facing the rod is furnished with bulged-round shoulders inclined towards the rod. The invention proposes also the open-side pockets arranged on the chute sections to house to aforesaid joint element.

EFFECT: possibility of transmitting high axial loads at high angular mobility and simpler assembly of jointing elements.

SUBSTANCE: tunnel miner includes crawler-tracked carriages, drilling effector, berm cutters, cut-out drums, warding four-section shield with boards and buckets attached to the said sections, chute-like conveyor with walls, control panel of hydraulic system, miner's electric equipment control station, and operator's seat. The miner incorporates two dust-screening flaps mounted pivotally, by means of curtains, on the chute-like conveyor walls at an angle to the vertical. The dust-screening flaps at the operator's seat side feature locking device with arms capable of shifting towards only one direction to reach the stops installed in one flap, and thus to free the adjoining flap.

EFFECT: reduced dust level of the operator's workplace during miner operation.

FIELD: mining industry.

SUBSTANCE: method for extraction and underground use of coal includes cleaning extraction and dumping of coal, fixing and controlling ceiling and transporting coal along face to drift. On the drift, in moveable generator, coal is pulverized for intensive burning with use of jets in water boiler firebox, where high temperature of steam is achieved (about 1400 C°), enough for decomposition of water on oxygen and hydrogen. These are separated, then oxygen is fed back to jets, and hydrogen is outputted along pipes and hoses in drifts and shaft. Variants of underground generator for realization of this method are provided. Also provided is method for extraction of disturbed coal beds by short faces. It includes extraction and dumping of coal on face conveyor, fixing of ceiling behind combine, moving conveyor line and support sections in direction of cleaning face displacement, control of ceiling with destruction and partial filling. Extraction of coal is performed in short curvilinear faces by long stripes along bed, in straight drive without forwarding drifts, with preservation and reuse of ventilation and conveyor drifts, equipped with mounting manipulator robots, with fixing behind combine by automatically operating support deflectors without unloading and displacing sections in area of coal extraction. Extraction and transporting of coal is performed by fast one-drum combine and curvilinear reloading conveyor, supplying coal to drift conveyor or immediately to underground gas or energy generator placed immediately on drift. Also proposed is face scraper conveyor for realization of said method, wherein pans are made with step along front face profile, greater, than along back one, while forming common line curved towards face with constant curvature. Also proposed is a method for controlling complex for unmanned coal extraction.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for transportation of rock in underground mines for reloading of rock from one conveyor to the other installed at one level. For this purpose device is used containing pair of flight conveyors, forced-draught and suction fans, air chamber with air inlet hole provided with cyclone installed over flight conveyor to be loaded. Air chamber is arranged between conveyors and is furnished with air collector made in form of screen with cells, housing and brushes from side of conveyors. Additional hole is made in bottom of air chamber to deliver air jet at angle to direction of material movement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibrating facilities and it can be used for letting out ore or other materials and their separation. Proposed vibrating feeder has resilient supports, working member consisting of charging and discharge parts and vibrating drive consisting of two shafts with unbalance weight and motors, one per each unbalance weight. Place of arrangement of vibrating drive is determined basing on the fact that line of connection of axles of unbalance weights is located in area limited by two straight lines square to direction of vibration, one of which passed through center of mass, and the other is located at a distance from center of mass of 1/10L to side of charging part of working member. Axle of unbalance weights are located at different sides from line of direction of vibration passing through center of mass at distance equal to not less than 1/8 where L is distance between resilient supports in horizontal direction.

EFFECT: improved stability of operation of vibrating feeder at unstable supply and impact loads on working member at discharging.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for transportation of rock under ground, particularly, for reloading of rock from one conveyor to the other arranged at one level. For this purpose loose material reloading device is used which contains inclined and horizontal sections with drive arranged on support between two conveyors. Device is installed in housing with windows from side of conveyors, and is made in form of chain with scrapers passed over rollers and installed for moving in pair of trapezoidal guides. Housing is installed on support by means of hydraulic jacks. Angle of tilting α of side of trapezium is within 35° and 45°.

EFFECT: simple design, provision of effective and safe reloading of rock from one conveyor to the other arranged at one level.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for selective transportation of mineral resources. Proposed conveyor contains rigidly mounted on buntons chute-like section guide conductors with curvilinear sections, articulated members with two load-carrying units freely suspended from axles and arranged symmetrically on each member and provided with gear wheels for selective transportation of load, and guide rolling supports on axles of members for engagement with said guide conductors. Rolling elements of rolling supports are made in form of balls. Conveyor is furnished also with distributed linear hydraulic drive. Guide rolling supports are provided with metal journals with rectangular seats on free places of which detachable inserts are installed accommodating said rolling elements in form of balls. Detachable inserts are installed for corrective displacement by means of pressure spring to adjust distance between guide rolling supports and inner surfaces of chute-like section guide conductors.

EFFECT: provision of reliable operation of conveyor.
