The invention relates to construction materials, including materials for flooring, cladding and laminated materials. More precisely the present invention relates to a floor covering of the elements of the flooring with locking compound with decorative designs, and texture of the surface, which is obtained by mechanical embossing with a combination in accordance with their decorative designs.

Due to its appearance and sensations at the touch of traditional building and finishing materials for floor coverings, such as precious woods, stove, granite, stones, bricks and concrete, as a rule, are preferred for consumers. However, for such traditional building and finishing materials floor coverings tend to be expensive to manufacture and install. For example, despite the fact that the solid wood floor is greatly appreciate luxurious appearance, the cost of materials and labor required for the installation of such floors can be prohibitive.

There are many alternatives to traditional construction and finishing materials floor coverings, including laminates, such as high pressure laminates (HPL), the direct pressure laminates (DPL) and the constant pressure laminates (CPL). However, these alternatives generally do not have electionem appearance and texture of traditional building and finishing materials for floor coverings. For example, most of the alternatives, with the outer surface with the appearance under the tree, look artificial and can easily be identified as something other than real wood. One approach, used for matching the surface texture of alternative materials for floor coverings with their decorative drawings, includes a technology known as chemical embossing. Despite the fact that the result to some extent it is successful, the resulting surface texture tends not to have a clarity of texture and three-dimensional characteristics of traditional materials.

As an alternative to traditional construction and finishing materials floor coverings laminated materials may be subjected to mechanical embossing to get the texture of the surface (see, for example, the patent application U.S. 09/903807 and U.S. patent No. 6401415, which is hereby incorporated in this application by reference). Such methods allow to obtain printed with a combination of laminated material having a decorative drawings and relevant high-quality three-dimensional textures. Printed with a combination of laminated materials require precise alignment of the mechanical embossing and decorative figure. The advantage embossed with a combination of laminated materials is that they can realistically reproduce the appearance of traditional products and the feeling when touched to traditional products.

Regardless of what type of system floor covering is used, the system floor covering must be able to easily move it to the working area, should be provided with rostata and quick installation. For this purpose, the mechanisms for assembling and fixing can be included in a system of floor coverings for easy installation on site. The present invention is the creation of a floor covering with embossed with a combination, which greatly mitigates one or more of the problems due to limitations and disadvantages of the prior art relating to the present invention.

Next, refer to the detailed description of embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings.

Figure 5 generally illustrates the components of an element of flooring in accordance with the principles of the present invention.

As shown in Fig.6, the system floor covering with embossed with a combination may include, for example, at least one element of the flooring. In accordance with one aspect of the present invention, each element of the flooring may include tiled base 40 made of a base material (for example, from fibreboard medium or high density chipboard etc), at least one base sheet 48 (for example, a sheet of Kraft paper impregnated with predetermined pitches and located above and/or below the tiled base 40, the sheet 44 is ecorative paper, having a thickness of approximately 0.15 mm and impregnated with resin, capable of polymerization (for example, phenols, such as melamine), located on tile basis, and at least one protective outer (imposed from the top) sheet 46 that is located on top of the sheet 44 of decorative paper. In accordance with one aspect of the present invention, each of the protective outer sheet 46 may be formed from highly resistant paper, impregnated with a solution of melamine containing corundum (Al2O3), silicon dioxide, etc. In accordance with another aspect of the present invention, various types of paper can be placed between the sheet 44 decorative paper and tiled base 40.

In accordance with one aspect of the present invention, at least one protective outer sheet 46 and the base sheet 48 can be impregnated with resin. In accordance with another aspect of the present invention, the resin impregnating at least one protective outer sheet 46 and the base sheet 48 may differ from melamine-formaldehyde resin used for impregnation of the sheet 44 decorative paper.

In accordance with one aspect of the present invention the elements of the flooring system floor covering can be made of essentially the same paper, resin, etc. Such as flooring the system floor covering can be made through the use of paper, derived from essentially the same fibers for making paper (having, for example, essentially the same ash content, color, and orientation) on the same paper machine.
