SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an image forming device and specifically to configuration of a developer unit of an image forming device. The developer cartridge has case with an attachment section which receives the developer cartridge in order to fill the developer cartridge case with an amount of developer equal to that consumed through the developer cartridge case and an element which forms the cover which closes the opening of the attachment section when the cartridge for the developer is not fitted into the developer cartridge. The element which forms the cover has a part for collecting the remaining developer. The developer unit has a developer cartridge which includes a developer supply unit which contains developer, and an attachment section with an opening facing the surface of the wall on one side of the developer cartridge and a cartridge for the developer which is inserted into the attachment section in order to feed the developer into the developer supply unit.

Background of invention

The technical field to which the invention relates

The present invention relates to a device imaging, and more particularly to the configuration of the developing device node imaging.

Description of the prior art

Processor nodes used in the compact imaging devices such as laser printers, may include an internal storage space of the developer, the photosensitive media site supply of the developer to supply the developer and part of the collection of residual developer collecting residual developer, all nodes are integrated as one unit.

Because of this Association, despite the fact that other components of the processor node, for example, photosensitive media and the nodes of the supply of the developer can have a significant life remaining, when the developer is totally wasted, the user must replace the entire development site to the new, at least in part due to difficulties in the replenishment of the developer by the user.

To avoid the cost of a new processor node, the user can attempt to re-fill used processor node additional supply of developer or to purchase from the so-called suppliers popcorn is used goods, used processing node, which again is filled with the developer. The invention

According to another aspect, a processor node can contain a developing cartridge, which includes the site of the filing of the developer, which contains the developer, and the installation part having a hole facing to the wall surface on one side of the developing cartridge; and a developer cartridge, the cat is which is inserted into the mounting part, to apply the developer to the node in the supply of the developer. Forming the cover element may further comprise locking element placed so as to be accessible when the housing forming the cover element adopted in the hole of the mounting portion, the stopper element is configured to selectively freeze the casing forming the cover element in place in the hole and release forms cover element so that the frame forming the cover element could be removed from the developing cartridge.

Aspects specified in the description, such as detailed construction and elements, are provided in order to facilitate a more comprehensive understanding of the invention. Thus, it should be apparent that the exemplary embodiments of the invention can be carried out without those specifically explained aspects. the moreover, well-known functions and constructions are not described in detail in order to avoid difficulties in understanding the invention due to unnecessary details.

As shown in figure 1, the developing cartridge 100 according to a variant implementation of the invention may include a main body 110 of the cartridge, the handle 120 and the mounting portion 130. Installation part 130 may be closed by forming the cover element 10. The reference position 117 denotes a node of the blind hole to release the remnants of the developer, which is described in detail below.

The handle 120 may be mounted to rotate on the housing 110 of the cartridge. The handle 120 allows the user to connect or disconnect the chassis 110 of the cartridge from the device imaging.

The installation portion 130 has a hole on one side of the housing 110 of the cartridge so that the cartridge 200 of the developer (see Fig.7), which contains the developer, could be installed in the installation portion 130.

As shown in figure 4, the housing 110 of the cartridge includes a photosensitive medium 111 and the node 112 supply of the developer, which contains the developer T to be used for printing. The cartridge 200 of the developer may submit additional developer when the developer contained in the node 112 supply of the developer consumed or when you need an additional supply take the El.

Installation part 130 may include installation guides 131 and 132. Installation guides 131 and 132 may be formed on the sides of the mounting part 130 and may have concave and convex surfaces to guide the cartridge 200 of the developer in the installation part 130. As shown in figure 2 and 3, forming the cover element 10 includes a housing 11 forming the cover element, the node 17 blinds and locking the node 18 (see figure 1).

As shown in figure 5, the housing 11 forming the cover element is designed in the shape of a box, covering the space so as to contain a portion 14 of collecting residual developer, and has a shape corresponding to the aperture setting part 130 (see Fig 1). Additionally, the housing 11 forming the cover element includes the impact hole 12 for intake of residues of the developer, which is formed on its surface and through which are received the remains of the developer, the resulting printing using the developer cartridge 100. The hole 115 to release the remnants of the developer formed on the surface of the body 110 of the cartridge opposite the opening 12 for the release of residual developer, made in the casing 11 forming the cover element.

As shown in figure 2 and 3, the node 17 of the roller blind includes a sliding shutter 15 and the resilient member 16. When forming the cover element 10 is installed in the developing cartridge 100, the sliding shutter 15 is movable is moved to the open position, while one end of the sliding shutter 15 is blocked by the housing 110 of the cartridge, as shown in figure 3. The elastic body 16 is elastically holds the sliding cover 15 so that the sliding shutter 15 is movable is moved to a closed position in which the hole 12 for intake of residues of the developer clogged. According to operation hold the elastic element 16, the sliding shutter 15 causes the hole 12 for intake of residues of the developer to open, when forming the cover element 10 is attached to the housing 110 of the cartridge, as shown in figure 3 and 6. When forming the cover element 10 is separated from the body 110 of the cartridge, as shown in figure 1, the sliding shutter 15 closes the opening 12 for the intake of residues of the developer, as shown in figures 1 and 2.

As shown in Fig.7, the processor node 300 according to a variant implementation may include developing cartridge 100, and the cartridge 200 of the developer is inserted into the mounting portion 130, which is open when forming the cover element 10, the closing hole of the developer cartridge 100 (see Fig.6), is withdrawn from the housing 110 of the cartridge. The cartridge 200 of the developer supplies the developer to the node 112, the supply of the developer (see figure 4).

The following describes the work processor node 300 of the device forming images according to a variant embodiment of the invention.

As shown in figure 4, the photosensitive medium 111 and the node 112 supply the developer accommodated inside the housing 110 of the developing cartridge 100, and the node 112 supply of the developer contains the developer T. the User can use the developer cartridge 100 as long as the developer T is not consumed to a significant degree, although it should be understood that the developer cartridge 100 can be enlarged using the cartridge 200 of the developer even before the developer T is completely consumed.

Installation part 130 is placed inside the housing 110 of the cartridge so as to receive the cartridge 200 of the developer (see Fig.7), which can be performed replenishment of the developer, which is used by the node 112 supply of the developer. Installation part 130 may be sealed by forming the cover element 10 to for example, to prevent the involvement of external dust or dirt, for example, when the developer cartridge 100 is initially manufactured, as shown in figures 1 and 6, or in the period when the developer cartridge 100 work without an installed cartridge 200 of the developer through the developer, available at node 112 supply of the developer.

As shown in figure 5, forming the cover element 10 serves to close the installation portion 130 (see Fig.6). Additionally, in one embodiment of the invention forming the cover element 10 may include part 14 of collecting residual developer placed in it in order to collect the remnants of the developer W, resulting during print operations. The remains of the developer W is transported into the hole 115 to release the remnants of the developer through the node 113 transportation of residual developer and then going out in part 14 of collecting residual developer through the opening 12 for the intake of residues of the developer. The hole 115 for release of residual developer can be opened by node 117 blinds outlet openings (see figure 1), when the developer cartridge 100 is installed in the device, imaging (not shown)so as to be in communication fluid with a hole 12 for the release of residual developer.

When the developer in the node 112 supply of the developer practiceschristian, the user takes out the developer cartridge 100 from the device, imaging (not shown) by grasping the handle 120. The user then manipulates the locking node 18 forming the cover element 10 so as to release the locking state, so that forming the cover element 10 was removed from the body 110 of the cartridge.

As shown in Fig.7, because the installation part 130 available after forming the cover element 10 is cleared, the user can insert the cartridge 200 of the developer in the installation part 130. When the cartridge 200 of the developer installed in the housing 110 of the cartridge, the developer contained in the toner cartridge 200 of the developer can be fed to the node 112, the supply of the developer through the opening for release of the developer (not shown)provided between the cartridge 200 of the developer and the node 112 supply of the developer.

Previous options for implementation and advantages are merely examples and should not be construed as limiting the present invention. These principles can easily be applied in various other embodiments, implementation. In addition, the description of embodiments of the present invention is intended to be illustrative and not to limit the scope of the claims, and many alternatives, modifications and variations should be obvious special is there in this field of technology.

1. Developer cartridge, comprising:
housing developer cartridge having a mounting portion that receives the developer cartridge to refill the housing with the cartridge in such a quantity of the developer, how much is consumed by housing developer cartridge; and
forming a cover member that closes the aperture setting part, when the cartridge of the developer is not installed in the developing cartridge
when forming the cover element contains part of the collection of residual developer.

2. The developer cartridge according to claim 1, in which forming the cover element further comprises:
the intake of residues of the developer, through which the developer flows into the part of the collecting residual developer; and
node shutter that selectively opens and closes the intake of residues of the developer.

3. The developer cartridge according to claim 2, in which the node blinds contains:
sliding curtain made with the possibility to slide to move to the open position at the time when one end of the sliding shutters are secured through developer cartridge when forming the cover element is installed in the developing cartridge; and
elastic element, the elastic retaining sliding cover so that the sliding shutter with the slide is moved to the closed position.

4. Developing cartridge p., in which the intake of residues of the developer and host blinds are placed on the top surface forming the cover element.

5. The developer cartridge according to claim 1, in which forming the cover element is made slidable in the hole of the installation part.

8. Processor node that contains:
the developer cartridge includes a unit to supply the developer, which contains the developer, and the installation part having a hole facing to the wall surface on one side of the developing cartridge; and
a developer cartridge that is inserted into the installation part, to supply the developer to the node in the supply of the developer,
while the developer cartridge includes forming a cover member that closes the aperture setting portion when the developer cartridge is not inserted into the developer cartridge, and
which is removed when inserting the cartridge developer in developing cartri the W,
when forming the cover element contains part of the collection of remaining developer and the host blinds that becomes open when forming the cover element closes the aperture setting part.

9. Processing node of claim 8, in which the node blinds contains:
sliding shutter, which slide is moved to the open position, while one end of the sliding shutters are secured through developer cartridge when installing forming the cover element in the developer cartridge; and
elastic element, the elastic retaining sliding cover so that the slide shutter slidably moved to the closed position.

10. Forming a cover element mounted with the possibility of withdrawal in case the developer cartridge, and a housing developer cartridge includes an installation portion that receives the developer cartridge to refill the housing with the cartridge in such a quantity of the developer, how much is consumed by housing developer cartridge, thus forming the cover element closes the aperture setting portion when the developer cartridge is not installed in the developing cartridge, thus forming the cover element contains part of the collection of the remaining developer.

11. Forming the cover element according to claim 10, containing:
the housing forming the cover element containing part of the collection of the residue of the developer;
the intake of residues of the developer, through which the developer flows into the part of the collecting residual developer; and
node shutter that selectively opens and closes the intake of residues of the developer.

12. Developing cartridge used in the device forming images, comprising:
case processing cartridge, which includes the installation part, which should be the developer cartridge containing an additional quantity of the developer and the housing developer cartridge includes a supply of developer through the developer cartridge to allow the developer cartridge to work without installation of the developer cartridge in the mounting part; and
forming the cover element is received in the hole of the mounting part so as to close it when the developer cartridge is not installed in the installation part.

13. The developer cartridge according to item 12, which forms the cover element contains part of the collection of residual developer which contains the remains of the developer.

14. The developer cartridge according to item 13, where forming the cover element further comprises:
the intake of residues of the developer, through which developer is part of the collection of residual developer; and
node blinds made with the possibility of wyborach is about to open and close the intake of residues of the developer.

15. Developing cartridge 14, in which the node blinds contains:

the housing forming the cover element received in the hole of the mounting part provided in the developer cartridge, with the installation part is configured to accept the cartridge developer containing an additional amount of the developer, and forming the cover element can be taken in the installation part, when the developer cartridge is not installed; and
part of the collection of residues of the developer provided in the casing forming the cover element, which must be stored the remains of the developer taken from the developer cartridge.

20. Forming the cover element according to claim 19, further comprising:
the intake of residues of the developer, through which developer is part of the collection of residual developer; and
node blinds made with the possibility to selectively open and close the intake OST Dow developer.

21. Forming the cover element according to claim 20, in which the node blinds contains:
sliding curtain made with the possibility to interact with a part of the developing cartridge so that the sliding shutter with the slide is moved to the open position when the housing forming the cover element adopted in the hole of the mounting part; and
the elastic element is configured to elastically move the sliding cover so that the sliding shutter with the slide is moved to the closed position when the housing forming the cover element removed from the developing cartridge.

22. Forming the cover element according to claim 19, further comprising:
the locking element is placed so as to be accessible when the housing forming the cover element adopted in the hole of the mounting portion, the stopper element is configured to selectively freeze the casing forming the cover element in place in the hole and release forms cover element so that the frame forming the cover element could be removed from the developing cartridge.

The clamping wall comes into contact with developer on the top in the direction of gravity, with the developer moving from the bottom to the top side in the direction of gravity in accordance with rotation of the first screw element and presses the developer down in the direction of gravity.

SUBSTANCE: proposed cartridge to feed developer can be mounted in the developer intake device and removed therefrom and comprises the following elements, i.e. compartment to contain developer therein with a hole to feed it therefrom, a flexible element arranged in the aforesaid compartment around the said hole to seal the transition area between the developer feed cartridge and developer intake device. It also includes a film placed on the compartment containing developer and enveloping aforesaid flexible sealing element. The said film can be removed from the outlet hole. The proposed device incorporates also a gate to open and close the said outlet hole, that can slide over the flexible element on opening the latter by removing the aforesaid film.

EFFECT: cartridge to feed developer that requires minor force to open and close its gate and comprises sealing film ruling out leakage of dye-coupling developer.

SUBSTANCE: image generating device comprises a rotatable latent image carrier, which is configurable to carry latent image, a spreading blade, a cleaning blade for remaining toner removal from the cleaned area of latent image, and a lubricating means. The latter comprises a lubricating element located on the downside of the cleaning blade as regards to direction of rotation of latent image carrier. It lubricates respective area of latent image carrier. Cleaning area and lubricating area overlap and are, in fact, one and the same area of latent image carrier. A brush roller is used as a lubricating element. Lubricant is a lubricating rod; image generating device comprises an apparatus, which rotates the brush roller so that the latter removes the rod-shaped lubricant and applies it onto latent image carrier. Cleaning blade is located at the upper side of lubricating means in the direction of rotation of image carrier. Spreading blade is located at the downside; brush roller width and longitudinal spreading blade width relationship being as follows: brush roller width ≤ spreading blade width.

SUBSTANCE: image forming device has a first image forming mode to form an image on an image transfer element using developer in a first fixed state of image forming, and a second image forming mode to form an image on an image transfer element using developer in a second state of image forming, which is different from said first fixed state of image forming and is predefined so as to ensure developer consumption in the second image forming mode lower than that in the first image forming mode for the same image. At that, said device includes a storage to store information on used capacity of the image transfer element, an image processing controller to process the image on the basis of size of concentrated pixel area in the image information when the second image forming mode is set, and a control means to change the second image forming state in the second image forming mode depending on results of the processing carried out by the image processing controller and on the information stored in the storage. The cartridge contains an image transfer element. The storage includes the first storing area to store information on used capacity of the image transfer element, which is used in combination with the image information depending on results of the processing carried out by the image processing controller in order to change the second state of image forming. At that, the information for changing the second state of image forming is the information, which is used in the second mode of image forming, but not in the first mode of image forming.

EFFECT: provision of image forming device and cartridge capable to reduce consumption of developer while keeping stable image peculiarities regardless used capacity of image transfer element; provision of storage device to be installed on cartridge.

SUBSTANCE: image forming device has first image forming mode for forming an image on image-carrying element by using a developer under given condition of image forming and second image forming mode for forming an image on an image-carrying element by using a developer under second condition of image forming, which is different from the first given image-forming condition and is set in such a manner, that developer flow value in second image forming mode is less than flow value in first image forming mode. Device also contains: storage means meant for storing information for setting second image-forming condition, corresponding to the set of levels of usability value of image-carrying element, differentiation means for differentiating an image subject to forming and control means, meant for setting second image forming condition in second image forming mode depending on the result of differentiation, produced by means of differentiation and usability value of image-carrying element and information, stored in the storage means. The cartridge contains information processing means, intended for processing information on the image, which should be formed, an image-carrying element, storage means, meant for storing information in the cartridge, and having first storage area for storage of information, used in conjunction with image information, for setting second image-forming condition depending on the set of levels of usability value of image-carrying element in second image forming mode.

EFFECT: creation of device for forming an image and of a cartridge, which allow to reduce amount of used developer, and to preserve stable quality of image independently from usability value of image-carrying element.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water-based ink which can be used in jet pringing methods and devices. The water-based ink contains water, several water-soluble organic solvents and water-insoluble pigment. The said water-soluble organic solvents contain at least one good solvent for the said water-insoluble pigment and at least one bad solvent for the said water-insoluble pigment. Total amount A (wt %) of good solvent(s) in the ink and total amount B (wt %) of bad solvent(s) in the ink is in ratio which ranges from 10:5 to 10:10, inclusively in both cases. Given water-soluble organic solvents contain a bad solvent which has value Ka, which is determined using the Bristow method, which is highest of all Ka values of all water-soluble organic solvents present in the ink, and given water-soluble organic solvents contain at least glycerin as good solvent and polyethylene glycol 600 as bad solvent. Described also is a jet-printing method, an ink cartridge, a printing unit, a jet printing device and an image formation method via jet printing using the said water-based ink.

EFFECT: water-based ink has sufficiently large area coefficient, even for small amount of ink, and provides for an image with high printing density.

SUBSTANCE: set of paints contains a pair of cyan dyes, representing the first dye based on copper phthalocyanine and a second dye based on copper phthalocyanine, other than the first dye is based on copper phthalocyanine. A set of dyes may contain a yellow dye for the preparation of yellow paint, a pair of purple dye for the preparation of magenta ink and a pale-purple paint and a black dye for making black inks for inkjet printers. A pair of purple dye is a transition metal containing azo dyes and non-metallised dye.

EFFECT: offered set of dyes is characterised by the compatibility of dyes and provides a printed image by inkjet printer of wide range of colors resisting to discoloration.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a set of inks to create images using an inkjet printer including a set of inks with six kinds of inks for inkjet printer. Set of inks contains black inks, including the first system of organic solvents, blue inks, including a second system of organic solvents, purple inks, including a third system of organic solvents, and yellow inks comprising a fourth organic solvent system. In this case at least two systems of organic solvents are different. The first system of organic solvents includes the first organic solvent and a second organic solvent. The second and third systems of organic solvents include the first organic solvent and the third organic solvent. The fourth organic solvent system includes a second organic solvent and a fourth organic solvent.

EFFECT: offered set of colouring agents is characterised by compatibility of colouring agents and provides printing images with the jet printer of wide colour gamma, resistant to discoloring.
