SUBSTANCE: invention relates to adhesive compositions based on polychloroprene rubber and can be used in the rubber industry when gluing together vulcanised rubber. The adhesive composition contains polychloroprene rubber nairit DP, butylphenolformaldehyde resin 101 K, water, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, an organic solvent which is a mixture of ethylacetate and petroleum solvent and a modifier. The modifier used is trichloroethylphosphate or trichloropropylphosphate. Components of the composition are in the following ratio in pts. wt: polychloroprene rubber nairit DP - 90.0, butylphenolformaldehyde resin 101 K - 90.0 water - 3.0, zinc oxide - 5.0, magnesium oxide - 11.0, said organic solvent - 800.0, said modifier - 1.0-20.0.

EFFECT: invention increases strength when gluing together vulcanised rubber based on different types of rubber.

The invention relates to adhesive compositions based on polychloroprene rubber and can be used in the rubber industry for bonding vulcanized rubbers on the basis of different rubbers to each other.

Known adhesive composition comprising a chloroprene rubber, thiuram, zinc oxide, as the resin product of co-condensation of phenol acetaldehyde and acetonaphthone and the solvent (USSR Author's certificate No. 1579920, CL C09J 111/00; Publ. 23.07.90). As solvent a mixture of ethyl acetate and petrol.

However, this adhesive composition does not provide a sufficiently high strength for bonding articles of vulcanized rubber.

Known adhesive composition comprising polychloroprene rubber, epoxy resin, low molecular weight on BNR rubber, tertiary amine, and a solvent (USSR Author's certificate No. 685673, CL C08L 11/00; Publ. 15.09.79).

However, this adhesive composition has a low strength bonding of rubber products based on various rubbers.

Known adhesive composition comprising polychloroprene rubber, butylbenzaldehyde resin, a copolymer of styrene and piperylene, rosin, esterified with glycerol; pine rosin, diphenylguanidine, 2,2-dimensionalised, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, organic Rast is oritel (U.S. Pat. 2028358 Russia, MKI6C09J 111/00; Publ. 09.02.95).

However, this adhesive composition, although it has a similar composition, used to glue products from ferrites.

As the organic solvent, a mixture of nefras and ethyl acetate in a percentage ratio of 50:50.

However, this adhesive composition (although it is widely used because of its low cost) does not provide a sufficiently high strength for bonding vulcanized rubber (attainable shear strength for bonding vulcanized rubber-based composition of polyisoprene rubber (SKI-3) does not exceed 1,00 MPa).

Task: development of the composition of the adhesive composition having increased strength in the bonding of vulcanized rubbers on the basis of different rubbers to each other and fire.

Polychloroprene rubber Nairit DP (TU-6-01-1319-85) is the main film-forming adhesives-solutions.

Butylbenzaldehyde resin C (TU-60004691277193-97).

Curing group: zinc oxide (zinc white GOST 202-84), magnesium oxide (burnt magnesia GOST 844-79) was previously used in the adhesive compositions (Kardashov D.A., Petrov A.V. Polymer adhesives. M.: Chemistry, 1983).

Organic solvent: a mixture of ethyl acetate (GOST 8981-78) and nefras (GOST 3840167109-92).

Trichloroethylphosphate (TU 2493-319-05763441-2000) is used as a plasticizer in the production of nitrolinoleum, as flame retardant compositions based on cellulose acetate, polyurethane foam.

Trichloropropylphosphate (TU 2493-320-05763441-2000) is used as a flame retardant in the manufacture of cable plasticizers, synthetic leather, lacarra the face-to-face materials linoleum, sticky tape, chinafotopress, polyurethane foam.

When used as a modifier of trichloracetate or trichloropropane significantly increase the adhesion properties of the adhesive composition and the resistance.

The adhesive composition is prepared as follows.
