Surfacing and tamping machine
SUBSTANCE: surfacing and tamping machine comprises the main frame that rests on carriages, additional frame mounted on the main frame with the possibility of displacement with drive along it and with one end resting onto wheel set, track-packing working element installed on additional frame, surfacing working element, roller supports and hydraulic cylinders of rail track lift. Main frame is equipped with two guide beams connected to each other by transverse beams installed in roller supports fixed on the main frame. Surfacing working element is equipped with hydraulic cylinders for lifting and transverse displacement of rail track and is installed in guide beams and fixed on their front ends in longitudinal direction with the help of traction rods with hinged joints. Front end of additional frame is fixed on guide beams with the help of spherical hinged joint with the possibility of transverse displacement of additional frame relative to longitudinal axis of rail track with the help of drive.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of operation and simplified design of machine.
The invention relates to a travelling machines used for construction and repair of railway tracks, in particular to the travel machine for tamping ballast layer and the alignment path.
Well-known lining, tamping machine, containing the main frame, supported on the undercarriage, optional frame mounted on the main frame for movement of the actuator along it and one end resting on the wheel pair, spelaeogriphacea and myprivacy working bodies established by an additional frame, an additional frame is mounted on the main frame by means of longitudinal beams, one end of which is fixed to the main frame or one of the chassis trucks, and the second is connected with the main frame of the power cylinder for loading the specified beam, the latter being mounted in the guide, which is fixed on the additional frame (RU, patent No. 2044811, CL EV 27/17, 1995).
The disadvantages of the known machines are:
the longitudinal beams large length increases the total weight of the machine and complicates its design;
- the location of the longitudinal beams on the main frame and its consolidated complicates its installation and removal.
Known mobile lining, tamping machine, containing resting on the undercarriage carrier frame, a supplementary frame placed between those running ikami and installed with the possibility of longitudinal movement of the actuator along the guide rails, which are mounted on a frame, spelaeogriphacea working body mounted on an additional frame for movement in a vertical plane by a drive mounted before sporopollenin working body in the direction of the machine myprivacy working body with actuator lifting and straightening the path and measuring device, additional frame mounted on the chassis of the truck, and the front end of the additional frame is a longitudinally-oriented beam installed with the possibility of interaction with a fixed on a frame of the roller guide (SU patent No. 1259963, CL EV 27/17, 1986).
The disadvantages of this machine are:
- efforts at lifting and straightening the path acting on the load-bearing structure of the additional frame, which requires an increase in its mass and, accordingly, reduces the movement speed when overclocking and performance;
as myprivacy working body is mounted on an additional frame, bearing path is relative to the undercarriage additional frame with a reduced shoulder actors, which reduces the quality of the alignment path and the working efficiency of the machine.
Well-known lining, tamping machine, adopted as a prototype, containing the main frame, supported on the undercarriage, the further the th frame, mounted on the main frame for movement of the actuator along it and one end resting on the wheel pair, spelaeogriphacea and myprivacy working bodies established by an additional frame, an additional frame is equipped with two roller bearings resting on the guides located on the main frame, and a lever with a roller on one of the roller supports attached to the cylinders of rail track to another set of hydraulic cylinders connecting roller bearing with an auxiliary frame for raising or lowering and pressing the pair of wheels to the track, an additional frame is mounted on roller supports with the possibility of transverse moving it relative to the longitudinal axis the track from the lever with roller (RU, patent No. 2153550, CL EV 27/17, 2000).
The disadvantages of the known machines are:
- the location of the arm with rollers for lateral offsets the additional frame to the main frame changes when moving the additional frame ratio shoulders actors for leveling the track, which complicates the process of alignment and reduces the efficiency of operation of the machine;
- the presence of levers with rollers complicates the design of the machine.
The technical result of the invention is to improve the efficiency and simplify the design of the machine.
Specified ones the technical result is achieved by that lining, tamping machine, containing the main frame, supported on the undercarriage, optional frame mounted on the main frame for movement of the actuator along it and one end resting on the wheel pair, spelaeogriphacea working organ installed in the extra frame, myprivacy working body, roller bearings and cylinders of rail track, an additional frame is installed with the possibility of lateral shifting it relative to the longitudinal axis of the track; the main frame provided with two guide beams connected by transverse bracing installed in roller bearings, mounted on the main frame; myprivacy working body of the cylinders and the transverse displacement of rails mounted on the guide beams and secured to the front ends of their longitudinal direction by means of tie-rods with hinges, and the front end of the additional frame mounted on the guide beams by means of a spherical joint with a transverse offset relative to the longitudinal axis of the rail track from the drive.

Lining, tamping machine has a main frame 1 (figure 1), based on the undercarriage 2, installed on April the new path 3 drive 4, additional frame 3 mounted on the main frame 1 and one end resting on the wheel pair 6 can be moved by the actuator 7 along with accelerating mechanism 8 and the transverse displacement relative to the longitudinal axis O-O track 3 (figure 1 and 2), spelaeogriphacea working body 9 with the cylinders 10 of the lifting and lowering installed on additional frame 5, myprivacy working body 11, the roller bearing 12 and the cylinders 13 of the lifting rail 3. The main frame 1 is equipped with two guide beams 14, connected by transverse bracing 15 mounted in roller bearings 12 and mounted on the main frame 1. Myprivacy working body 11 of the hydraulic cylinders 13 of the ascent and the cylinders 16 of the transverse displacement of the rail 3 is mounted on the guide beams 14 and secured to the front ends 17 of them in the longitudinal direction by means of tie rods 18 by hinges 19. The front end 20 of the frame 5 mounted on the guide beams 14 by means of a spherical joint 21 with the possibility of transverse displacement relative to the longitudinal axis O-O track 3 from the drive, made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder 22.
The machine operates as follows.

When the machine is in operation on curves plots rails 3 way with small radii of the cylinder 22 by means of a spherical joint 21 is a transverse offset the additional frame 5 to align its axis with the axis O-O track 3, which allows to simplify the process of alignment the due to the constancy of the position of the point of application of forces to increase efficiency and to simplify the design compared to the prototype.

FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: in compliance with first version, proposed method comprises lifting the tract above designed level, ballast is compacted, and rail track is lowered into designed position by vertical load. In compliance with second version, vertical load for said rail track lowering is applied, in tamping zone, to tamped tie in interval between starting tamping tool to lift and moving it to another tie. Vertical load of rail track compaction varies from 35 t to 100 t and reaches maximum tolerable train load. Tie-tamper comprises a frame resting upon rail bogies, tamping tools arranged on both sides of tie-tamper lengthwise axis. Vertical load generator is mounted on moving frame lower beam along vertical axis of tamping unit symmetry and develops compaction load of 35 t to 100 t.
EFFECT: higher quality of tie tamping, higher efficiency of tie-tamper.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railroad track repair machinery to be used, primarily, in the area of points. The proposed liner-tamper-planisher incorporates a lifter-planisher unit made up of a frame mounted on the aforesaid machine driven in a vertical and horizontal planes and rod-jointed to the machine. The lifter-planisher unit frame accommodates the lifter-planisher device and track branch lifting device, its telescopic beam being arranged inside the unit frame guides. The track branch lifting device is mounted to turn about a horizontal axle linking it to the lifter-planisher unit.
EFFECT: higher track lining quality due to elimination of rail-and-tie structure sidesway in lifting, higher labor safety, reduced power consumption thanks to using telescopic beam linked to lifter-planisher unit to lift main track.

SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, track is set in required position and fixed in this position and, simultaneously with fixing of track, ballast is compacted in zone of intersection of rails and ties by vibration and upsetting forces applied through working member. In process of ballast compacting, depending on value of track raising, amount of compacted ballast is changed by increasing the amount in case of large values of track raising or reducing the amount at small values of raising.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and quality of alignment of rail track.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and repair of railway tracks and it can be used as mounted equipment on track machine providing continuous raising of track skeleton. Proposed raising-and lining set of track machine has bar coupled with machine frame through upper parts of raising hydraulic cylinders, grips for each rail of track with grip turning hydraulic cylinders secured by lower parts, lining hydraulic cylinders secured by some ends on machine frame, support members, raising check and control elements. Bar is provided with two trunnions for turning carriages relative to longitudinal axis of machine in vertical plane fitted on support members. Grips are fitted on carriages both from inner and outer sides of track at distance exceeding length of rail fishplate. Upper parts of grip turning hydraulic cylinders are secured on said carriages, as well as lower parts of raising hydraulic cylinders installed on carriages with displacement outwards from vertical axis of rotation of grip rollers, and raising check-and-control elements. Bar is connected with machine frame by levers for turning along radius of curve of rail track.
EFFECT: increased capacity of device, efficiency and quality of work done owing to reliable negotiation of butt joints.
FIELD: railroad building and repairing equipment, particularly devices to compact rail road ballast and leveling thereof.
SUBSTANCE: machine has main frame supported by carriages, additional frame installed on the main frame and displaceable in longitudinal and transversal directions relative the main frame by corresponding drives with the use of roller guides. Mounted on additional frame are sleeper taping unit, means for rail road track surfacing and control equipment. Additional frame is installed on main frame by means of two transversal beams to which above roller guides are secured so that roller guides are located from both sides of longitudinal axis of machine symmetry. Transversal beams are installed on the main frame to perform displacement along the guides and are connected with drives providing additional frame movement across the machine.
EFFECT: prevention of additional frame blocking in roller guides, increased accuracy of additional frame orientation relative rail road track and, as a result, increased operational reliability and efficiency of the machine.

SUBSTANCE: sealing-packing tool for rail track ballast comprises the following components interacting with vibration mechanism (1), lower end of which is arranged in the form of sealing shovel (2) and ramming plate (3) installed with the possibility of displacement over sealing shovel (2). Range of ramming plate (3) motion is additionally increased so that ramming plate has the possibility of displacement below level of shovel elements (2) most protruding forward. Ramming plate (3) may be arranged in the form of hollow element, which is convex upwards, top of which forms central part of ramming plate (3), and peripheral sections - side parts of ramming plate (3). Lower working surface of ramming plate (3) and/or its side faces may be equipped with ledges. Surface of shovel (2) may also be equipped with ledges (5). Ledges (5) may be arranged in the form of pins or cogs. Ramming plate (3) may be fixed on rod (1) by means of elastic element (4), installed with the possibility of swinging in plane transverse relative to plane of sealing shovel (2) for displacement of ramming plate (3) to the side in process of contact with sleeper.
EFFECT: improved operational characteristics.

SUBSTANCE: tamping members containing independent drives of movement along railway line are moved to the working area. Tamping members are located on the machine having the drive of movement along rails. Tamping picks are buried in ballast. The line is straightened and tamped. Tamping members are lifted after being moved with longitudinal movement drives and buried in the ballast. Drive of the device is activated. Tamping blocks are approached by using the machine, and the machine is stopped at the track alignment and ballast consolidation members in operation.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency of sleeper tamping machine.
FIELD: railway construction.
SUBSTANCE: proposed unit comprises bearing frame furnished with vertical guides to accommodate unit housing moving therein. Said housing has drive camshaft rigidly attached thereto and bell cranks pivoted thereon. One ram of every bell crank is coupled with said camshaft with the help of connecting element fitted on the lever. Said connecting element represents a tie rod or a drive cylinder. Cylinder rod can be locked relative to cylinder. Another arm of bell crank support ballast compacting striker representing a rod. Lower end of the latter represents a rod with its lower end making a sealing blade with tamping plate fixed thereon.
EFFECT: intensified effects on ballast, simplified design.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises a frame with drive to move vertically, carriage supporting working tool which comprises vibrating shaft revolving about its axis with drive by propulsor fitted on drum vibrating shaft. Note that sealers are arranged on radial beams of said drum. Proposed device incorporates also braking device. Aforesaid sealers represent wedges arranged on drum beams and spring-loaded relative to said drum.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods for tamping of railway track by tie-tamping units with tampers installed in them. Method for ties tamping includes operations of tampers dislocation to zone above treated tie, submersion into ballast, dislocation of vanes under rail foot, dislocation to tie, withdrawal from under rail and their lifting with opening into initial position. In the first version - after position is obtained, which is closer to tie, tamper is lifted. Afterwards, tamper vanes are withdrawn under rail. In the second version - during tamping by unit with several additional levers on rotary levers during displacement of tamper vanes that are closer to rail under rail foot, vanes of other tampers are also moved to rail side, but by value that is less than value of tamper vanes closer to rail. In the first version of tie-tamping unit, elements of fixation relative to longitudinal axis of unit are installed at the angle different from 90°, which provides for position of tamper vane plane, at the angle of at least 90° from the side of tamped tie to vertical plane passing through longitudinal axis of unit. In the second version - additional axis and drive of additional lever rotation make it possible to install tamper vanes installed on opposite sides of rail at the distance from each other, which is less than width of rail foot of treated track. In tamper plane of fixation element location is arranged at the angle to vane plane, and angle is different from angle multiple to 90°.
EFFECT: compaction of ballast under tie directly under rail.

FIELD: road construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: inventions refer to railroad engineering, and namely to rail track ballast packing tools, and are used for construction and repair of rail track. Packing-and-ramming tool used for rail track ballast consists of rod, the lower end of which is made in the form of beater. Rigid ramming head is fixed on rod above beater. As per the first version cross section of ramming head in the plane parallel to longitudinal axis of rod and perpendicular to beater's plane represents the shape selected from group that includes circle, ellipse, rhomb, triangle, polygon and star-shaped figure. As per the second version ramming head is made either in the form of flexible plate around rod, which is rigidly fixed on rod perpendicular to its longitudinal axis, or in the form of two flexible ramming elements located on rod's sides above upper edges of beater and rigidly fixed on rod, or with possible turning around axis that crosses longitudinal axis of rod. As per the third version ramming head is made in the form of plate around rod, which is rigidly attached to rod perpendicular to its longitudinal axis.
EFFECT: increasing the scope and degree of ballast packing per one tool's cycle.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railroad machinery and represents a tamping pick for tie tamping machines used for consolidation of ballast bed under the ties in laying new and repairing used tracks. The tie tamping machine pick incorporates a casing with a blade made up of lateral and intermediate load-bearing props made of a hard-alloyed material. The blade incorporates also, at least, one shaft furnished with the said elements representing hollow rollers and/or washers rotating on the said shaft.

SUBSTANCE: tamper tool incorporates a rod fitted, with its one end, into the tamper has another end accommodating a blade made up of front and rear walls fitted with cemented-carbide elements. The said elements arranged on the front wall have a fold flange for the elements to be coupled with the same elements arranged on the rear wall and to form the blade edge. The blade shape is formed by the second-order line described by a canonical equation. In compliance with the second version, the blade shape is formed by the second-order line described by the canonical equation rectilinear sections.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway technique, in particular, to devices for construction and reparation of railway tracks, and presents a beater for ballast consolidation of a railway track. The beater of a track temper contains a rod with a blade arranged on its lower part, which on the whole surface, or on the part of it, are fitted with reinforcing elements. At least part of the reinforcing elements is made as a combined detail, which is made of material capable of welding with beater material and presents a base coat, with one or more hard-alloy inserts being fixed on it. The combined detail is fixed on the beater by welding.
EFFECT: improved operation resource of the beater due to increased durability of joint of the hardening elements with the beater body.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tie tamping machines used to consolidate track ballast. Proposed tool of tie tamper has body with blade equipped with hard-alloy plates over entire area of part of area of front or front and rear surfaces. Hard-alloy plates arranged over periphery of front and rear surfaces of blades are made of material featuring higher impact strength, cracking resistance, plastic deformation specific work and bending strength or combination of said parameters as compared with the rest of plates. Plates featuring different impact strength, cracking strength, plastic deformation specific work and bending strength or combination of said parameters, are installed on different sections of peripheral part of front or front and rear surfaces of blade. Extreme lower plates are made arc-shaped between side wall and lower wall of blade. Edges are rounded off at intersection of side surfaces of all plates. Intersections of side and rear surfaces of plates are either provided with chamfer or are rounded off. All front intersections of side surfaces of said or/and the rest of plates are rounded off, intersections of their side and rear surfaces are either provided with chamber or rounded off. Blade is either made curvilinear or is provided with front slope to side of decrease of length of blade lower side at sides and in places of intersection of sides with lower side. Plates arranged at least over periphery of front surface of blade are provided with projections.
EFFECT: increased service life and improved serviceability of tool.
