Figure 2 shows a schematic construction of a filling installation for viscous products, such as sealants or sausage stuffing, using a filling device according to the invention. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device in which at least one tube from plasticised synthetic material can be provided by extrusion into the open mould, and at least the filler material can be fed by at least one filling device having several separate channels, in the respective container by means of the filling rod. At that the device comprises a nozzle covering the filling rod. The nozzle in its functional position for cleaning and/or sterilisation and/or drying establishes medium conductive communication between its respective cavity and filling device channel designed for it and during manufacturing and filling of containers it is removed from its functional position. The nozzle comprises the first and second functional cavities located offset with respect to each other in a direction of the longitudinal displacement of the corresponding filling rod, at that the rod end part enters the first cavity, with the outlet of the filling channel passing centrally in the rod.

FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a portioning and packaging device, as well as to a manufacturing method of capsules (W) with explosive, comprising detonating means (S). The portioning and packaging device comprises a transporting device (10) for the explosive which has a pump for generating the volume flow. Also the device comprises the filling pipe (20, 120) connected to transporting device (10), which is mounted in order to prepare a stock of tubular packaging casing (V). At that the tubular packaging casing (V) with the explosive discharged from the filling tube (20, 120) can be removed from the filling pipe (20, 120). The clamping device located downstream the filling pipe (20, 120), is mounted to pinch locally in the process of filling the filled packaging casing (V) to form the tip (Z) of the tube and by means of at least one clamping means (C1, C2) to close around the tip (Z) of the tube. The filling pipe (20, 120) has a further feeding means (40, 140) which is arranged for insertion of the detonating means (S) into the capsule (W) with the explosive.

EFFECT: prevention of damage to the capsule with explosive while mounting of the detonating means is achieved.

The braking unit is intended for application of a friction force to a tubular or bag-shaped packaging casing (M) positioned on the filling tube (10) of the installation for such casing (M) stuffing and closure such as a clipper (CM) for restriction of the said casing (M) movement during stuffing. The filling tube (10) has a longitudinal axis (A). The casing braking unit (100, 200; 300; 400; 500; 600; 700) contains at least one braking device (B) capable of reversible motion between the disengaged position, wherein the braking device (B) is partly displaced from the filling tube (10), and the braking position wherein the braking device (B) almost completely encloses the filling tube (10); the braking device has at least two free ends (130a, 130b; 230a, 230b, 240a, 240b; 330a, 330b, 340a, 340b; 430a, 430b, 440a, 440b; 530a, 530b, 540a, 540b; 730a, 730b, 740a, 740b).
