The invention is intended to convert the energy of the current environment in electrical and relates to hydropower, for example, rivers, tidal and other currents, as well as the energy of moving air masses in electrical or mechanical rotation of different devices.

It is known a device for converting energy of the current environment, in the form of engine for energy recovery current environment, immersed in the last across-section of flow and having a working body in the form of endless chains flexible elements working with branches covering the pulleys and provided with blades arranged at an angle to the direction of flow of the current environment (SU 1810598).

The disadvantages of the known device is that occupied a sufficient area of the device prevents the possible movement of vessels, is a complex mechanism with many parts, which reduces the reliability, open the motion of the upper blade may be hampered cross wind, reducing efficiency, as well as the problematic use in the winter.

The disadvantage of this solution is the lack of positional stability of the blade relative to the chain, spanning the pulleys. When moving the blade in the space between the pulleys, the chain is bent and twisted, causing the blade bends and loses its position relative to the direction of the current environment.

A device for utilization of the energy of the current environment, immersed in the past along the course of the stream and containing a working body in the form of an endless flexible chain, covering the pulleys rigidly connected with the shafts, one of which is a PTO shaft, and the blades are located perpendicular to the flow direction and is made for folding-type books about the axis associated with the endless flexible chain, and disclosure under the pressure of the flow stream, an endless flexible chain made in the form of flexible elements, spanning the pulleys on the ends of the shafts and sealed between a front rod, which is connected to the axis of the blades and otracina one end fixed perpendicularly to the center of the cross axis of the blades, and the other, with the possibility of free running in the longitudinal direction, with the rear rod connecting the flexible elements (RU # 2206786, F03B 9/00, F03B 17/06, F03D 5/02, epubl).

The disadvantage of this design is its complexity, due to the fact that it uses a pair of front and rear pulleys and two endless chains, which leads to the necessity of solving the challenge of positioning the developed spatial structure of the device in a turbulent fluid flow.

It is known a device for converting energy of the current environment in the electric, containing a support, on which is mounted a generator on the shaft of which is fixed a pulley with a groove and posted in the last endless rope with a fixed floating elements made in the form of parachutes with elastic domes and slings, with the aim of increasing reliability by eliminating interaction domes with a pulley, each chute is provided with a flexible connection between the top of the dome with a rope and pulley is mounted horizontally SU # 1295024, F03B 13/12, publ. 1987.03.07).

A disadvantage of the known device is that part of the device is located above the surface of the water, and jump in the water, which reduces the efficiency of the device because of the resistance of the transition from one environment to another.

It is known a device for converting energy of the current environment, immersed in the past along the course of the stream and containing a working body in the form of an endless flexible chain, covering the pulley, W is stco associated with PTO, and blades, representing parachutes associated with the endless flexible chain, and configured to disclosure under the pressure of the stream environment and folding during the reverse course (US No. 3887817, F03B 13/10, publ. 1975.06.03). This decision was made as a prototype.

The disadvantage of this device is the imperfection of the design in terms of ensuring the engagement of the chain with the wheel. In the famous decision of the circuit is performed with hooks that should be included in the recesses in the Central part of the wheel. As the device operates in the water, the chain and wheel become slippery and engages the chain wheel is broken, which reduces the efficiency because of the impossibility of permanence of rotation of the wheel and its associated output shaft.

The present invention is directed to the solution of the technical problem in forming a new type of engagement of the chain with parachutes wheel for forming the continuous rotation of the output shaft.

Achievable technical result is to increase operational performance by providing guaranteed gear wheels with chain with parachutes.

The following is an example of a specific implementation of the device. SUBSTANCE: water flow energy converter into electrical energy consists of a body with open flow windows being provided in the lower part of the body during low-tide and in the upper part during high-tide. The converter also includes endless band inside the body, which is reeled on drums, operating blades in the form of double-lever plates. The operating blades are bent relative to each other and provided with hinge in the point of bending. They are installed on the external side of endless band along the whole its length. The stabilisers are installed on drum shafts outside the body boards. The said stabilisers pull down endless band with blades with regard to the body bottom to activate part of the blades in the upper part of endless band during high-tide. Alternatively, the stabilisers lift the endless band to activate part of the blades in the lower part of the endless band during low-tide. There are vertical slots made in the body to adjust height of lifting or pulling down. The movable gate is attached to the body end side and directs flow to the upper part of endless band during high-tide. The movable gate takes horizontal position to allow free flowing during low-tide.

Each of the shafts is kinematically connected with the group of primary wind power converters mounted in rows on the rotating devices near the vertical shaft. The take-off shafts are made of individual links interconnected through couplings and intermediate shaft set in the berating unit provided in the inter-row cross-piece. Each primary converter is made of endless chain mounted on two sprockets horizontally secured to the rotating devices in the bearing units of the shafts whose one end is connected with the vertical take-off shaft through a conical gear.

SUBSTANCE: proposed plant has base in the form of catamaran that mounts current generators and their drive, current parameters stabilizing system, turbine capable of running in fully submerged condition, and its hoist. Turbine is made in the form of belt conveyer installed on edge at certain angle to river stream. Blades made of flexible material are secured throughout entire width and length of belt. Each blade is made in the form of bucket capable of folding and resting on belt during transfer from working to idle side of conveyer, and it has pocket on external surface for automatic raising of blade by river stream during transfer from idle to working position. Turbine hoist has rocker arm for turbine suspension hinged on one end to catamaran and on other end, to turbine frame that mounts generator-drive bevel gear so that longitudinal axes of hoist rocker-arm hinges and longitudinal axis of bevel-gear driven pinion are disposed on same line. In addition, hydroelectric power plant is equipped with device enabling variation of turbine angle of installation to water flow.

FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device submerged along flow motion comprises working element in the form of infinite chain of flexible elements with working and idle branches. It covers front and back pulleys or sprockets connected to shaft of power take-off and arranged with elements of engagement to response elements of chain flexible elements. At least three blade elements are fixed to chain of flexible elements, consisting of spaced axes, on every of which there are blades arranged with the possibility to turn as a book across flow in process of working stroke under pressure of fluid, and in process of idle run they fold with their ribs facing ceiling. Front and rear pulleys or sprockets are connected to each other by means of frame structure. Guide elements for blades are arranged along it following the blades. They are arranged as freely rotating onto axes spaced aside relative to pulleys or sprockets. And they have braces from ropes or hingedly joined traction rods that join blades together to limit their opening for a specified level. And for positioning in flow, frame structure is mounted on supports or is connected by ropes to it and is equipped with pontoons.
