The invention relates to a method of applying a printed pattern on the side surface of the vessels, in particular for circular printing on bottles, and therefore the corresponding vessel and/or a print head rotates and is supplied with a fingerprint in accordance with the original.

This method became known through DE 3526769 A1. In this document we are talking about how to decorate the vessels of metal or plastic. For this purpose, by means of a so-called inkjet method, for example, using ink or varnish jets, via the programmed application of individual dots of color along a parallel peripheral lines on the wall in the form of a mesh image is formed, an original or print. The known method has proven itself, but it has limitations, if the same original is to be placed on vessels of different shapes or if these vessels on their side of the form is changed accordingly to their diameters.

In order, however, to obtain, for example, a circular imprint, previously always worked with the so-called overlap overlap to compensate for the above tolerances of diameters. The overlap zone is often plain to make it visible or not especially to highlight it. As a consequence, on one side you want to apply more paint than necessary, and on the other article the Rhone area of overlap, ultimately unavailable for additional information or for decoration. The task of the invention is to create such a method of applying a printed pattern on the perimeter of the vessels, that the costs were reduced, and if necessary, get the image across the plane of the side surface of the vessels.

To solve this problem the method in accordance with the generic concept differs in that the original concerning its extension in the peripheral direction and/or in the direction of the vertical axis is supplied corresponding angular markings for adjusting the relative rotational motion between the vessel and the print head when printing originals on the vessel.

In any case, the original is made usually located on a certain surface points of the color pixels, which are in the form of ink or varnish points are transferred to the appropriate vessel using a printhead and form there the desired imprint.

In accordance with the invented who eat the transport of the original is thus that, as a rule, work with peripheral lines of changeable length, i.e. the distance between individual pixels along these peripheral lines from vessel to vessel varies. In any case, angle independent and not dependent on the length of application of the original in the peripheral direction contributes to the fact that it takes into account the different side surfaces of the vessel and, consequently, the changing diameters as the corresponding peripheral line when less is m, compared to the previous, the diameter is shortened, and with a larger diameter extends. This applies, of course, all peripheral lines of the original. In addition, it is understood that the method in accordance with the invention, of course,

unlimited circular seal vessels and along with this also good sectional seal, which is due to the alignment of the various vessels taking into account the tolerances of the diameters always produces the same image or the same proportions.

Drops are sprayed from jet printing mechanism, which is positioned at constant distance from the plane of the flat section of the object. The method for applying an image to an object includes following operations: selection of image to be applied to an object, determining of dominating color of selected image, selection of first color, connected to dominating color, application of first layer of paint to an object, having a color, where the color of the first layer of paint is the first selected color, application of second layer of paint to recess, which layer has second color and jet printing of selected image on an object on top of at least a part of flat section and at least a part of recess. The image is also applied to door and is formed on door case. The image may be of photographic quality. Jet printing mechanism may be used for application of an image. Top cover, resistant to effect of ultraviolet radiation, may be applied to the paint on a door. Shaped object contains external surface, first layer of paint from painter, covering aforementioned surface, photographic quality image printed by jet printing method, overlapping first layer of paint and upper cover, which covers aforementioned layer of paint and aforementioned image. Printing device, which uses jet printing method for printing an image of photographic quality on formed object contains: device for application of cover, meant for applying first layer of paint to upper surface of object, where upper surface has flat section and deepened section, and jet printer, meant for printing an image on top surface. Printer contains a jet printing mechanism, meant for releasing paint drops for jet printing, and jet printing mechanism may move in the plane which is parallel to the surface of flat section. Product with a seal contains: external surface, facing, which is attached to external surface, and upper cover, which covers the facing and the image.

EFFECT: claimed method may be used to produce high quality images on the whole external surface which is subject to printing.

SUBSTANCE: label printer designed for printing onto the tape with a direct thermo graphical multi-colour image formation incorporates a good few heat-activated dyes and, at least, one developing agent for production of multi-colour image on the said tape with a direct thermo graphical multi-colour image formation on heating the said tape. The printer has, at least, one printing head with a set of printing elements, an interface to select, at least, one background colour and, at least, one text colour and a control device to operate the said set of printing elements heating the said tape to effect a selective activation of dyes to select required colours. The printer uses a tape roll, the tape having an upper layer forming the image and selectively activated to get a colour by heating the said tape to temperature T1 during time interval t1, and a lower layer forming the image and selectively activated to get a colour by heating the said tape at temperature T2 during time interval t2 during which T1>T2 and t1<t2. This allows a separate activation of the said upper or lower layers. The tape has an additional protective layer. The tape cassette incorporates a casing containing the said tape. The tape printer incorporates a tape roll compartment, the printing head, the driving mechanism and control unit including a memory storing, at least, one of the following parameters, i.e. temperature, heating time interval and colour data retrieved in selecting the values of temperature and heating intervals for every printing element in compliance with the data input into the printer. The label printing method uses a tape drive moving the said tape along the thermo graphical printing head and printing head control that allows obtaining a multi-colour image on the tape in a direct one-pass thermo graphical transfer. There is a version of the tape printer combined with a tape reserve.

EFFECT: one-colour continuously-variable optical density image printing or multi-colour images printing using thermo graphical printing.

SUBSTANCE: digital-control machine for printing on fabric incorporates a front and rear feed devices driven by the transfer shaft arranged inside the drive panel of the front and rear base parts so as to eliminate folds and banding formation resulting in printing defects. An elongated duct to withdraw printing ink is arranged at the base top to collect printing ink remainders to rule out smearing on ink on the fabric. At least one suck-in pan is provided inside the base to facilitate the ink remainders collection, while, to accelerate ink drying, a heater is mounted inside the base front part, coated with a rubber material.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to printers to print labels and, particularly deals with cartridge interlocking unit in label printer and cartridge release. Label printer contains cartridge input section having basis, upper hole being opposite to the basis, interlocking and release mechanisms, which extend from the basis. The release mechanism includes release unit having upper surface to interact with the cartridge. The release unit is movable in the first direction to side of the above mentioned basis and tends to be displaced in the second direction to the side of the above-mentioned upper hole. So the effort applied to the release unit and directed to the basis forces the release unit to move the first direction. When this effort is not available, the release unit tends to move in the second direction. The said release mechanism is installed so that when cartridge is in the input section, the release unit passes through the hole available in the cartridge bottom. It proposed by the invention to provide cartridge with labels and method of cartridge loading and unloading from printer.

FIELD: printing industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of stenciled printing and may be used to produce advertising and souvenir products. Method of stenciled printing on balloons includes blowing of balloon with compressed gas (air) to dimensions making 30-80% of deformability limit. Application of paint on balloon surface through stencil net. Drying of produced image on blown balloon at temperature of production room. Removal of compressed gas and packaging of finished product. At that prior to application of paint balloon is blown with compressed gas up to 80-90% of deformability limit. Then some compressed gas is released, thus reducing balloon dimensions down to 30-80% of deformability limit, and printing is made.

EFFECT: method of printing provides for higher yield of finished products, and also expands technological properties of stenciled printing.
