FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: fruit and vegetable juicer contains a motor whereabove a filtering basket is positioned surrounded by a collection chamber. The feed-in nozzle is supported above the filtering basket and forms a single whole with the collection chamber lid. The distribution chamber contains a central part for liquid collection and a part for pulp collection surrounding the first part. The cylindrical inner side wall separating the pulp collection chamber and the juice collection chamber tapers on the inside relative the central rotation axis. The side wall and with a minor diametre is positioned next to the filtering basket upper rim.

EFFECT: invention ensures a juicer wherein inner characteristics of juice flow are optimised to facilitate cleaning and minimise splashing.

The technical field to which the invention relates.

The invention relates to juicers for fruits and vegetables and, in particular, to compact juicers with a full-size boot neck.

The level of technology

Juicer for fruits and vegetables are well known. The dimensions of such devices may be different depending on factors such as quality of construction, the amount of squeezing out the juice and diameter of the loading spout. Because the juicer, to accommodate which need a large area, may be suitable in some domestic and commercial conditions, it is desirable to have a compact juicer that is designed primarily for home use, but the features which would correspond to juicers with large sizes.

Objectives of the invention and summary of invention

The objective of the invention is to offer a compact juicer for fruits and vegetables, which used a full-sized boot neck.

Another object of the invention is to provide a juice extractor, in which the internal flow characteristics of the juice is optimized to facilitate cleaning and to minimize splashing.

Accordingly, the proposed juicer for fruits and vegetables, containing the engine, above which is located the s filter basket, surrounded by camera collection. Boot neck is supported above the filter basket and is one with camera cover collection. In preferred variants of the invention, the diameter of the loading cap is essentially equal to the diameter of the grating disk of the filter basket.

In some preferred versions of the invention, the separation chamber contains a Central chamber of the liquid collection and collection chambers pulp, which completely surrounds the first chamber.

In particularly preferred embodiments, the implementation of the cylindrical inner side wall that divides the chamber collect the pulp and camera collecting juice from the inside tapers to a Central axis of rotation. The end of the side wall with a smaller diameter is located near the upper rim of the filter basket.

Description the best and other embodiments of the invention

As shown in figure 1, a compact juicer 10 for fruits and vegetables contains a base 11 with the engine on which the camera is located 12 collection. The upper surface has a Central groove 8 adapted in order to fit the corresponding elements in the base of the chamber 12 collection. Elastomeric pads 7 damping vibration between the base 11 and the camera 12. The chute 8 leads to hole 18, through cooroutrocta pipe 17 camera collection.

Removable filter basket 13, which includes grater, located in the gathering chamber and through the hole in the bottom of the camera 12 collection before it reaches the drive shaft 9 of the base. The camera 12 collection is closed by the cover 12, containing a full-sized boot neck 15, the inner diameter of which is approximately 65 mm to 85 mm, and preferably 75 mm Plunger 16 communicates with a feed orifice 15 with the aim of pushing the contents of the boot cap in the direction of the grating disk of the filter basket 13. As will be explained hereinafter, in General toroidal chamber 12 collection is divided into two nested and preferably concentric part. One, external, part collects the pulp, exhaust filter basket 13. The other, inner, part collects the extracted juice and throws him through pipe 17. As shown in figure 2, the filter basket 13 further comprises a sieve 21A having the shape of a truncated cone and United with the grating disk 21. As the sieve 21A, and the disk 21 is attached to einternal the clutch 22, which is driven by a drive shaft 9 of the base 11. When the cover 14 is closed, the boot nozzle 15 is located above the grating disk 21 and exhibited with regard to him or preferably, though not necessarily, located concentrically with the grating disk 21. Boot neck 15 also has an internal locking knife 23. Note that the inner diameter of the loading cap 15 is approximately the same as (or slightly less) with a maximum effective or useful diameter of the grating disk 21.

As shown in the right part of figure 2, the food product being pushed to the grating disk 21 of the plunger 16, is divided into the pulp 24 and juice 25. Drops of juice 25 can pass through the mesh, forming a sieve filter basket 13. The pulp particles cannot pass through the sieve and, thus, are ejected above the rim 26 of the filter basket 13. Inevitably a certain amount of juice will be contained in the discarded pulp. Since the formation of high pressure inside the chamber of the collection, the seal between the lid 14 and the base of the chamber 12 collection can be improved due to the presence of the elastomeric flange or pointed end 28 of the seal cover with the outer wall 30 of the chamber. In this example, the lower rim 27 of the cover is provided with an annular elastomeric pointed end 28, to the which prevents the penetration of juice through the junction of the removable cover 14 and the chamber 12 of the collection.

As shown in figure 2, the particles collected pulp 24 accumulate in the toroidal region 29, which is limited by the generally cylindrical outer wall 30 of the chamber 12 collection and generally cylindrical inner wall 31 of the camera. Note that for ease of cleaning, internal and external corners 32 at the bottom of 29 collection of rounded flesh.

The inner portion 33 of the collecting juice camera 12 collection is limited to the lower part of the sieve 13, the inner part of the inner wall 31 and (in this example) separately molded bottom 34. Preferably, the bottom 34 was attached to the bottom side of the camera using, for example, ultrasonic welding. As shown in figure 2, the edges of the plate firmly attached to the underside of the camera housing 12 collection. The bottom has a Central hole 35, so that the coupling 22 can engage with the shaft 9 (not shown). In this example, the discharge pipe 36 is located radially outside the point corresponding to approximately half the distance between the inner wall 31 and the outer wall 30 of the chamber collect the pulp. The discharge pipe 36 has a conical shape, so that the hole diameter is gradually increased toward the end of the outlet 37. Note that as the pipe passes through the hole 18 of the base (see figure 1), to minimize noise associated with the natural vibration with places is when you use a juicer, the pipe 36 is surrounded by a plastic polymer casing 38. Separately molded plate 34 provides the opportunity to mold the outer wall 30 and the separation of the inner wall 31 with a bevel, which would otherwise be difficult to achieve.

The pipe is aligned generally vertically, so that the output of the SAP was down. If desired, the discharge pipe 36 is also associated with a small internal baffle 39. Threshold, towering above the bottom 34, prevents movement of small amounts of extracted juice to the nozzle. Thus, it prevents long drip drops. The conical shape of the inlet vortex contributes to moving the juice flowing over the pipe, and, thus, minimizes splashing during removal of the juice.

As shown on the left in figure 2, the inner wall (dividing wall) 31 camera collecting juice is angled or tilted relative to the vertical. As shown, the upper rim 50 of the inner wall 31 is located closer to the center juicer compared with the lower edge or base of the wall. It was observed that the inclined dividing wall 31, the diameter of which decreases upwards, helps to improve the flow of juice towards the bottom 34. The taper helps juice, located in the part 33 of the collection of the juice to flow toward the bottom and, thus, to the pipe, and not towards the gap between the top to the AEM 50 of the inner wall 31 and the rim 26 of the filter basket. As mentioned earlier, the presence of a separately molded bottoms and mechanical fastening (seal) the bottom is mainly due to manufacturing issues associated with a negative taper angle that is created along the inner surface of the inner wall 31.

The upper rim or edge 50 of the inner wall 31 is strengthened by the fact that it is slightly thicker than the remaining part of the inner wall. Also the top edge 50 is aligned with the upper or outer rim 26 of the filter basket.

As shown in figure 3, during operation, the cover 14 is fixed to the protective arc 40. This protective arc contains a semicircular upper portion 41, which contains a pair of inward and opposite to each other of the fingers 42. The lower ends of the protective arc 40 supported polymeric bushings 43. In the vertical direction moving the entire arc 40 is limited and a pair of inner spring 44 tension pulls it down. The cover 14 is generally symmetrical and, thus, can be installed in two positions relative to the protective arc 40. Therefore, when the cover is closed, the fingers 42 may run into any of the symmetrically opposite each other protrusions 45 (depending on the position of the lid, stopping at the end in the lock, located between the tabs. The inner part of the protective arc 40 is mechanically tie the on switch so that the engine can operate only when the safety bar 40 is completely vertically, i.e. located as shown in figure 3. Figure 3 also shows that the lower part of the extractor 10 includes a space 46 for electrical cord, which surrounds the inlet 47 connected with the cooling fan of the engine.

As shown in figure 4, the juice extractor 10 may be provided with a brush of a special form, which may be a separate component. Round brush head 60 is attached to a solid handle 61 which is bent to match the angle of taper of sieves in order to facilitate cleaning of the grating disk. The end 62 of the handle has the shape of the blade and includes a trapezoidal sidewalls or side 63 that extend from the main part of the handle and the shape of which matches the cross-sectional shape of the compartment 29 collect the pulp. Note that the shape of the bottom corners 64 corresponds to the shape of the rounded corners at the bottom of the compartment 29 to collect the pulp. The end 62 is adapted to clean the inner wall of the branch collecting the pulp without scratching it.

Although the present invention is described with specific detail of the design, it should be understood as the embodiment of the invention, and not limiting the scope of the invention.
