Known shell containing layers roll of woven material with a binder, the construction of which is seen from the diagram - see, for example, Vasaline, Mesmero, "Wound reinforced plastics", M.: Chemistry, 1986, p.14 (table 3, scheme 4).

In the manufacture of this shell is continuous roll filler is wound on a mandrel and subjected to further polymerization.

The disadvantage of this shell is of low reliability and limited technological capabilities.

Low reliability and limited technological capabilities of the shell due to the fact that this design does not provide the same work textural layers of the shell (especially thick) in the radial and tangential directions due to sagging of the previously wound layers under the influence and subsequent fixation of this condition in the finished shell in the polymerization process.

In addition, this shell does not have a geometrically exact outer surface and a constant wall thickness.

Known molded shell containing layers roll of woven material with a binder, the construction of which is seen from see, for example, Vasaline, Mesmero, "Wound reinforced plastics", M.: Chemistry, 1986, p.16 (2nd paragraph from the bottom).

This molded shell closest to the proposed and adopted for the prototype.

Pressovanne what I shell made of a continuous woven material and is formed with an elastic mandrel in the mold. The accuracy of the outer surface and the wall thickness of molded shell is increased. However, progress in this shell, a positive result is insufficient due to the low quality of the outer surface of the shell due to its unguaranteed pressure to the mold, which also reduces the mechanical and technological capabilities molded shell.

The objective of the invention is to improve the reliability and expansion of technological possibilities molded shell.

This problem is solved by the improvement of the molded shell, containing layers of the roll of woven material with a binder.

The improvement consists in that the molded shell is made with an annular layers of woven material in the form of separate strips of a length not less than the length of the shell and of a width equal to the perimeter of the latter with overlap;

the shell is made with the location of each successive strip of woven material as a continuation of the previous one;

the shell is made with a total value of overlapping strips of woven material is not more than the outer perimeter of the shell.

Execution molded shell with annular layers of woven material in the form of separate strips of a length not less than the length of the shell and of a width equal to the perimeter of the past with overlap, provides uniform tension all layers of woven material is in radial and tangential directions, regardless of their number (due to the possibility of layer-by-layer tangential tension of each individual layer in the polymerization process and operation).

Running the shell with the location of each strip of woven material as a continuation of the previous allows you to increase the power circuit layers.

Running the shell with a total value of overlapping layers of woven material is not more than the outer perimeter of the shell increases ravnoudalennostj wall membrane.

Execution molded shell according to the invention improves the reliability and extends its technological capabilities.

Below, with reference to the attached drawing, which shows:

Figure 1 - molded shell with annular layers in the form of strips with overlapping;

Figure 2 - molded shell arrangement of strips of woven material butt;

the description of the shell according to the invention.

We offer molded shell 1 (Fig 1) contains the ring 2 layers of woven material in the form of strips And a length less than the length of the shell and of a width equal to the perimeter of the latter with overlap (which ensures uniform tension all layers of fibrous material in the radial and tangential directions). While subsequent layers are technological gaps B between the ends of the strips A.

In versions molded shell made:

- with the location of each band And woven material as a continuation of the previous one (Figure 2), which increased the power circuit layers;

with summerevening of overlapping strips And woven material is not more than the outer perimeter of the shell (Figure 2), that increased ravnoudalennostj wall of the molded shell.

Manufacturer of injection molded shell are winding layers 2, for example, on a flexible mandrel, followed by impregnation of the binder and curing in the mold (not shown) with the creation of the effort of pressing the elastic expansion of the mandrel when it is heated.

In the process, the shell, for example, when the transmission of torque, all its layers 2, unlike the prototype, equally loaded.

Molded shell can be manufactured with a high degree of geometric precision, regardless of wall thickness, high stability of physical and mechanical characteristics and the coefficient of mass perfection.

Molded shell compared to the prototype (due to uniform tension all layers of woven material, regardless of their number) is characterized by high reliability and advanced technological capabilities.

1. Molded shell containing layers roll of woven material with a binder, characterized in that it is made with an annular layers of woven material in the form of separate strips of a length not less than the length of the shell and of a width equal to the perimeter of the last lap.

2. Shell according to claim 1, characterized in that it is executed with the location of each successive strip of woven material ka is a continuation of the previous one.

3. Shell according to claim 1, characterized in that it is made with a total value of overlapping strips of woven material is not more than the outer perimeter of the shell.
