FIELD: textile industry.

SUBSTANCE: composition is described for foam printing of cotton textile materials by pigments, which contains the following components, g/kg: pigment - 5-45, Akremos 101, which represents copolymer of styrene and acrylic monomer produced by emulsion method - 115-120, sodium stearate - 16.5-16.7, aluminium sulfate - 4.2-4.3, sodium hydroxide - 3.1-3.3, PAC-V, which represents sodium salt of carboxymethyl ether of cellulose with high fractional substitutionality - 6.1-6.5 and water - up to 1000.

EFFECT: improved ecological safety, stability of composition, resistance of paints to dry and wet friction with reduction of cloth rigidity in the area of pattern.

Introduction

The invention relates to chemical technology of textile materials, namely the processes of printing of cotton fabrics, foam printing inks based on organic pigments.

The level of technology

Technology foam printing textile materials pigments has a number of environmental and economic advantages over traditional methods of printing. When foam printing reduces the consumption of water, steam, electricity, decreases the volume of wastewater, improve consumer properties of printed products.

The basis of all known compositions for foam pigment print includes thickeners or equivalent substances, stabilizers, foaming agents, binders and various textile auxiliaries.

However, the composition has the following faults is key:

- environmental hazard associated with the presence of free formaldehyde on the fabric;

the low stability of the composition during storage is not more than 3 hours;

- the lack of stability of the paints to dry and wet friction;

- high rigidity tissue in the drawing area.

The invention

Inventive task consisted in finding the composition for foam printing pigments cotton textile materials, comprising a pigment, a binder, sodium salt carboxymethylated cellulose ether, a surfactant and water, which would increase environmental safety, the stability of the composition during storage and stability of the paints to dry and wet friction.

The problem is solved by a composition for foam printing pigments cotton textile materials, comprising a pigment, a binder, sodium salt carboxymethylated cellulose ether, a surfactant and water, which additionally contains aluminum sulfate and sodium hydroxide, as a binder contains drug Akreos 101 constituting the copolymer of styrene and acrylic monomer, obtained by the emulsion method, and as surface-active substances - sodium stearate in the following ratio of components, g/kg:

At the same time as the sodium salt carboxymethylated cellulose ether - it contains the drug PAC-representing sodium salt carboxymethylated cellulose ether with a high degree of substitution.

The invention provides the following advantages:

- significantly increase the environmental safety of the composition, because it does not contain any components, which is the cause of the printed fabric of free formaldehyde;

- significantly improve the stability of the composition during storage, because after 24-hour exposure of the composition has a viscosity did not change;

- significantly improve the stability of the paints to dry (33.5) and wet friction (2.02.5 points);

- significantly reduce the stiffness of the fabric in figure (323 deg).

To carry out the invention using the following ingredients:

- pigments;

- as a binder agent Akreos 101 - TU-2241-134-05757593-2000;

- aluminum sulfate - Al2(SO4)318H2O (GOST 3758-75);

- sodium hydroxide - NaOH (GOST-2263-79);

- preparation PAC-IN (TU 2331-015-32957739-00), which is a sodium salt carboxymethylated cellulose ether with a high degree of substitution;

as sodium stearate - soap - TU-10-04-02-39-89.

The quality of the claimed composition and the prototype was rated equally in terms of viscosity as freshly prepared compositions, and after keeping it for 24 hours, the intensity of the colors and their resistance to physical and chemical methods, as well as on the stiffness of the tissue and the content of free formaldehyde.

Determination of the viscosity of porous systems was performed using the viscometer "VISCOTESTER VT-02" company "NAKE". The intensity of the colors was characterized by functions Kubelka-Munch-Gurevich, the stiffness of the fabric was measured according to the method of "Console", i.e. the deviation angle pinned strips of fabric in degrees. Qualitative indicators of the claimed composition and structure of the prototype, as well as the colourings obtained from using them in various quantitative component of the claimed composition shown in the table.
