FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction, in particular to pile foundations. Driven pile consists of shaft with axial hole, sharpened tip with circular base and conusoidal shell with spike, cavities inside shell filled with hardening solution. There is a threaded hole in tip base, which is closed with threaded plug with stem. Tip shell is rumpled with submergence force after removal of threaded plug and additional submersion of pile. For additional increase of bearing capacity there is an elastic shell on lower part of shaft with facilities for fixation of its upper and lower ends; cavity between elastic shell and shaft surface; protective jacket with facilities of its fixation of shaft, which slides in radial direction and embraces elastic shell. There is a radial hole in shaft, which connects longitudinal hole with specified cavity transformed into support belt after the pile has been submerged at the specified depth, the cavity has been filled with hardening solution via holes in shaft and the solution has hardened.

EFFECT: improved bearing capacity of hollow piles.

The invention relates to the construction, in particular to pile foundations.

Famous piles of hollow circular cross section (GOST 19804.5-83). They may have reinforced conical tip, the cone angle of 60°. Their drawback is a reduced carrying capacity due to the conical tip.

Known post made in the form of a pipe with acute closed tip having an internal cavity filled with an explosive charge (US patent No. 3305985 from 20.07.1965). After immersion of the column to a predetermined depth is triggered the explosion of the substance in the cavity of the tip, while the tip is expanded, becoming an anchor device that increases the carrying capacity of the column and prevent its extraction from the soil. The disadvantages of such devices for increasing the carrying capacity, is applicable for metal pillars or piles and complexity, high complexity and danger of the work with the use of explosives.

Known pile with a hollow tip, filled with a special substance (JP patent No. 63233117 from 19.03.1987 year). To increase the bearing capacity of the pile tip give a spherical shape by deformation generated by the internal pressure after the end of the pile. The internal pressure is created by initiating a chemical reaction in a substance filling the tip.

Not what atok such piles - the tip with an obtuse angle, which significantly increases the strength of the pile, not allowing the load of the pile in a highly condensed, for example, in sandy flooded soil to a greater depth and the need for chemical substance that fills the cavity of the steel tip and initiate a chemical reaction after the end of the pile.

Known knock-in pile (as SU # 947278 from 19.12.1980), consisting of a barrel with an axial bore, a pointed tip in the form of a shell with a tip and an internal cavity, means to hold the shell from buckling in the form of protruding from the lower end of the pile bearing edge.

The lack of piles that means of keeping the shell from buckling is the tip of the pile, so after a dive pile has reduced the carrying capacity decreases with decreasing angle of taper of the tip.

Known pile circular cross-section immersed in the prepared hole (the Japan patent date of publication: No. 63-014925 from 04.07.1986, No. 04-106216 from 24.08.1990, No. 05-009934 from 02.07.1991, No. 08-209688 from 02.02.1995, No. 2006-063526 from 24.08.2004), consisting of the combined (steel and concrete), shaft with a longitudinal hole in the concrete of the trunk (Central or eccentric located) and a flat bottom end; an elastic membrane covering the cylindrical surface of the barrel and means for fastening its ends on a cylindrical surface the displacement of the barrel; the cavity between the flexible membrane and the cylindrical surface of the barrel.

The barrel has at least one radial hole which connects the longitudinal bore in the barrel with a cavity between the elastic membrane and the cylindrical surface of the barrel.

After the pile to a predetermined depth, the solidified filling solution cavity between the elastic membrane and the cylindrical surface of the barrel through the longitudinal and radial holes in the barrel around the trunk is formed by the support belt, and the pile gets increased bearing capacity.

The shortcoming of such piles in the inability of the dive when static or dynamic sadasivuni into the soil to a predetermined depth, as in the pile does not provide a pointed tip and an elastic sheath is not protected from destruction by soil in the process push the pile.

The technical problem of the invention is to increase the bearing capacity and reducing power push piles driven in conditions of intensive sealed before the pile of soil, for example, sandy flooded soil.

The tip can be either steel, and polymeric thermoplastic material or a composite material. In a preferred execution of the tip and the base of the tip is made of steel, the shell is made of steel sheet and the lower part of it is welded to the edge, and the upper perimeter of the ring base.

For steel tip opening in the annular base coaxially with the axial bore in the barrel is threaded, lockable threaded plug with a pin.

To further increase the bearing capacity of the pile at the bottom of the barrel has a recess with a cylindrical surface, elastic casing, with means for fastening the upper and lower ends of the covering cylindrical surface of the recess; the space between the elastic membrane and the cylindrical surface of the recess, sliding in the radial direction of the protective casing, with means for fixing it on the barrel, covering the elastic membrane; the shaft has a radial hole which connects the longitudinal CTE is engagement with the said cavity, converted into the support zone after pile to a predetermined depth, fill the cavity of a solidifying solution through the holes in the trunk and solution hardening.

This set of features is new for driven piles, as it is not found in the sources of information obtained during the conduct of patent information search, and does not follow obviously from the combination of features of known designs piles.

Pile driven (figure 1, 2) consists of a barrel 1 with the axial hole 2, a pointed tip 3 in the form of kousoulas shell 4 with the annular base 5, an aperture 6 and point 7, the cavity 8 within the handpiece 3, closed by a stopper 9. The cavity inside the handpiece 3 is filled with a solidifying solution 10. When removing the tube 9 from the hole 6 of the shell 4 crushed by the force of the pile, and the solution 10 is displaced from the cavity 8.

Tip 3 may be made of a polymeric thermoplastic material or of a composite material.

The tip 7 and the base of the tip 3 can be made of steel, the shell 4 is made of steel sheet and the lower part of it is welded to the edge 7, and the upper perimeter of the ring base 5 (Fig 1, 3).

In a steel ring under 5 port 6 is threaded and is closed by a threaded plug 9.

To increase the bearing capacity on the lower part of the barrel 1 piles (figure 3-7) has a recess 11 with the cylindrical surface 12 of a height greater than the maximum transverse dimension of the shaft 1; an elastic sheath 13 covering the cylindrical surface 12 of the recess 11, and means 14 fixing its upper and lower ends; the cavity 15 between the elastic membrane 13 and the cylindrical surface 12 of the recess 11; C the protective casing 16 with petals 16A tool 17 secure it in the trunk, sliding in the radial direction, covering the elastic membrane 13; radial hole 18 connecting hole 2 with the cavity 15; supporting belt 19 (figure 5)formed around the recess 11 when the pile to a predetermined depth and fill the cavity 15 of a solidifying solution 20 is injected through the holes 2 and 18.

Method for creation of pile foundation for structures, according to which the following stages are executed on site to arrange the mentioned foundation - well for installation of foundation pipe is drilled with the help of the first auger drill. DkP - diametre (m) of conventional camouflet cavity produced in soil as it is displaced under lower end of formed drilled pile, by means of supply of controlled material volume to fill conventional camouflet cavity according to the following dependence : where V is controlled volume (m3) of material spent for filling of conventional camouflet cavity produced in soil due to its displacement into pile foundation. As well is filled with material in the form of hardening mix, preferably plastic concrete mix, diametre of equivalent driven pile is identified according to dependence , where dzs - diametre (m) of equivalent driven pile. EFFECT: development of drilled piles with bearing capacity by soil, same as for driven piles, with minimum possible usage of resources and maximum possible usage of properties inherent in massif of soil that contains pile.

SUBSTANCE: device for compaction of soil in drilled pile well bottomhole includes casing pipe, bushing fixed on it with working element pulled through it. Working element is arranged in the form of hollow pipe, at the lower end of which there is a thrust journal and sealing attachment, and at the upper end there are upper and lower supports and inertial mass, placed on hollow pipe between upper and lower supports with sliding fit.
