The invention relates to the construction of pipeline transport of polymeric materials.

A known method of manufacturing pipeline, including welding polymer layer composite pipe, filling the space between the ends of the composite layers and the last bond (patent RU 2150633 C1, F16L 47/02. "Device for connection reinforced plastic pipes", publ. 10.06.2000).

By its characteristics and the achieved result this method is most similar to the claimed and adopted for the prototype.

In the process filling the space between the ends of the composite layers of the tubes provide a reinforcing node junction polymer layers, for example, in the form of semicircles with the glue and bond the composite layers is performed with the semi-cylinders with the shoulder with the glue, covering the shoulder abutting pipes and fixed covering the semicylinders pipe.

The disadvantages of such a method of manufacture of the pipeline are limited mounting possibilities and lack of reliability.

Limited mounting options method is caused by the operation in the operation of the pipeline flange pipes and semi-cylinders, eliminating the possibility of the location of the pipes at the joint at an angle, for example, from 2 or more degrees.

Lack of reliability due to the presence of joints t is unaproved, obtained in this method of manufacturing, a purely adhesive joints, which are much weaker joined compositional elements.

Object of the invention is the extension of the mounting possibilities and increase the reliability of the method.

This problem is solved by the improved method of manufacture of the pipeline, including welding polymer layer composite pipe, filling the space between the ends of the composite layers and the bond last.

The improvement lies in the fact that the filling of the space between the ends of the composite layers of pipes perform binder impregnated fibrous material, and the bonding of composite layers by winding them on a fibrous material impregnated with a binder of additional layers of fibrous material with subsequent polymerization.

Filling the space between the ends of the composite layers of pipes binder impregnated fibrous material helps to ensure tight contact of the latter with the ends of the composite layers of pipes and simultaneous impregnation of their connecting with the mutual location of joined pipes under any fragile.

Bond composite layers by winding them on a fibrous material impregnated with a binder of additional layers of fibrous material with subsequent polymerization allows to provide the th bond pipe, regardless of their angle relative position of the node with high load capacity due to the formation of a monolithic composite material of the wound and composite layers of tubes, including at the ends of the latter, and to extend the mounting possibilities and increase the reliability of the method.

Below with reference to the attached drawing provides a description of the proposed method.

The method of manufacture of the pipeline involves welding the pre-prepared polymer layers 1 and 2 combined tubes 3 and 4, filling the space between (e.g., inclined) ends 5 and 6 of the composite layers 7 and 8 pipes and the bond last.

Filling the space between the ends 5 and 6 of the composite layers 7 and 8 of the tubes 3 and 4 perform the binder impregnated fibrous material 9 (which provides intimate contact of the latter with the end faces 5, 6 and quality of their impregnation binder regardless of the angle relative position of the pipes).

Then execute bond to the composite layers 7 and 8 wound on them and on the fibrous material 9 binder impregnated additional layers 10 of fibrous material with subsequent polymerization (which helped to seal tube site with high load capacity due to the formation of a monolithic composite material of the wound and composite layers of pipes).

Composite layers 7 and 8 of the pipes 3 and 4 in areas of coiling them fibrous material 9 to increase the coupling can be performed with grooves and / or protrusions (not shown).

the Method of manufacturing a pipe characterized in comparison with the prototype of the extended mounting capability and increased reliability.

A method of manufacturing pipeline, including welding polymer layer composite pipe, filling the space between the ends of the composite layers and bond the latter, characterized in that the filling of the space between the ends of the composite layers of pipes perform binder impregnated fibrous material, and the bonding of composite layers by winding them on a fibrous material impregnated with a binder of additional layers of fibrous material with subsequent polymerization.

SUBSTANCE: kit comprises inner and outer joining members made of pipes made of a structurized polyethylene. The washers made of polyethylene non-structurized pipes are mounted on the ring end sections of the inner joining member. The inner part of the outer joining member receives the ring spacer made of polyethylene non-structurized pipes. The outer joining member and ring spacer can be split at one or two sites.
