The bearing for an internal combustion engine with reciprocal motion of a crank mechanism consists of a separator, rollers and of internal and external rings. Also the separator is connected to the housing of the engine by means of threaded connection wherein wear of the separator, rollers and internal and external rings can be regulated.

The invention relates to the field of automotive engineering, river and sea fleet.

The closest analogue of the claimed invention is a conventional antifriction bearing (roller or ball).

A disadvantage of conventional bearing is that it works to the full depreciation without adjustments.

The technical objective of the claimed invention is the development and creation of a bearing with adjustable wear.

The solution of the stated technical problem it is possible to obtain the technical result consists in the adjustment of the wear of the outer and inner rings, separator and tapered rollers.

Tasked with achieving the indicated technical result is solved in that the separator bearing, standing in place and rigidly fixed to the crankcase of the engine, will have a threaded connection with him and nestles straps to the crankcase of the engine.

As wear of the separator rollers and the inner and outer rings can be tightened as prevention.

Implementation of the invention will increase the service life of the bearing.

Figure 1 shows the bearing of the crank section (on the side),

figure 2 shows the bearing of the shaft section (on the side).

The bearing of the crank consists of a separator 1, the rollers 2, the outer ring, which is Krivoshapko is 3, threaded connection 4, the crankcase 5.

The bearing operates in the following way: the separator is rigidly fixed to the crankcase, and the rollers rotate in the direction in which to rotate the cranks, camshafts and footer.

Using this construction, the bearing will increase the life of it.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the bearing attachment that provides a sealing preventing oil dripping and shaft bearing locking. Attachment point includes housing (2) with race (3) for bearing (1), nut (4), supporting flange (5), and oil deflector that includes oil-deflector ring (6) made together with bowl-shaped lock (7) with protrusions (8) in order to eliminate the turning relative to the shaft (9). On the bearing (1), there installed is adjustment ring (10) with minimum radial clearance (11) relative to oil-deflector ring (6) and with specified axial clearance (12) relative to the bearing (1); at that cylindrical portion of the lock is made so that it can be crimped into slots (15) of nut (4) after the tightening. During the unit operation, for example on the gas turbine engine drive unit, oil tends to penetrate from cavity (16) to cavity (18), which is prevented with minimum radial clearance (11) and oil-deflector ring (6). During the operation oil film preventing oil penetration into cavity (18) is formed in the clearance (11).

Internal surface of bushing is provided with at least one spline interacting with shaft spline. External surface of bushing is threaded. Nut is slotted and installed on bushing. Stopping element of nut is in the form of washer with outer and inner filaments interacting with nut slot and spline hollow respectively. Retaining ring is installed in shaft groove from the side of washer.

The fasteners are made in the form of two L-shaped brackets, having the lateral and upper parts, the lateral part of each L-shaped bracket is made in the form of a wedge, and a hole and an U-shaped cutout are positioned in the upper part of each L-shaped bracket. The shaft is provided with a diametrical hole and two outside grooves located at the same level in parallel with each other and the diameterical hole. Each outside groove has a slant equal the slant of the wedge of the lateral part of the L-shaped brackets. The slopes of the outside grooves of the shaft are directed oppositely, the L-shaped brackets are installed diametrically on the shaft with direction of its lateral parts toward each other interconnected by a fastener, each lateral part of the L-shaped brackets is positioned in a U-shaped cutout located in the upper part of the other L-shaped bracket and outside groove of the shaft with an opportunity of contact with the slope of the outside grooves of the shaft diametrical hole.

EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability of the bearing with an axial loading due to the tough and tight installation of the bearing on the shaft.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of shipbuilding and machine building, particularly to separators for roller non-metallic bearings, providing operation of rotating vertical and horizontal shafts of pumps and propeller shafts of ships, lubricating by water. Separator of roller bearing is implemented as detachable from two halves, connected by fixation of type "dovetail" and is outfitted by grooves for rollers. Separator is outfitted by main and auxiliary posts located circumferential of separator between grooves for rollers. On effective face surface of separator there are implemented radial and crescent-shaped grooves. Grooves in separator are implemented as spoon-shaped form and ends of grooves allows blade-shaped form. External diametre of separator in the area of frame allows less dimension and inner diametre allows higher dimension. SUBSTANCE: double-row angular-contact bearing for railroad box contains external ring, internal rings and located between them conical rolling bodies, held by separator. Rings are manufactures from high-strength steel "ЭИ347ШД (8Х4В9Ф2-ШД)". Rollers are manufactured from roller-bearing steel "ШХ15СГШ". On races of rings it is applied wear-resistant antifriction diamondlike coating. Separator is manufactured from reinforced, strengthened polymer with solid lubrications. The journal rolling bearing contains inner and outer rings with race ways, rolling bodies fitted between them. Rolling bodies represent rollers installed in separator sockets. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to machine building, namely to bearing units of transmission mechanisms. Suggested bearing comprises internal ring equipped with gear rim with external teeth having convex helical channel working surfaces, rolling elements with concave helical channel teeth working surfaces that correspond to internal ring, external ring that comprises cartridge and inserts fixed on its internal surface that bear teeth working surfaces. External ring inserts are made in the form of previously bent rods of circular section, axes of which are located along theoretical helical line of channel tooth. Inserts are fixed on external ring cartridge with the help of undetachable joint: soldering, welding, glue, etc. In process of bearing operation rolling elements and rings are in strict kinematic connection with each other. This interconnection is also not broken in unloaded zone of bearing.
