FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction, in particular to floor structure. Floor on concrete foundation comprises screed of cement-sand mortar or concrete, sleepers and planking. Each sleeper is equipped with anchors mounted along its full length and built-in in screed, which is arranged only in zones of sleepers location. Distance between any two neighbouring anchors is selected from condition where l is distance between neighbouring anchors, cm; h is height of sleeper, cm; Rc is rated resistance of sleeper wood, kgf/cm2; b is sleeper width, cm. If width of sleeper makes b≥6 cm, anchors are mounted along its full length in two rows.

EFFECT: improved operational properties of floor.

The invention relates to the construction, in particular to the flooring.

Known floors containing flooring, logs and adjustable feet, placed between the concrete slab (slab) and lags (see, for example, patents for utility model № 29319, IPC E04F 15/024, No. 44127, IPC E04F 15/00, No. 71680, IPC E04F 15/024 and others).

The main disadvantage of the sexes is their high cost due to the large number of adjustable feet. In addition, for fixing the adjustable feet to the floor slab in the latter form many holes. This reduces the strength of the slabs, helps to increase its deflection and formation of cracks.

A prototype of the selected floor on a concrete base that contains the flooring and joists, which are placed on the screed of cement-sand mortar (see IAESTE and other "Floors civil and industrial buildings". - M., Publishing house Association building universities, 2002, s).

The cost of flooring chosen for the prototype, much less the cost of the device of floors mentioned above as analogues. However, it has significant drawbacks.

Due to the fact that the screed of cement-sand mortar or concrete cannot be performed perfectly smooth and uniform in height on all areas of the floor joists in the process of exploitation is AI have a limited movement in the vertical and horizontal planes, firstly, it contributes to the emergence of difficulty, and secondly, affects the operational characteristics and reduces the durability of the floor.

The technical problem of the invention was to improve the operational characteristics of sex, increase its durability and to eliminate the squeak.

The invention consists in that the floor on a concrete base that contains the screed of cement-sand mortar or concrete, joists and flooring, each lag equipped with anchors, mounted along its entire length and zamonolichennymi in the coupler, and the distance between any two neighboring anchors selected from the conditions:

this screed is made only in the areas designated for the lag.

If the width of the lugs b≥6 cm, anchor mounted along its entire length in two rows.

This floor construction on a concrete base not only has superior performance characteristics, high durability and eliminates squeaking, but also saves cement-sand mortar or concrete used for ties.

In addition, the surface of lag in contact with the screed equipped with a waterproofing layer that excludes Utagawa is their wood logs of moisture from the cement-sand mortar or concrete screed. This eliminates warping lags during subsequent drying.

To ensure quick and accurate installation and alignment lag in height each lag is equipped with at least three holes, which are placed in the installation elements. Each mounting element is designed in the form of a screw or self-tapping screws that screw into the hole formed in the lag, and in contact with the concrete base.

Between the screed and the concrete slab are additional adhesive layer, providing between them a more reliable adhesion.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 shows a cross-section of the floor; figure 2 is a longitudinal section of the floor (flooring conventionally not shown); Fig - transverse section of the floor with two rows of anchors in the lag; figure 4 - lag - top view.

Floor on a concrete base 1 consists of a plate 2 made of cement-sand mortar or concrete, joists 3 and the deck 4. Each lag 3 is equipped with anchors 5, mounted along its entire length and zamonolichennymi in the plate 2, which is made only in the areas of allocation lag (see figure 1). The distance between any two neighboring anchors 5 are chosen from a condition:

This R is sloanie between anchors 5 provides reliable fastening lags 3 to the plate 2, excluding vertical and horizontal movement of the logs during operation of the floor. This improves the operational characteristics of sex, increases durability and eliminates squeaking.

If the width of the lugs 3 is equal to or greater than 6 cm, the anchor 5 are mounted along the entire length of the joists 3 in two rows (see figure 3), which excludes the swinging wide logs during operation of the floor.

Surface lag 3 in contact with the coupler 2, provided with sealing layer 6, made for example of roofing material. Between the coupler 2 and the concrete slab 1 posted by the adhesive layer 7.

To ensure quick and accurate installation and alignment lag in height each lag 3 is equipped with at least three openings 8, which are placed in the installation elements 9, each of which is made in the form of a screw or self-tapping screws (see figure 2, 4). If the length of the joists 3 exceeds 2.0 m, the number of holes 8 increases. In this case, the most optimal placement of holes 8 through every 1.8 to 2.2 meters.

The installation of the floor is as follows.

In places where it should be placed lags 3, on a concrete Foundation 1 applied adhesive composition 7, install removable formwork (not shown) and serves it with a cement-sand mortar or concrete, forming coupler 2. On the surface of lag 3 in contact with the coupler 2, put g is traitorously layer 6. Then from the side of the waterproof layer 6 on logs 3 mount bolt 5 by means of screwing, if they are equipped with a self-tapping thread, or by driving. The holes 8 twist the adjusting elements 9, after which the lugs 3 are placed on the plate 2 so that the ends of the mounting elements 9 made contact with the concrete base 1. Installation and alignment lag 3 in height are level with additional twisting (twisting) mounting elements 9. The installation elements 9 can be left at lags 3 and the coupler 2 and perform the role of an additional anchors or can be removed from the lag 3 and screed 2 3-5 hours after submission of cement-sand mortar or concrete in the formwork, and reused. The formwork is removed after 5 hours. Installation of flooring 4 exercise 3-7 days after forming couplers 2 and achievements of the strength of cement-sand mortar or concrete not less than 3.5 MPa.

4. Floor according to claim 1, characterized in that each lag is equipped with at least three holes, which are placed in the installation elements.

5. Floor according to claim 4, characterized in that each mounting element is designed in the form of a screw or self-tapping screws that screw into the hole formed in the lag and in contact with the concrete base.

Neighboring boards that are actually evened relative to each other makes it possible to create matched impressed patterns passing actually continuously through neighboring floor panels. Separate boards in flooring system may contain at least one incomplete subpanel having decorative pattern and/or impressed surface finish (i.e. pattern), which is complementary to pattern of adjacent incomplete subpanel or board. Each board may include edge patterns located near some part of board edge, and at least one main pattern, adjacenebt with edge patterns. Edge patterns on board or boards in flooring system are actually identical to each other. Main patterns create an actually continuous pattern with adjacent edge pattern on a separate board.

SUBSTANCE: decorative surfaces of panels are visually matched to each other at least on one side, so that in process of transition from one installed panel to another neighboring installed panel, a continuous pattern of decor is created. Continuous pattern in context of the present invention is represented as wood-type decor, when texture of reproduced wood is not visually interrupted in transition from one installed panel to neighboring installed panel, therefore, there is no displacement between according specified textures. The same is effective for other decors, for instance stone-type decors.

Adjustable floor includes boarding joists with through threaded holes in which hollow support racks with external thread are screwed. Each rack consists of a vertical part and a bottom part with central hole for passing the fastening element and having flat external surface and internal cone-shaped surface converging in direction of the central hole. Joists are made in the form of bars from whole timber with pre-drilled threaded holes after timber has been dried up to humidity of not more than 12%. Flooring board of hard wood includes base in the form of substrate and front layer in the form of lamel combined with it. Substrate on the side of lamel installation is arranged with grooves of dovetail type, in which according longitudinal inserts-slot wedges are fixed. Lamel, substrate and inserts-slot wedges are made of the same material. Grooves are arranged evenly along the whole length of substrate with identical pitch parallel to each other at the sharp angle to one of its lateral sides. SUBSTANCE: floor member comprises sheet with at least one groove, heat-conducting layer extending over one main sheet surface and along each groove side to form depression for heat-conducting wire receiving opened from top side thereof. Depression tightly encloses wire and passes over half of cross-sectional perimeter thereof. Upper wire side is flush with upper sheet surface or located below thereof. Sheet has thin foldable foil with thickness of less than 200 μm.

SUBSTANCE: support includes square lower bearing plate made of flexible metal sheet material and upper bearing plate. The plates have central orifices. Central orifice of lower plate comprises rod receiving recess and is surrounded with annular depression having depth not exceeding sheet thickness. Central orifice of upper plate comprises flange. The plates are provided with radial grooves located so that convex surfaces thereof face each other. Depression and grooves have oval cross-section and oval or wavy cross-sections in connection areas in-between. Upper plate is made of the same material as the lower one. Orifices for fastening members receiving formed in lower plate and holes for gasket fixing made in upper plate are coaxial and created along stiffening ribs extending along square diagonals.

EFFECT: increased support resistance and strength thereof along with reduced material consumption, decreased mass and simplified manufacture.
