The invention relates to a device for thermo radiation processing of food products and can be used for cooking barbecue, BBQ, roasting meat, fish or vegetables.

A device for thermal treatment of food products containing skewers and a means for retention made in the form of a frame, preferably rectangular, the opposite walls of which are provided with slots for inserting skewers, while the skewers are installed parallel to each other with the possibility of rotation around their longitudinal axes, for which the area of each skewer placed in a groove made cylindrical with tapering, and the opposite end provided with a shaped contour, with skewers provided with a rotational drive, which is equipped with a strap with holes, the longitudinal axes of which are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the side of the bracket facing the wall frame, and the specified end of the curved contour skewer parallel to its longitudinal axis lies in the same plane with it and placed in the corresponding hole of the bracket with the possibility of reciprocating linear movement of the strap from the handle (patent No. 2290052 (RU), A47J 37/04, 2006).

The basis of the invention the task is improving the device for barbecue through the use made of thermosetting material with high specific heat capacity and emissivity in the infrared range grates can move relative to the housing, provided with a geometrically coincident with ventilation channels in the body through-hole forming infrared emitters, and is made of a transparent refractory material and provided with discretely spaced diffuse reflectors of infrared radiation cover, which significantly increases the efficiency of the heat from the combusted fuel, uniform thermoradiation food processing regardless of the intensity of combustion in the furnace at different sites of a grid-iron lattice and, permanent visual control of the process of thermoradiation food processing, increases the biological and fire safety process thermo radiation processing of food products due to limitations in the overall spurious emission device.
