FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, particularly to the design of multi-layer electric terminal operated at higher temperatures. Proposed terminal comprises temporary nickel layer, intermediate silver layer and surface layer made from refractory iron-aluminium-based alloy with aluminium content not over 5%, from "Х27Ю5Т" alloy that allows aluminium diffusion onto terminal surface and transition into oxide, oxide film thickness varying from 5 nm to 30 nm.
