SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices for attachment of rubber seals on pipelines. Clamp-coupling for attachment of rubber seal on pipeline includes two similar stops with upper holes for passing of tie-bolt, one of them is main and the other is secondary representing angle iron. To main stop from its inner side guide from round stock is welded, crimping element connected to stops. To main stop from its inner side additional guide from round stock is welded. Guides are arranged in parallel and secondary stop is located on them with possibility of free movement during attachment of rubber seal on pipeline.

EFFECT: invention improves reliability of sealing of tube space between main pipeline and cover during construction of transitions - main pipelines with protective cover under water barriers and also across highways and railways.

The invention relates to the field of engineering, in particular to a device for fastening a rubber cuffs on pipelines to ensure reliable sealing of the annulus between the main pipeline and the casing (case) crossings of trunk pipelines under water barriers, as well as through roads and Railways, laid out in a protective sleeve (case).

Known clamp for fastening a rubber cuff at the transition of the pipeline, intended for use in mechanical engineering (see RU patent No. 2229652, F16L 33/08)containing rolled in the ring crimping element. Crimping element is made of annealed steel of circular cross section with a diameter of 4-7 mm

The task of the invention is to develop a universal clamps-ties for fastening the rubber seals on the pipes 57-1720 mm or more. In addition, if necessary, you can change large diameter to small by moving the clamps on compressed element clamps-couplers.

This will involve the creation of a convenient and reliable design of the clip-star and with minimal dimensions, excluding damage corrosion-resistant coating when flexion and extension crimp element clamps-ties when packaging and transporting them to the destination for fixing the rubber seals on the pipe passage with a diameter 57-1720 mm or more.

The essence of the invention is that the clamp-plate is made of two similar lugs, in part representing the steel area, one of which is primary, and the second subsidiary, provided with top openings for the passage of the clamping bolt. The main emphasis from its inner side welded rail round the car and parallel to it an additional welded rail with a possibility of free movement on them auxiliary lock at the time of fixing the rubber seal on the pipe. The length of the guides is equal to the length of the clamping bolt.

The guides are transferring an auxiliary fence attached to him crimp element, made for example of steel cable in the plastic insulation diameter of 2-7 mm, noise in an additional bottom hole lugs, and by their contraction at the time of fixing the rubber seal on the pipe by tightening a bolt with a nut.

On the inner surface of the auxiliary fence welding fastened the latch, and made the first square or round rolled size, equal to the distance between the rails. The kit clamp-tie consists of two clamps, which are made of upper and lower parts. The upper part is made in the form of a steel plate with two holes and bent at a right angle flanges at a distance of 10-15 mm between them. The lower part of the clamp is made in the form of a cramp semicircular shape, the ends of which are threaded. When assembling the bracket through the holes of the plate and tightening the nuts that clamp the ends of the crimp element between the plate and the bracket.

In accordance with the claimed invention, depending on the pipe diameter, the clamp-plate is made in four versions.

The first option is used for fastening the rubber seals on the pipes 57-219 mm, while the clamp-plate is made of such estimated length of the crimp element to double turnover to cover the rubber cuff and secure it around the radius, taking into account that the length of the directing emphasis is not possible to seal the annulus at points of contact rails emphasis with a rubber cuff.

For fastening the rubber seals on the pipes 220-426 the m used the second variant of the clamp-rod. In this case, the clamp-plate is made with one twist crimping element on a rubber cuff.

For pipelines with diameter 427-1220 mm used the third version of the clip-ties, made of two sections of equal length.

For pipelines with diameter 1221-1720 mm used the fourth variant of the clamp-rod, made of three sections, and the section is also made of the same length.

Fastening cuffs and two triple clamps-ties carried out in a similar way by tightening four or six stops in two or three places clamping bolts and nuts rubber seals on the pipeline.

The clamp-plate is made of emphasis 1 (1, 2) and minor emphasis 2 (1, 2), mounted on parallel spaced rails 3 (2), welded to the main focus 1 (1, 2).

Auxiliary stop 2 (1, 2), as well as core made of steel area, is moved along the guide rails 3 (figure 2), the length of which is equal to the length of the clamping bolt 5 (Fig 1, 4, 6, 10). In the upper part of the stop 2 (1, 2) made a hole for the passage of the clamping bolt 5 (Fig 1, 4, 6, 10) when tightening the crimp element 4 (figure 1-8, 10-13) at the time kriplani the rubber cuff 7 (3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10).

On bottom of the stop 2 (1, 2) made a hole for fixing the crimp element 4 (figure 1-8, 10-13). Clip 11 (1, 2, 10) consists of the lower and upper parts. The upper part is a steel plate 12 (11-14) with two holes and bent at a right angle flanges at a distance of 10-15 mm between them. The lower part of the clamp is made in the form of a bracket 13 (11, 12) semicircular shape, the ends of which is a threaded nut 14 (11).

Fastening cuffs 7 (3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10) on line 8 (figure 3, 4, 5, 8) and the cover (case) 9 (3, 7, 10) single-clamp-coupler is as follows.

Into the lower hole of emphasis 1 (1, 2) pass the end of the crimp element 4 (figure 1-8, 10-13) installed length crank it with the second end and put the clamp 11 (1, 2, 10). For fastening the rubber seals on the pipes 427-1220 mm (Fig, 9) used two-piece clamp-plate, whereby the sections are made of the same length.

For fastening the rubber seals on the pipes 1221-1720 mm or more (Fig, 10) used three clip-art is the food, moreover, the section also made the same length.
