Method of manufacturing of bonded building timber

FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to methods of manufacturing of bonded building timbers. Method includes assembly of package of machined boards with displacement in relation to each other with formation of daps on one side and protrusions on the other side, bonding agent application, fixation of boards among themselves, pressing of package. Package assembly is performed using blanks for timber in form of machined boards with stop from side of plane of bonding agent application. Fixation of boards among themselves is performed with stop with locks formation preventing bonding agent extrusion on one or two flanks of bonded surface.

EFFECT: upgrades timber quality, reduces labour intensity upon manufacturing.

The invention relates to the construction, and in particular to methods of manufacturing wooden laminated construction timber needed to build various building structures.

A known method of manufacture of glulam bearing element comprising an Assembly of package boards with adhesive fixing of the boards between the injection of the package, the selection of grooves and transverse openings, install in grooves shortened liners with adhesive, and in the transverse holes of the pins with subsequent removal of the efforts of the compression to complete polymerization of the adhesive is carried out after pressing, the boards of the package (see USSR Author's certificate No. 1716035, IPC IS 3/12. Bull. No. 8 from 29.02.1992).

Known solution produces a certain simplification of the manufacturing process at which the sample transverse holes and install them dowels carried out after pressing, the boards of the package with a subsequent removal efforts compression until complete polymerization of the glue.

A disadvantage of the known solutions is the greater complexity of manufacturing, including the execution of a sample of grooves of various sizes and shapes in separate boards before their installation in the service and installation of liners during Assembly of the package with additional fixing of boards in package flat diaphragms.

Closest to the claimed technical solution is the method of manufacturing the Oia glued timber construction timber, including the Assembly of package boards with adhesive surfaces of the package, the fixing of the boards between them, and the Assembly of the package produced by a consistent set of boards with offset relative to each other with the formation of grooves on one side and ridges on the other side, while the injection performed in stages, starting with the first two boards, and the Board is fixed after each stage of pressing, by setting the pins in planes perpendicular to the fiber direction of the boards tilt to their planes (See. Patent RU No. 2268969, IPC IS 3/12. Published 2004.07.16).

Known solution produces a certain material savings in the form of wood and glue, and also creates certain conditions of the manufacturing process by a consistent set of boards with offset relative to each other with the formation of grooves on one side and ridges on the other side.

A disadvantage of the known solutions is the greater complexity of manufacturing, including performing precise positioning of the workpiece when assembling and gluing step by step of forming the package, install dowels in each Board stage in planes perpendicular to the fiber direction of the boards tilt to their planes.

The technical result of the proposed solutions is to improve the quality of manufacturing of glulam Stroitel the aqueous beam while reducing the complexity of manufacture and material when assembling structures.

The essence of the technical solution consists in that in the method of manufacturing of glulam structural timber, including the Assembly of the package milled boards are offset relative to each other with the formation of grooves on one side and ridges on the other side, the adhesive fixing of the boards between the injection of the package, and the package is executed from the blanks for timber in the form of milled boards with emphasis on the part of the plane of the adhesive, the fixing of boards among themselves perform focusing with the formation of locks on one or two sides of the bonding surfaces prevent extrusion of glue.

When assembling the timber boards after application of the adhesive stack opposite side from its emphasis on the previous Board to its rest position and another Board with the required accuracy, while pressing the package.

The method is as follows.

Example 1.

For the manufacture of glulam structural timber take several boards, for example, 5 pieces in the form of the finished profile. The Board 1 is installed in the fixture and apply a horizontal force P0. Example 2.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction, in particular, to manufacture of flitch girders. Method consists in adhesion of adjacent surfaces of metal core and wooden liners, drilling of through holes in wooden liners and metal core, insertion of tubular dowels in holes and their rolling. Through holes in metal core and in wooden liners are drilled simultaneously with different drills intended for metal and wood cutting with rotational speed different for metal and wood. Metal core and liners installed on above the other are placed and fixed on shifted tacking, being positioned relative to each other. Tacking is shifted during drilling operation by step equal to distance between neighbouring holes along girder length, after drilling liner placed on top is removed, surface of lower liner is treated with adhesive composition, core is shifted to lower liner, surface of core is treated with adhesive composition, the second liner is moved to core, previously assembled girder is turned by 90°, and metal core and liners are fixed with tubular dowels against mutual displacement by means of tubular dowels rolling.

Bar construction joint consists of two wooden in cross section I-beam bars connected to each other with straps; at that end of the first bar is connected with longitudinal edge of the second one.
