SUBSTANCE: in fractionator lattice, rods are arranged on planks, which are hingedly connected to each other in the form of polygon and are freely installed on frame. Meeting ends of rods are fixed hingedly, and opening ends are fixed freely, with entry into limiters.

EFFECT: device makes it possible to improve quality of wood particles fractionation by means of rational selection of distance between neighbouring rods, which corresponds to range of fractionating wood particles length, as a result of which strength of manufactured wood boards to static bending is increased.

The invention relates to woodworking industry and can be used in the production of laminated wood boards.

A device for the orientation of the wood particles, consisting of an endless flexible belt with parallel branches, which covers the rollers, inpatient and bars, pivotally interconnected in the form of a polygon [A.S. USSR №1449344, 1989, BI No. 1].

A disadvantage of the known device with parallel arrangement of the branches of the flexible tape is that it is intended to Orient the wood particles and cannot be used for fractionation.

A disadvantage of the known fractionation of the lattice is that it is designed for the separation of particles of a specific length range. With the increase in the manufacturing process of the length of the particles, they will not pass through the grid and reduce their length of all particles will be prostiutes through the bars without dividing fractions, which degrades the quality of the fractionation. For the selection of the width of the cells that line the existing range length fraktsionirovanii particles, it is necessary to change the lattice, i.e. to stop the production process, which should be carried out continuously.

The invention solves the problem of improving the quality of the fractionation of wood particles.

The technical result from the use of the invention is to improve the quality of fractionation due to the rational choice of the distance between adjacent bars (width fractionation of cells), corresponding to the length range fraktsionirovanii wood particles.

This is achieved by fractionation in a lattice, including a diverging in the direction of the manufacture of rods rigidly mounted on a frame made with the possibility of vibration, according to the invention the rods are hinge connected in the form of a polygon planks, placed freely on the frame, and the converging ends of the rods are fixed hinge, and divergent - free and are included in the constraints.

The device operates as follows.

SUBSTANCE: in method for manufacture of products from composite materials, mostly cement wood, which includes stages of wood filler and binder preparation, treatment of wood particles in electric field, preparation of cement wood mixture, moulding and thermal treatment, wood particles are treated in flow of orifice gas in discharge chamber at high frequency generator capacity of 200-600 W and underpressure of 100-130 Pa for 250-280 sec. Orifice gas used is air, and its flow rate makes 0.08-0.12 g/sec. Due to plasma treatment of wood particles, interface interaction at the border of wood and mineral binder is intensified as a result of surface loosening, opening of pores and capillaries.

EFFECT: increase of physical and mechanical properties of products from composite materials by modification of wood particle surface structure.

SUBSTANCE: wood particle orientation device incorporates chip mass pickup connected, via amplitude detector and filter, to the first multiplication unit, its second input being connected to the mat thickness pickup. The multiplication unit output is connected, via evolution unit and scaling amplifier, to the summing amplifier first input, its second input being connected to the positioning drive input.
