SUBSTANCE: planetary gear includes housing (I), epicycle (2), the internal circuit of which is made in the form of epitrochoid (3) outlined with peaks of three-angular rotor (4). In rotor (4) body there located is bell crank (5) with possibility of relative rotation. Bell crank (5) is made eccentrically in relation to sun wheel (6) united with it and the centre of which coincides with centre of epicycle (2). Radii of sun wheel (6) and bell crank (5) are in the ratio 2:3, and their eccentricity comprises half the radius of sun wheel (6). Side surface of rotor (4) includes pin (7) for being aligned with radial slotted lever of carrier (8). Idle gear (9) is fixed in housing (I) and installed between cog wheel (10) of spline coupling and gear rim (12) of internal engagement of epicycle (2).

EFFECT: invention has the possibility of short-period covering of opposite directed transmissions within single planetary row eliminating power flow break, and allows essentially enlarging variation range of transmission ratios; design is simplified, reliability and economy are improved.

Famous five-speed box ZF5HP-24, which is installed on the car the BMW seven series of the previous generation Jaguar XJ as "Machine", "the great and terrible"as "a state within a state". /Cm., for example, log in Autoreview, No. 8 /264/, 2002, p.56-57./ The complexity of the "machine" is explained by the fact that within a simple /single/ planetary number cannot be simultaneous short-term operation of increasing and decreasing transmission as conditions overlap, eliminating disconnects the transmission with a smooth switching. Therefore, in this box uses a number of Simpson when two simple planetary gear with a common sun gear "crown" one of them merged with the planet carrier to another. This arrangement provides short-term implementation of two programmes simultaneously, eliminating the gap of power flow through the box.

However, in addition to increasing the number of planetary gear sets, specially grouped, significant structural and technological complexity, the existing scheme of hydro-mechanical "machine" has a very limited range of gear ratios. Thus, the increase in the peripheral speed of the elements "took the crown", as it decreases the crown-carrier" with a stationary sun wheel, is equal to two. It is clear that neither the existing odinary the m planetary near, or near Simpson further increase or decrease this number is impossible.

The objective of the proposed technical solution is finding a single planetary gear with a larger range of gear ratios in accordance with the requirement of short-term overlap opposite speed conditions and free from any deficiencies noted.

The solution of these bottoms is achieved by the fact that in the planetary mechanism to automatic hydromechanical transmission comprising a housing, apical /corona/, carrier, a sun wheel, a device for locking with each other and the housing, the inner contour of epicycle made in the form of epitrochoid outlined vertices trichopoulou of the rotor located therein coaxially with the crank, is made eccentric with respect to United solar wheel, the axis of which coincides with the center of epicycle, in this case, the radii of the sun gear and the crank are related as 2:3, the eccentricity is half of the radius of the sun gear, side the surface of the rotor comprises a pin for alignment with the radial wings drove, coaxially with the sun wheel, and the reverse is provided by the parasitic gear fixed to its axis in the housing and mounted between the gear spline coupling the drive shaft and a ring gear of the internal gear, epicac the A.

The novelty of the invention lies in the fact that within a simple /single/ planetary number of possible short-term implementation of the two opposite gears raising and reducing/eliminating the gap of power flow through the box when switching. According to the patent and scientific and technical information of the claimed design is not detected, which allows to judge about the inventive step of the proposed solution.

Industrial applicability due to the significant expansion of the range of gear ratios that make the operation of the torque Converter, simplifying, improving reliability and efficiency of the planetary mechanism.

The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the planetary mechanism to automatic hydromechanical transmission, which is arranged as follows.

In case 1 hydromechanical transmission is placed, with the possibility of rotation, apical /corona/ 2, the inner loop which is executed in the form of epitrochoid 3, defined by the vertices trichopoulou of the rotor 4. In the body of the rotor 4 is coaxially crank 5 with the possibility of relative rotation. The crank 5 is made eccentric with respect to one with him sun wheel 6, the center of which coincides with the center of epicycle 2. The radii of the sun gear 6 and the yoke 5 are related as 2:3 and their excentrica the em is half the radius of the sun gear 6. The side surface of the rotor 4 includes a pin 7 to align with radial wings drove 8 coaxially with the sun wheel 6. In the housing 1 is fixed with its axis parasitic gear 9 and is installed between the gear spline coupling 10, located on the control shaft 11, and a ring gear of an internal fixation 12 epicycle 2. Moving the connection of the rotor 4 with epicycles 2 and the crank 5 can be performed by means of balls or rollers, eliminating friction in the mechanism.

Works planetary gear automatic hydromechanical transmission as follows.

When the rotation of the carrier 8 in the direction of the rotor 4 comes in rotationally-portable /planetary/ movement. Turning 60 degrees left top of the rotor 4 runs onto the upper branch of epicycle 2, at the same time upsetting the center of the crank 5 /of the rotor 4 and down in an arc of 180 degrees, based on the diameter of a circle is equal to two eccentricities. The right top of the rotor 4, being in the lower position, the symmetric top source relative to the horizontal axis of the path 3, in turn, upon further rotation of the rotor 4 at 60 degrees runs onto the lower branch of epicycle 2, thereby displacing the center of the crank 5 up, completing its full and the sun gear 6 turnover. Therefore, the rotation of the rotor 4 at 120 degrees corresponds to one revolution with Lenogo wheel 6, and one revolution of the rotor 4 correspond to three revolutions of the sun gear 6. Thus, when the rotor 4 rotates the planet carrier 8 from the shaft 11, by the displacement of the crank, the speed of the sun gear 6 at the output will be 3 /three/ times - this gear transmissions. If the rotor 4 rotates, due to the displacement of the crank, the sun gear 6 that is associated with the drive shaft 11, the rotor output will be 3 /three/ times the smaller is the reduction gearing. Regardless of what element of the planetary gear is a leading, rotor 4 /led 8/, or the sun wheel 6 - their kinematic relationship intact, even though each of them, within a single planetary series, allows the overlapping of the opposite gear. If the rotor 4 and the crank 5 /solar/ wheel rigidly connected, the entire planetary gear mechanism as a whole will rotate in the housing 1 is direct transmission. The reverse is provided by the parasitic gear 9 fixed with its axis in the housing 1 and is installed between the gear 10 spline clutch drive shaft 11 and a ring gear of the internal gear 12 epicycle 2. Hole is made in working shaft being arranged with displacement by 1/4 of piston stroke from main axis of rotation. SUBSTANCE: wave plunger reduction gear includes movable rigid gear wheel (13), wheel interacting with it, wave generator (2) with cylinders (3) and radial channels (6) uniformly distributed in a circumferential direction, which connect each cylinder to central hole (7). Distributor (8) made in the form of shaft with working medium supply and discharge cavities (9) is installed in central hole (7). Wheel is made in the form of ring-separator (15), in the slots of which there located are radially movable prismatic plungers (14). In symmetric slots of plungers there installed is non-extendable flexible element (16). On shaft of distributor there eccentrically installed and offset in two diametrically opposite directions relative to wave generator axis are discs (22) interacting with plungers. The straight line along which discs (22) are offset, coincides with symmetry axis of distributor supply cavity. When discharging working medium from high pressure main line, plungers (14) come into contact with discs (22) and remain fixed in radial direction, thus maintaining engagement with movable wheel (13) and gear clutches (1). As a result, movable wheel (13) is reliably fixed against rotation.

Thread rolls with ends installed in casing with ability of rotation around its axis and allows cylindrical threaded surfaces engaged to screw. At ends of each thread roll there are implemented spherical projections centres of which are located on axis of roller. At each cover there are implemented spherical angular clearances centres of which are also located on axis of corresponding roller. Additionally radius of spherical angular clearances in covers for 2-3% more than radius of spherical projections implemented on corresponding to it ends of each threaded roll. Device is outfitted by two pins which are provided for angular attitude of covers relative to casing.

Transmission of multispindle machinery contains rotary, movable connected driving (1) and three more driven sections (2, 4) with spindle and intermediate body (3) in the form of rigid ring. All sections (1, 2, 4) are located round a circle of intermediate body (3) and are installed either inside, or inside or outside, or only outside of it, and are implemented with ability of interaction by its contact areas to corresponding contact areas of intermediate body (3). Part or all drive sections (2, 4) and communicating to them contact areas of intermediate body are implemented in the form of rollers or in the form of tooth gears. Due to introduction of hollow cylinders of stator and rotor of slow rotation, magnetic reducer is produced with high transmission torque from alternating ferromagnetic and non-magnetic elements.
