FIELD: engineering industry.

SUBSTANCE: wave plunger reduction gear includes movable rigid gear wheel (13), wheel interacting with it, wave generator (2) with cylinders (3) and radial channels (6) uniformly distributed in a circumferential direction, which connect each cylinder to central hole (7). Distributor (8) made in the form of shaft with working medium supply and discharge cavities (9) is installed in central hole (7). Wheel is made in the form of ring-separator (15), in the slots of which there located are radially movable prismatic plungers (14). In symmetric slots of plungers there installed is non-extendable flexible element (16). On shaft of distributor there eccentrically installed and offset in two diametrically opposite directions relative to wave generator axis are discs (22) interacting with plungers. The straight line along which discs (22) are offset, coincides with symmetry axis of distributor supply cavity. When discharging working medium from high pressure main line, plungers (14) come into contact with discs (22) and remain fixed in radial direction, thus maintaining engagement with movable wheel (13) and gear clutches (1). As a result, movable wheel (13) is reliably fixed against rotation.

The invention relates to the field of General engineering and can be used as a load-reducing mechanism in the actuator control systems.

The efficiency of the drive control is determined by the operational characteristics of the hardware. Actuators equipped with wave transmission, in particular wave transmission with a flexible toothed wheels (HGF), containing as the level of reduction of the wave gear, have a high gear ratio. Therefore it is often necessary to apply the multiplier system transmissions to increase the angular movements of the output shaft of the actuator, which complicate the design of the drive. Also the gear of the wave gear have low durability due to the presence in the flexible toothed wheel stress concentrators in the form of depressions between the teeth. Therefore, an urgent task is to develop such structures gearboxes that do not require multipliers, have high load capacity, the necessary durability and have the ability to work in difficult climatic conditions.

Known stepper motor [A.S. No. 530961, USSR, F15B 11/12, Stepper motor, Publ. 05.10.1976 Bulletin No. 37], which contains evenly spaced around the circumference of the block is controlled independently of the cylinders, then, is neither of which interact with the leading wheel gear.

The disadvantage of this drive is the lack of kinematic connection between the input and output shaft in the absence of pressure beneath the pistons that makes use drives with the same engine more braking devices that prevent spontaneous movement of the working body of the machine at fault pressure.

Known plunger transfer [Theoretical study plunger transfer / Hawks V.M. (USSR), Publ. "Izvestiya vuzov: engineering", №8, 1962], which consists of leading link (led), made in the form of a shaft with two eccentrics axes are shifted symmetrically with respect to the axis of the shaft and worn bearings, moving the plungers; the driven shaft (rotor)having radial grooves in which the plungers are moved-teeth; two fixed wheels with internal teeth that engage the plungers; spring rings acting on the projections of the grooves of the plungers and return the plungers to its original position; cases, covers and bearings of the shafts.

The disadvantage of this mechanism is that you cannot use for its work potential energy of the working fluid (liquid or gas).

Closest to the proposed technical essence is the engine described in patent RU No. 2278979 "Plunger gatherplace engine", op the nl. bull. No. 18. The engine contains a movable rigid gear and interacts with the wheel, the wave generator with evenly spaced around the circumference of the cylinder and the radial channels connecting each cylinder with a Central hole in which is mounted for rotation dispenser in the form of a shaft with the cavities of the supply and discharge of the working fluid. The wheel is made in the form of a ring-separator, the grooves of which is placed with the possibility of radial movement prismatic plungers, and in symmetrical grooves plungers installed inextensible flexible element with the same cross section.

The disadvantage of this engine is the lack of hard kinematic relationships between input and output shaft in the absence of pressure in the production network of the distributor.

Technical problem on which the invention is directed, is to increase the reliability of the engine.

The problem is solved in that in the wave plunger gearbox containing a movable rigid gear and interacts with the wheel, the wave generator with evenly spaced around the circumference of the cylinder and the radial channels connecting each cylinder with a Central hole in which is mounted for rotation dispenser in the form of a shaft with the cavities of the supply and discharge of the working fluid. The wheel is made in the form of a ring-separator, the grooves of which is placed with the possibility of radial movement prismatic plungers, and in symmetrical grooves plungers installed inextensible flexible element with a uniform cross-section, on the shaft of the distributor is installed eccentric spaced disks interacting with the plungers, which is offset in two diametrically opposite directions relative to the axis of the wave generator, and a straight line, along which the offset discs, coincides with the axis of symmetry of the cavity feed dispenser.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 shows a cross-section of the wave plunger gear; figure 2 and 3 shows an axial section of the wave plunger gear.

The wave plunger gear comprises a gear coupling 1, is rigidly fixed to the wave generator 2 with evenly spaced around the circumference of the cylinder 3, installed in them by the piston 4, the reduction in diameter which is inserted into the seal 5, and the radial channels 6 connecting each cylinder with a Central hole 7, which is mounted for rotation dispenser 8 in the form of a shaft with cavities drain 9 and the filing, made in the form of grooves 10, and the walls of the Central hole 7 is made annular groove 11 and the axial channels 12, indicating the ring protoco with radial channels 6 at the time of submitting them the working fluid.

Movable rigid toothed wheel 13 is connected with the plungers 14 toothed coupling 1. The plungers 14 are evenly disposed around the circumference and are secured against angular movement relative to each other by the separator 15, rigidly attached to gear the clutch 1, and the axial movements of the covers, which fulfill the role of a gear coupling 1. In the slots of the plungers 14 are flexible metal wires 16, the working fluid is supplied through the nozzle supply 17, the collector 18 and the axial channels 12. On the shaft of the distributor 8 installed and fixed against axial movement by a nut 21 eccentric offset in diametrically opposite directions eccentrics 20, which is made by rotational movement together with the distributor 8. Eccentrics 20 installed disks 22 in contact with the plungers 14.

The wave plunger gearbox works as follows. While supplying the working fluid from the high-pressure line (not shown) through the nozzle 17, the manifold 18, the axial channels 12, an annular groove 11, the grooves 10 of the distributor 8, the radial channels 6 in the cylinders 3, which causes the piston 4 to make reciprocating movement and to deform the flexible metal wires 16, with mounted plungers 14, which under the action of the pistons come into contact with a movable wheel 13 and the gear coupling 1 and create two diameter is correctly opposite the zone of engagement, located in one plane, and when applying to the valve 8 from the Electromechanical transducer or driven turbine (not shown) of successive pulses movable wheel 13 is rotated by an angle proportional to the number of command pulses. The plungers 14, were in the zone of discharge, affect pistons 4 force of deformation of flexible metal cables 16, which releases the cylinder 3 from the working fluid through the radial channels 6, cavity drain 9 and the Central hole 19 of the valve 8 in line of low pressure (not shown). When the exhaust working fluid from the high-pressure line plungers 14 are in contact with the disks 22 and remain fixed in the radial direction, while maintaining engagement with the movable wheel 13 and gear couplings 1, resulting in moving the wheel 13 is securely fixed against rotation.

The optimal ratio of the wave plunger gear lies in the range from 20 to 120.

An additional positive effect of the application of the wave plunger gearbox allows you to operate the actuator with emergency pressure drop in the line.

Currently, the development of the wave plunger gear is in the stage of experimental tests.

Duplex wave drive contains casing (1) with through cylindrical inner cavity (2) and cover (3), the first and the second electric motors (4, 21), the first and the second wave train of gears (5, 18). Double-wheel rigid gear (12) is located at two bearings (11). The first crown (13) of wheel (12) is fixed to ring gear (14) of flexible gear (6) of the first wave train of gears, and the second crown (15) - with ring gear (16) of flexible gear (17) of the second wave gear (18), which is connected by gear clutch (19) with output shaft (20). On inner surface of rigid wheel (12) between its crowns it is implemented clamp (28). At output shaft (20) it is implemented directed into the side of the first electric motor projection (29). Coat (3) and bushing (33) are rigidly connected to casing. wave generator (24) of the second wave gear is installed on rest (30) located on projection (29) which is common rest and for output shaft (20). At ends of each thread roll there are implemented spherical projections centres of which are located on axis of roller. At each cover there are implemented spherical angular clearances centres of which are also located on axis of corresponding roller. Transmission of multispindle machinery contains rotary, movable connected driving (1) and three more driven sections (2, 4) with spindle and intermediate body (3) in the form of rigid ring. All sections (1, 2, 4) are located round a circle of intermediate body (3) and are installed either inside, or inside or outside, or only outside of it, and are implemented with ability of interaction by its contact areas to corresponding contact areas of intermediate body (3). SUBSTANCE: proposed reduction gear has housing 2 with covers 1, detachable horizontal shafts 5 and vertical shafts 10 and 11 with gears 7 and 9. Housing 2 is provided with cavities 6 for gears 7 with holes 3 and mounting seats for horizontal shafts 5 and mounting seats for vertical seats 10 and 11 in center of housing.
