SUBSTANCE: invention related for a tubing string disconnection and the following connection to bottomhole equipment. Proposed hydraulic installation device consists of a case, a connecting unit and a collet, a nut. The case executed borings for bores on the collet leafs, which depth is equal to bores height. In the connection unit, between top and bottom parts executed radial holes for washing and located in staggered order. The boring executed stepped with two bores, the boring of the smaller diametre is for sealing, boring of the bigger diametre for the piston with cylindrical step displacement. At that length of the bottom boring cylindrical part is greater than the top boring length, but smaller than distance from a base of external cylinder case to boring for bores on the collet leafs. The piston executed with a cylindrical step and cannels, on the step for share bolts, in a middle part under the collet leafs and on the ends under sealing. In the piston top end part a ball located and an internal cant executed. The case connected with the connecting unit through the collet and the piston and fixed with a nut. The nut executed with boring for collet base bore.

EFFECT: reliability and efficiency of parker installation works increase, time consumption decrease.

The invention relates to techniques for the production of liquid or gaseous hydrocarbons, and is intended to detach and subsequent connection of the tubing downhole equipment, including packer systems in production and injection wells with one or more operational objects (layers).

Currently known Disconnector columns Sharifov (RF patent No. 2203385 from 02.02.2001, containing the stem with clamp, radial holes and outer sealing rings. On the barrel bottom-mounted housing with internal o-rings and the emphasis with shear screws. The casing forms a barrel with the top and bottom of the camera. Posted by top housing with an upper sub and a lower cylinder with an inner sealing sleeves and collet. The trunk has a latch, and accordingly he in the casing is made groove. In the barrel installed a sliding sleeve with outer retainer ring and the sealing ring hermetically isolating its radial holes. The outer retainer is made in the form of a spring ring. Disconnector column provides the possibility to detach the housing from the shaft of the hydraulic or mechanical way, and using rope-rope tool, and holding telescopescience stroke and automatic clutch when the input to the pus on the trunk.

Adopted for the prototype, is a device - Separating device Sharifov (RF patent No. 2203386 from 02.02.2001,), comprising a housing with internal grooves, a sleeve, zygodigital, the tip of the barrel. The housing is rigidly connected to the top of the adapter, and bottom - focusing. Installed in the housing for axial movement of the sleeve with an internal bore and an external fixator. The focus has an internal surface for the sealing lip and the radial channels for Cams. Zygodigital made with Windows under the petals of the collet. The body is made with two internal upper and lower grooves under the outer release liner, which is made with the internal bore surface, the radial holes and the outer grooves. The o-ring installed in the groove under the internal surface of the housing. A dividing unit RU includes the possibility of detaching the housing from the trunk both hydraulic and mechanical way, and using rope-rope tool and holding telescopescience of turn.

A disadvantage of devices common to both analogues is that if you are installing multiple hydraulic packers in one well of the ROK and ROO, because of its structural features, when pressure acts eject force, separating them before, cheerished landing of the upper packer. This leads to loss of efficiency and reliability, increased repair time and cost, and to losses in mining.

The task of the invention is to improve the reliability and efficiency of works packer and/or other equipment, reducing time and operating costs to service wells by increasing the turnaround time of downhole equipment and the increase in the production of liquid or gaseous hydrocarbons for a longer period.

To solve this problem is proposed instrument landing hydraulic consisting of a body, adapter, collet and nut. The body is made by boring under the clamps on the petals of the collet and its depth is made equal to the height of shoulders. In the adapter, between the upper and lower part made of radial holes for washing and shear screws and are staggered. Boring is performed stepwise with two clamps, the bore of smaller diameter to seal the bore of larger diameter to move the piston with a cylindrical protrusion. The length of the cylindrical part of the lower bore is greater than the length of the upper bore but less than the distance from the base of the inner cylinder case to bore under piles of petals collets. The piston is made with a cylindrical protrusion and the proto is kami, on the ledge under shear screws in the middle part under the petals of the collet with height equal to height of shoulders on the petals of the collet and the ends of the under seal. In the upper end of the piston placed the ball and executed internal chamfer. The housing is connected to the adapter through the collet and the piston and fixed by a nut. The nut is made by boring under the collar at the base of the collet. The adapter is made with internal pipe thread at the top and external threads under the nut at the bottom.

Figure 1-5 shows the main elements of the hydraulic landing.

Instrument landing hydraulic consists of a casing 1, an adapter 2, 3 collets, nuts 4, the piston 5, the ball 6 and the shear screws 7. The housing 1 is made with a bore 8 under the shoulders 9 on the petals 10 collets 3, and its depth is made equal to the height of shoulders 9. Collet 3 consists of a base with a collar 11 and the skirt 12. In the adapter 2 between the upper and lower part made of radial holes 13 for washing and holes 14 for shear screws 7. The bore of smaller diameter 15 is designed to seal and the bore of larger diameter 16 to move the piston 5 with a cylindrical protrusion 17. The length of the cylindrical part of the lower bore is greater than the length of the upper bore but less than the distance from the base of the inner cylinder 18 of the housing 1 to bore under piles of petals collet 3. Internal pipe thread waspaloy in the upper part of the adapter 2, and external thread 20 under the nut at the bottom of the hull. The piston 5 is made with a cylindrical protrusion 17 and a groove 21 under shear screws 7 and the groove 22 in the middle part under the petals 10 depth equal to the height of shoulders 9 of the collet 3. Grooves 23 are executed under seal, and in the upper part of the internal chamfer 24 under the ball 6.

Instrument landing hydraulic works in the following way:

In the composition of the packer or other equipment lowered into the well on the string of pipe. Set the packer mechanical or hydraulic in a known manner, according to the instruction manual. Check the tightness of the installation of the packer above and below the injection fluid and creating excessive pressure in the string of pipe or annular space of the well, respectively. Then to detach throw the ball 6 in the string of pipe and after its installation in the chamfer 24 of the piston 5 create excessive pressure. Under the influence of force transmitted through the ball 6 on the piston 5 when the seals 23, it moves down and its cylindrical protrusion 17 and a groove on it 21, cuts the 7 screws that are installed in the holes 14 of the adapter 2 and opens the radial flushing holes 13. Simultaneously, the groove 22 in the middle part of the piston 5 is set against the shoulders 9 on the petals 10 collets 3. The injection process of the liquid in the column t is the UX washed the upper part of the packer or other equipment and devices through radial flushing holes 13, reducing the likelihood of complications from mechanical sediments when disconnecting the adapter 2 with the column pipe from the casing 1. With the minimum possible acceleration start lifting the tubes after sampling her weight on crucibles and when a lifting force on the adapter 2, he starts to move up. The shoulders 9 on the petals 10 collet 3 is compressed and out of the bore 8 in the housing 1 goes in the groove 22 in the middle part of the piston 5. As the collar 11 of the base of the collet 3 is fixed by a nut 4, the movement of the collet 3 together with the adapter 2 and the piston 5 and disconnected from the housing 1. Thus, the proposed device allows to increase the reliability and efficiency of the installation packer and/or other equipment to reduce time and maintenance costs maintenance of wells by increasing the turnaround time of downhole equipment and to increase the production of liquid or gaseous hydrocarbons for a longer period.

FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil-producing industry, particularly to mechanical packers, used at operation of oil wells by electrically centrifugal pumps. Packer contains mine shaft with threads on butts and axial channel. On external surface of mine shaft it is figured groove, long slot blind below and open in top part of mine shaft. In middle part of mine shaft there are installed rests for cone. In top part of mine shaft by diametre there are implemented transverse slots, in which there are adjusting screws rigidly connecting mine shaft and rest. Under rest there are located sealing elements, cone and iron ring with ability of axial movement relative to mine shaft. In iron ring there are located toothed bowl slip sockets, guide pin and split keys rigidly connecting it to ring in axial direction. Into long slots of ring there are installed screw-thread dies, pressed in radial direction by springs. In area of coupling long slot is overlapped by washers with sealant.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be implemented for pull-out of holes, for example for hydraulic break of beds (HBB) operated with one well. The hydro-mechanic packer lowered into a well on a flow string consists of a mandrel made in form of two pipes, of sealing elements with a hold-down device, of an upper anchor with a hydraulic drive, and of a lower anchor with a mechanic drive connected to each other with a bayonet joint. Hydraulic anchor consists of a casing with a longitudinal through channel and transverse windows interconnected therewith. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to well development and operation of multibed deposits of hydrocarbons, particularly to process of simultaneous-separate operation of several operational objects of one well, and can be implemented for extraction of hydrocarbons out of well.
