SUBSTANCE: invention is used when placing biological protection plates intended for protection against radiation in compartments of hold rooms of shipboard nuclear power plant. Covering attachment method consists in placing of biological protection plates on attachment surface, which have mutually corresponding profile of face and side walls; at that, biological protection plates are laid on attachment surface overlapped one on the other so that edges between biological protection plates are aligned; then closing fasteners are installed in holes and rigidly attached through the holes of the latter to attachment surface with possibility of further connection of edges of closing fastener and hole of biological protection plate.

EFFECT: increasing life time of operating reliability of covering, as well as easy erection and removal of biological protection plates laid on surface of complicated configuration, which is in constraint conditions.

The invention relates to fastening technology and is intended for use during installation and dismantling for clamping the plates biological shielding from background radiation in the compartment bilge areas of complex configuration and are in zatesnennye conditions of the ship's nuclear power plant (NPP).

Known wall panel housing polygonal prismatic furnace containing sheet metal with elements of flanging on the contour, lining with mesh reinforcement and attached to a metal plate and the grid of anchor rods, and sheet metal bent in an arc of a circle described around the polygon cross-section of the furnace, and the mesh is attached at the edges to the sheet [0].

The disadvantage of this technical solution is that it is not guaranteed that the process of installation on the construction site prefabricated finished wall panels. Element-by-element Assembly results, especially when filling the lining of the volume in which using anchor rods are fixed to the reinforcing mesh to the reduction of operational reliability.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that the plates biological protection placed on the surface of mounting one on top of another, overlapping, combining the edges between the plates biological protection, then inserted into the holes closing fasteners and rigidly fastened through the holes of the latter with the surface of the fastening followed with the unity of the trailing edges of the fastening element and the orifice plate of biological protection.

Information retrieval of scientific and technical achievements on this topic, thematic analysis of the inventions of patent patent library Fund for the solution of this problem has not revealed the totality of distinctive characteristics similar to the characteristics of the present invention, which can be used as a method of fixing the sheathing of biological protection of the surface of the compartments of the ship's quarters complex configuration, in zatesnennye conditions NPP operating on liquid metal coolant in the mode variable loads. In accordance with the current legislation of Russia, the invention meets the criteria of "novelty", "technology", "industrial applicability".

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns field of nuclear power and is intended for hermetic overlapping of apertures in a protective shell at travel of the personnel and loads and can be used in emergencies on the atomic power station. The sluice contains installed in the case, at least, two doors with rotary shutters. Each shutter is supplied by the opening and closing mechanism, locking V-shaped device and a reducer. The locking V-shaped device is executed in the form of a cam. The cam is mounted on the arbor of a reducer and interacts with the V-shaped surfaces with rollers. Rollers are mobile disposed in the holder. Last is anchored in a frame pin. The frame interacts with a rotary shutter globe seats and is erected on rotary loops. Inferior from loops it is executed the drive. The mechanism of opening and shutter closing is executed in the form of system of levers, arbors and tractions. The system is related by one extremity to the distributive mechanism, and another - with a drive loop of a frame. Thanks to features of execution of the locking V-shaped device and the system of levers related to it, arbors and tractions of opening and closing of shutters the uniform hermetic sealing of a sluice irrespective of the geometrical shape of a door and an aperture is provided.

EFFECT: maintenance of hermetic overlapping of apertures in a protective shell at travel of the personnel and loads.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns nuclear technology and can be applied in unloading of baskets with spent nuclear fuel (SNF) from storage cells, including hazardous ones. The claimed method involves taking blank plugs off upper ends of canisters with spent nuclear fuel. Self-centering blank plugs with bushings fixed along canister axes are inserted into canister holes. Bushings are covered with elastic caps, and space between bushings fixed along canister axes is cast in protection concrete layer. Elastic caps prevent concrete penetration into bushings, their elasticity allowing protection concrete layer surface leveling without breaking centering. For direct SNF basket unloading a drilling aggregate is installed on protective concrete cast surface, elastic cap is taken off bushing, axis of tubular drill 10 is matched with bushing axis, annular drilling over the external canister contour is performed to the depth exceeding canister gain, concrete stub is cut by splitters, and basket containing SNF is elevated together with concrete stub and canister by splitters used as gripping device and loaded into transition container. Transition container is moved to transport container location, and basket with SNF is loaded into transport container, then the unloading process is repeated with next basket.

EFFECT: enhanced safety of SNF baskets unloading from hazardous storage cells and separation of radiation situation normalisation in storage and basket unloading proper in time.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns process of handling of two-bundle spent fuel assembly of atomic reactor, namely to fuel element bundle loading into capsule for further placement into container for transporting and long-term storage of spent nuclear fuel. Fuel element bundles are set into capsules simultaneously with closing of bundles by a gripping cap. A bundle of fuel elements held in the cap by retention grid is placed into gripping device in advance. In order to implement the loading process a capsule is equipped with a gripping cap. Gripping device is a collet carriers holding fuel element bundle together by the retention grid, in which a groove for adapter sleeve is made, that prevents collet opening. Gripping cap is equipped with a locking device in the form of spring split collar set in the annular groove for fixation of the cap in the capsule shell. At the capsule bottom face a vertical tubular damper capable of energy absorption if the capsule falls on its bottom face is attached.

EFFECT: wider technological capabilities of capsule cap; faster loading and unloading of bundle of spent fuel elements; better reliability and radiation safety.
