This application is a partial continuation of patent application U.S. serial No. 10/698313, filed October 31, 2003, publications of the U.S. No. 2005/0096250, published 5 may 2005 (Ohlhausen and Ludwig), now U.S. patent No.__, entitled "Cleaning and multifunctional coating composition containing organosilane Quaternary compounds, and methods of use". Such application is incorporated into this description by reference in its entirety for an understanding of the advantages and purposes of the present invention, described and claimed in the present description.

This invention relates to therapeutic compositions for the treatment of skin diseases. Organosilane Quaternary nitrogen compounds developed with hydrogen peroxide in an aqueous environment to provide compositions that can be applied in the treatment or prevention of skin diseases or conditions associated with properties of the skin surface.

The skin plays a key role in the body and essentially covers the entire surface of the body. The skin consists of two main layers: the surface epithelium or epidermis, which includes the upper stratum corneum and underlying connective tissue layer or dermis. The skin there are a number of functions, such as protecting the body from wounds and dehydration, the transmission of stimuli in the external environment, the excretion time the ranks of substances, regulation of body temperature and aid in maintaining water balance. Due to its importance in quantitative and qualitative aspect having substantially intact and healthy skin is crucial not only for the normal existence of the body, but also for its survival.

Health and skin integrity may be compromised wounds, abrasion, sores, burns, infections, irritation, effects of germs, dirt, water, and other physical or chemical damage, and other conditions under which the normal skin growth and repair processes may be insufficient. For example, acute conditions, such as in patients with burns over a large part of the surface, often require immediate skin grafting. Less life-threatening but chronic skin problems such as sores, psoriasis, acne vulgaris, scars, aging spots, sclerosis or irritation from diaper rash can develop into a more serious condition if not treated. Skin treatment includes a variety of methods and drugs. They can vary from symptomatic treatment, such as the application of surface anti-inflammatory compounds, to the use of skin grafting.

Effects on the skin of the water for a long period of time causes harmful effects in the RH is against the integrity and condition of the skin, such as maceration and damage to the barrier function of the skin. For example, it is known that exposure to water for a long period of time is a cause of dermatitis. Dermatitis, defined as inflammation of the skin, is the main problem of the professions for which the object of prolonged exposure to water is part of the skin (the so-called "wet profession"). It is also known that soldiers serving in tropical climates suffer from painful blisters on the feet (tropical trench foot") because of the long exposure to water. Such situations include a large part of the branch of medicine dealing with diseases, and have a significant impact on the economy. Thus, there is a need in the treatment and prevention of such damaging effects on the skin.

It is established that water-repellent and dirt-resistance property of the surfaces can be improved through the use of silicone compositions. Conducted the extensive research and development, involving silicone compositions to create surfaces with water-repellent properties. In U.S. patent No. 3579540 (Ohlhausen) described water-repellent film-forming composition of alkylpolyglucosides, acid and solvent, which form a sustainable and effective water-repellent square the NCI on a variety of surfaces. In further compositions that do not contain solvent, for treatment of porous and non-porous surfaces have been improved, as described in U.S. patent No. 6432181 (Ludwig and Ohlhausen). By covering different types of hard and soft surfaces of various substances achieve an antimicrobial effect. Organosilane Quaternary nitrogen compounds has also been successfully used to eliminate and/or reduce microbial contamination when applied to various surfaces. Use siliconized and/or desiliconizing Quaternary salts, solvents, and surfactants/detergents for cleaning and/or water-repellent surface treatment are described in the following patents and patent applications: U.S. patent No. 4005028; U.S. patent No. 4005030; U.S. patent No. 6559111; U.S. patent No. 6897191; U.S. patent No. 6809072; publication U.S. No. 2005/0089695; publication U.S. No. 2005/0020474; publication U.S. No. 2003/0109395; U.S. patent No. 6881247; U.S. patent No. 5426204; U.S. patent No. 4908355 and U.S. patent No. 6613755.

Compositions and methods for the treatment of skin diseases in humans with the use of hydrogen peroxide as the active antimicrobial agent, is well known. In the usual practice is to apply the compositions, which contain mainly hydrogen peroxide in aqueous medium or in volatile and nonvolatile media-solvents. For the treatment of various unhealthy skin manifestations in combination with hydrogen peroxide add other therapeutic agent. Thus, in the patent area described pharmaceutical and cosmetic compositions, and typical examples of such descriptions are settled by the following patents, includes U.S. patents 5906810; 5958984; 5380764; 4826681 and 3954974 and publication U.S. No. 2003/0008018.

Previously with reference to an earlier application U.S. No. 10/698313, filed October 31, 2003, now U.S. patent No.____, it was shown that organosilane Quaternary compounds in combination with hydrogen peroxide have the properties of surface-active substances, which contribute to the purification of contaminated surfaces and simultaneously possess a water-repellent and soil-repellent and antimicrobial properties. Thus, normal surfaces which are contaminated with normal household dirt in the cooking, eating, washing, etc. can simultaneously be clear and provide them with coatings related organosilane Quaternary compounds, quite a long time repelling water and dirt, while having antimicrobial properties.

As was also shown in the application '313' of the authors of the present invention, organosilane Quaternary compounds in combination with hydrogen peroxide provide a synergistic effect when linking with the surface. The composition of the present invention containing a combination of components organosilane Quaternary compounds and hydrogen peroxide, unexpectedly promotes improved adhesion and stability of the composition at various surface is level positions. In other words, the results obtained with the combination of components in the composition, exceed the expected algebraic sum of the activity of each component when they are applied on the surface separately. This synergistic activity provides a unique compositions and methods.

To date, it is shown that the songs specified in the earlier application '313' of the authors of the present invention have a therapeutic effect when used on the skin. In particular, the skin, which was shown to be a violation of any number of diseases, was restored by applying compositions of the present invention. In other aspects, it was found that the composition recover, treat and/or prevent skin disorders caused by water, dirt and/or germs. The composition contains a cationic organosilane Quaternary ammonium compounds ("organosilane Quaternary compounds") and hydrogen peroxide in an aqueous environment. These components are present in effective amounts for the treatment of skin integrity and health which was broken wounds, abrasion, infection, microorganisms, irritation, dirt, water and other physical or chemical damage.

Typically, the composition contains organosilane Quaternary compounds in amounts of about 5 wt. usually from about 1 to 5 wt.%. Hydrogen peroxide or its complex is present in an amount up to 20 wt.%, preferably from about 3 to about 10 wt.%. It is preferable to use a liquid solvent, usually consisting of deionized water and/or solvent, such as alcohol, polyol, ether glycol and a mixture thereof, such as glycol, monobutyl ether of ethylene glycol, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, propanol, butanol or the like. The compositions have a pH in the range from about 2 to about 9, preferably from 3 to about 5. Above and below these pH levels blocking activity of the components can be reduced, thus reducing the shelf life of the composition. The composition may also contain additional substances such as thickener, gelling agents, lubricants and solvents, and their effective mixture.

As described in more detail in the present description below, the number of therapeutic effects on the skin achieved using compositions according to this invention. In addition to a restorative or therapeutic effects on the skin that has been damaged by wounds, abrasion, bacterial contamination, etc., the composition of this invention can be applied to skin in a quantity effective for cleansing and increasing its water-repellent properties, i.e. its "hydrophobicity". Thus the om, the effects of the damaging actions against the integrity and condition of the skin, due to exposure to water, such as maceration and damage the barrier function of the skin, alleviate or prevent, by applying compositions of the present invention. It is important that the composition can be in the form of a cream, lotion, gel, ointment or spray, etc. in order to take advantage of their efficiency.

For purposes of cleansing composition of the present invention optionally contains abrasive particles in an amount of about 35 wt.%, preferably from about 5% to about 25 wt.%. Abrasive particles facilitate the removal of dirt, stubborn dust and stains from the skin, which may be contaminated as a result of work, environmental conditions, etc. Inactive abrasive particles may not necessarily be covered or uncovered and, as a rule, consist of silicon dioxide (SiO2), silicates, metal oxides, metal carbonate (calcium carbonate or coatings of calcium carbonate, clays, carbides and plastic, with an average size of from about 5 to about 300 microns.

This invention is also directed to a method of regulating skin hydration through the use of the composition of organosilane Quaternary compounds and hydrogen peroxide in the effective number n of the skin to regulate hydration, providing an aqueous permeable coating.

The invention also includes a method of treating skin a composition that provides a therapeutic multi-functional coating. For example, the skin, contaminated dust, stubborn dirt and stains that occurs as a result of works, etc. shall be cleaned and to provide her with multifunction coating, applying compositions of the present invention. For example, the inventive aqueous composition can be applied by rubbing or spraying on contaminated skin surface in an effective amount, and dirt be removed by wiping. In this application, the surface becomes clean and disinfected, sustainable preventive coverage is due on the surface, thus forming a clean shell with water-repellent and dirt-resistant properties as well as antimicrobial properties, which is difficult to wash off. The coating is water-permeable, to allow hydration of the skin and regulate hydration.

Further understanding of the invention, its various options for implementing and operating parameters will be apparent with reference to the subsequent detailed description.

In accordance with the foregoing objective of this invention is to provide therapeutic compositions and methods of treatment of skin diseases. Among skin ill the deposits, which can be treated successfully, to heal and/or prevented using compositions according to this invention, there are fungal disease of the skin (nail fungus toe); unpleasant smell feet; corns on the hands and/or feet; elbow psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis of the newborn; warts (century eyes and/or nose); "aging spots" (hands and/or face), acne, blackheads and acne (acne); suspected basal cell carcinoma; paper cuts on her arms; abrasions on the knees; inguinal athlete and puncture wounds, bacterial infections and other skin rashes. The composition also provides simultaneous cleansing, disinfection and water-repellent and soil release properties for the skin. therapeutic compositions are also (1) absorbable, (2) impregnating the skin and water, (3) with a wide antimicrobial spectrum of activity, (4) able to bind to the skin and permanently retain water repellent and soil release properties, (5) have a long shelf life and cost-effective in terms of efficiency and coverage, and (6) can be used or applied as a cream, lotion, gel or ointment by conventional methods.

Organosilane Quaternary ammonium compound

Organosilane Quaternary compounds described by the formula:

<> where R1represents hydrogen and/or C1-C4alkyl group; R2represents a divalent hydrocarbon radical containing from C1to C8volumes of carbon, R3represents hydrogen and/or C1-C4alkyl group, R4represents hydrogen and/or C1-C10alkyl group, R5represents a saturated or unsaturated C10-C22hydrocarbon radical, and X is a halide (preferably chloride or bromide), carboxylate (acetate, glycolate), sulfonate, hydroxide, sulfate or phosphate.

Organosilane Quaternary compounds in deionized water environment present in amount of about 5%, typically from about 1 to 5%, and hydrogen peroxide is present in the amount of approximately 20%, preferably about 3 to 10%. the pH of the aqueous medium is from about 2 to about 9, preferably acidic, about 3 to 5. Additionally, the composition may include a solvent selected from the group consisting of an alcohol, polyol ether glycol and mixtures thereof, as described above, more preferably, methanol, ethanol or isopropanol.

Cationic Monomeric organosilane Quaternary ammonium compound selected from the group consisting of

3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyltrimethylammonium,

3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyltrimethylammonium,

3-(trimethoxysilyl)propylethylenediamine,

3-(trimethoxysilyl)propellerpowered and

3-(trimethoxysilyl)propylacetamide.

You can use other suitable Quaternary compounds, providing the possibility of their functioning for therapeutic effects on the skin in accordance with the provisions of this invention.

In the preferred compositions of this invention organosilane Quaternary ammonium compounds help to cleanse the skin, but are also sources of active groups to bind to the skin to maintain the desired therapeutic effect. Thus, for organosilanes is preferred hydrocarbon groups, such as C10-C22saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group, which promotes healing, cleansing, presence of surfactants, vodoo Talivaldis properties and/or antibacterial activity.

Suitable Quaternary organosilane compound is described hereinafter in more detail with reference to the following examples. As shown above, generally, the compositions contain Quaternary organosilane connection in the amount of about 5 wt.%, preferably up to 1 wt.%. If skin compositions are made to cleanse dirt, grease or stubborn dust and so on, you can use different types of abrasive particles in an amount up to 35 wt.%, preferably from about 5 to about 25 wt.%. If using hydrogen peroxide or yoke complex, mainly hydrogen peroxide is present in amount of about 20 wt.%, preferably from about 3 to about 10 wt.% by weight of the composition. More specific number for the preferred organosilane Quaternary compounds such as 3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyltrimethylammonium constitute from about 0.4 to about 0.7 wt.% and about 5 wt.% and hydrogen peroxide from about 3 to 10 wt.%.

Solids

As shown above, if therapeutic and/or prophylactic compositions are made to cleanse the skin from dirt, stubborn dust, grease, etc. or other contaminants, you can use hard abrasive particles.

More abrasive used in the form of particles of many different sizes and typically with an average particle size of from about 5 to about 300 microns, with properties abrasiveness, usually varying in inverse proportion to the particle size, i.e. the smaller the size, the less their abrasive action on the dirt and the underlying skin surface. In addition, due to the different patterns of abrasive substances (i.e. spherical, lamellar, with cavities, sharp and so on), it is often necessary to use a combination of abrasive substances of different size and hardness to obtain the necessary qualities to remove both organic and inorganic impurities from the skin surface. Abrasive substances should not interfere with organosilane Quaternary compounds and hydrogen peroxide or, if the interaction units is Malaysia, must be in a form that does not react with the coating; thus, organosilane Quaternary compounds preserve the shelf life and is suitable for binding to clean the surface of the skin. Generally, if organosilane Quaternary compounds are present in amounts of about 5 wt.%, abrasive particles in the composition are present in amounts of about 35 wt.%. More preferably, if organosilane Quaternary compounds are present in amounts of about 5 wt.%, the abrasive particles typically present in amount of from about 5 to about 25 wt.%.

Hydrogen peroxide and synergistic activity

Hydrogen peroxide is a heavy liquid, and is used in aqueous solutions of different concentrations. The anhydrous form is soluble in water and alcohol. He is unstable, but, as a rule, Engibarov in solution phenacetin, acetanilide or compounds of tin and is suitable for use in this invention in effective amounts, as set forth above.

In the application '313' of the authors of the present invention previously been shown to have synergistic activity in combination organosilane Quaternary compounds and hydrogen peroxide on various solid and porous surfaces. It is believed that m is the mechanism of action of these active ingredients used to treat the skin in accordance with the provisions of this invention.

Not wishing to be bound by any theory, we believe that further understanding of the invention will be reasonable to assume the mechanism by which cationic organosilane Quaternary compounds associated with the surface of the skin in the presence of hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is well known for its antibacterial activity and its oxidizing ability, which is used for removal of various pollutants. In aqueous solution the acid is stronger water with reference to the following equation:

It is known that Quaternary ammonium compounds are associated with anionic surfaces by interacting with absorbed on the surface of the water. It can be described by the following equation.

where M+ is an organic cation with the exception of the hydrogen ion, and hydrogen ion cleaved from the absorbed water becomes gidratirovannym and is located in the aqueous phase in the form of H+(waters). Thus, an organic cation (M+is "Bogorodskaya" with an anionic surface.

However, until the present invention it was not known that aminirovanie of hydrogen peroxide with organosilane Quaternary compounds results in therapeutic skin effect according to this invention, as demonstrated in the examples below.

Treatment and prevention of skin diseases and conditions in these examples, highly visible and effective. I believe that the results are unexpected and believe that they are synergistic, like synergy, shown in the earlier application '313' of the authors of the present invention.

In order to understand the visible and effective activity, which is demonstrated in the following examples of the present invention, it is believed that hydrogen peroxide, which is very similar to water, is absorbed on the skin surface in a similar way, as shown by the following equation:

where M+ is an organic cation with the exception of the hydrogen ion, and H+cleaved absorbed from the surface of the hydrogen peroxide becomes gidratirovannym and is located in the aqueous phase in the form of H+(waters). It is believed that the organic cation (M+thus connected through hydrogen with the anionic surface of the skin, whose connection with the hydroperoxide ion (-OOH-even stronger than the bond with the hydroxyl ion (-OH-), when the skin anionic surface water is present.

Organic ka the ion also contains a silane functional group (-Si-OR), which can be gidrolizirovanny to silanol (-Si-O-H), additional linking chemical nature can be with silanol substrates or with a reactive residues on the skin surface, or with other organic cationic silanolate that lead to polymerization and the formation of cross-links with organic Quaternary compounds on the skin surface. Unlimited examples of the peroxide include hydrogen peroxide, urea, percarbonate sodium peroxide, calcium peroxide, magnesium and admonitordirobjslist that dissolve or disintegrate in aqueous solution with formation of hydrogen peroxide.

Thus, additional cleansing, antibacterial and activating the surface properties of hydrogen peroxide on the skin and its ability to enhance the binding of hydrogen Quaternary Milanovich cations (M+with the skin surface, promoting chemical bonding of the silane to the skin through the condensation and subsequent formation of cross-links, improve binding to the skin or the stability of the coating, the images of the frame as a result of application of the compositions according to this invention. On the basis of earlier data in the application '313' of the authors of the present invention, as stated above, I believe that the combination of cationic organosilane Quaternary compounds with hydrogen peroxide provides a synergistic therapeutic and/or prophylactic effects on the skin. In other words, the final effect of binding and stability of the combination of components is unexpectedly superior to the algebraic sum of the activities of the individual components.

Liquid solvents

A preferred form of therapeutic compositions of this invention are liquids and mean liquid solvent. The preferred liquid solvent is water, most preferably deionized water and/or alcohol, which creates an environment for suspensions, creams or gel with Quaternary organosilane compounds and hydrogen peroxide. As described above, you can use the inactive solid abrasive particles to facilitate cleansing. Thus, the above ratio of the amounts of Quaternary organosilane compounds and solid abrasive particles, and hydrogen peroxide to provide a ratio of deionized water to obtain suspensions, creams or gel with other possible additives, such as thickeners, gel substance, solid abrasives, lubricants and races is Writely. If the composition contains a solvent, it is generally selected from the group including alcohol, polyol, ether glycol and a mixture thereof, more preferably ethanol or isopropanol.

The invention may be understood more readily from the following detailed description of preferred embodiments of the invention. It should be clear that the terminology used in the present description, is used to describe specific embodiments without intending any limitation. For a more clear understanding used in the present description, the terms are defined as follows:

"Abrasive" or "abrasive" means any agent or substance that is used for massaging the skin or places, or areas of skin that occurs as a result of friction, shaking or massaging with abrasive "particles(Oh) or ' grains(DG)".

"Antimicrobial" refers to the ability of the skin surface and its coating to inhibit the attachment and growth of microorganisms, in particular those that cause disease.

"Application", "applicable" or "applicable", as used in the present description, means the treatment of the skin with the composition, as a rule, suspensions, creams or gel, which is used superficially.

"Bacterium" means ubiquitous one-celled organism is, which appear separately or as a chain and include various species involved in the processes of fermentation, putrefaction and infectious diseases.

"Connection", "connected" or "capable of binding" refers to the ability to strong adhesion of the composition onto the skin surface as the ability to bind water-repellent and dirt-repellent coating or the ability otherwise to absorb water and dirt on the skin surface. Used in the present description, the song is "related" or "capable of binding", if you have a contact angle with a simple (tap) water, which is higher (more than approximately 25°C) not subjected to the treatment of skin surface, and is resistant to washout the specified water.

"Pure", "clean", "cleaner" and "cleaning" also refers to skin surfaces that are contaminated, unblemished and free from accumulation of dirt, or to compositions according to this invention and to methods of their use.

Sanitize (disinfected)" or "disinfectant" means any chemical substance applied to skin surfaces for removing or inhibiting the growth of harmful organisms (bacteria) and their actions.

"Sustainable" or "sustainability" means long-term and not easily carried out by simple flushing (water) is water.

"Household dirt"or "pollution" means dirt, ingrained dust, grease, stains, spills, splashes and marks on the skin surface as a result of working, cooking, eating, drinking, washing, bathing, showering, such as dirt, dust, drinks, milk, coffee, tea, juices, sauces, gravy, transfusion liquid over the edge of the cooking process, soap-suds, water spots, mineral deposits, etc.

"The bacterium(s)" means(ut) microorganisms that cause disease.

"Inorganic dirt" means limescale, films from hard water, rust and mineral deposits, consisting of substances of animal or vegetable origin; originate from mineral sources.

"Massaging" refers to abrasion and/or peeling on the surface and inside of the deposits up until the dirt is no longer attached to the skin surface.

"Organism(s)" means any organism small enough in size to be seen by the naked eye, such as bacteria, protozoa, viruses and some fungi and algae.

"To facilitate (lightweight)" means a reduction in force or intensity and the decrease of gravity; mitigation and control; in particular in relation to the adhesion and growth of microorganisms.

"Mold" and "mildew" means the growth of small mushrooms that form the living and non-living surface, and, as the rule, associated with dampness and rot.

"Monomer" or "monomer" means a molecule capable of interacting with the same or other molecules or to form a protective coating on the skin.

"Multifunctional" means two or more different results from one application, such as simultaneous or sequential purification and leather coating, wherein the coating also gives the skin a water-repellent, dirt repellent properties, permeability and/or antibacterial properties, all in order to provide a cure.

"Inactive" refers to the solid abrasive particles which do not interact with organosilane Quaternary compounds or hydrogen peroxide, so that it reduces their quantitative relationship to therapeutic cleansing and coating in accordance with this invention; or, if they are active in their ground state, they covered a variety of substances, which form the barrier in which they are inactive and remain suitability to provide the required therapeutic cleansing of the skin and functions of the binding.

"Organic dirt" means food, soap foam, grease, oil and any chemical compound containing hydrogen; with the properties, or arising from living organisms.

"Particle(s)and grain(s)" means the smallest pieces or fragments of solids of different densities structure, structure, and size to remove insoluble dirt.

"Prophylactic (preventive)" refers to a protective action, method and/or the capacity obtained using therapeutic compositions according to this invention.

"Polymer" or "polymer" means a compound with high molecular weight, as a rule, the resulting reaction/condensation of molecules of small size.

"Repel" or "repulsive" means the effective resistance, holding out or from the outside, preventing mixing and resistance to absorption, attachment or penetration of water, dirt and bacteria.

"Resistance to removal" means the shell or protective skin coating that is difficult to remove by conventional use of treated skin on the body surface, daily contact with clothes or washing, the washing or cleansing of normal (tap) water.

"Disinfectant" or "who disinfection" means a substance, means, or method of cleansing the skin surface in order to free it from dust, dirt, bacteria, etc.

"Dirt repellent" means the skin surface, which has a lower capacity for adhesion and absorption, such as the ubiquitous mud, both before and after the evaporation of the water component.

"Sterilizing in the society" or "sterilization" means any chemical substance, the tool or method that causes the destruction of living organisms.

"Period of stability" refers to the effective shelf-life of liquid compositions according to this invention, if they are stored in containers under natural environmental conditions such as temperature in warehouses, shipping containers, packaging, etc. not exceeding 120°F, within a few months, basically, preferably more than six months, or at least one year.

"Skin" or "skin" refers to the body of an animal or person, which covers part or entire surface of the body and consists of two main layers: the surface epithelium or epidermis, which includes the upper stratum corneum and underlying connective tissue layer or dermis. The data definitions in the present description also apply to the nails and hair.

"Disease(s) of the skin)or a disease(I)" refers to the skin's health and/or integrity which could be broken with wounds, abrasion, sores, burns, infections, irritation, exposure to germs, dirt, water, psoriasis, acne vulgaris, scars, senile spots, sclerosis, and other physical or chemical damage and other defects of skin, including skin rashes.

"Surfactant" refers to the agent, which reduces the surface on which agenie or surface tension at the phase boundary between two liquids or a liquid and a solid. It includes, detergents, moisturizing agents and emulsifiers.

"Therapeutic (treatment)" refers to a restorative, preventive or curative action, method and/or ability to control the disease(s) of the skin, obtained by using the compositions and methods of the present invention(s).

"Virus" means ultramicroscopic, not having their metabolism, infectious agent that replicates only within the cells of a living host, mainly bacteria, plants and animals and which is transmitted directly through bodily contact, and through the hands, or indirectly by contact surfaces of the body and hands.

"Water-repellent", "water resistance" and "hydrophobic(ness)"used in the present description, describe the hydrophobic nature or properties of the skin and its ability to repel water, which is measured as the contact angle of a drop or a small number of simple (tap) water to the surface. Typically, the hydrophobicity of individual skin surface is calculated during the determination of the contact angle of drops of a simple (tap) water, which is about 25°C, and its ability to remove repeated washings this type of water.

Examples of tests skin care hands, face, feet and other body parts

Many skin diseases are caused as time, t is K and constant rashes and pimples on the outer skin layer or hair follicles, the nails and the openings of the sebaceous glands. Tables 2 and 3 show a noticeable and positive therapeutic effects of long-stored compositions according to this invention. In addition to the results in table 3, the skin of the hands, feet, knees, etc. that were treated with compositions were purified and gave her hydrophobicity. Skin surface disinfected from bacteria, mold, viruses or microorganisms or reduced their activity. Purification from organic/inorganic dirt and rehabilitation of the skin was performed by massaging the skin with additional inactivated abrasive particles in an amount of from about 5 to 25 wt.% by weight of the composition. When the skin treatment in accordance with the above examples, it was also shown that the hydration of the skin is regulated, providing a permeable surface of the skin as a result of therapeutic treatment. Thus, the composition of the present invention provides a stable therapeutic multifunctional coating that makes the skin waterproof and dirt repellent properties, and antibacterial properties. As further evidence of antibacterial therapeutic effects of the compositions below are examples of antibacterial action organosilane Quaternary compounds and hydrogen peroxide.

Examples of antibacterial D. the op perate composition of cationic organosilane Quaternary ammonium compounds/hydrogen peroxide on the ceramic surface

These tests demonstrate the antibacterial activity of the compositions according to this invention on ceramic surfaces, populated with a mixture of microbiological organisms, consisting of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis. The test composition was similar to composition #2 (table 2), consisting of

0.4% of 3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyltrimethylammonium and

3% hydrogen peroxide. For these tests we used the following materials and methods.

Materials

a. Escherichia coli (ATCC 11229)

b. Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 25923)

c. Bacillus subtilis (ATCC 6363)

Ways

1. Tablets with blood agar (BAP) were seeded fresh cultures of the analyzed organisms to obtain continuous growth and incubated at 35°C for 24 hours. The suspension of each is organizma was prepared by transferring colonies of each organism in a separate 10 ml test tube buffer Butterfield. For suspensions adjusted turbidity to 0.5 units Mcfarland, corresponding to approximately 1×106cells.

2. Breeding each suspension of 1:100 was performed, preparing aliquots of 0.1 ml of the suspension to 10 ml of BFB, creating a suspension of organisms.

3. For the reliability of that background contamination is absent, all the tested surface was cleaned with isopropyl alcohol and dried.

4. Duplicate areas 100 cm2measured and marked the test surface for each organism, marking by means of an insulating tape.

5. With test areas, a sample was taken using a pre-moistened with BFB sterile swabs to confirm that the tested region do not have bacterial growth.

6. Using micropipette and sterile tips, 0.1 ml of a suspension of the organism independently applied to the appropriate section of the test surfaces and evenly distributed through the calcined glass sticks to cover the entire surface of 100 cm2.

7. Then every surface was treated with the composition of example 1, spray it on the surface for cleansing and wiping with a paper towel or soft cloth to the crystal purity and brilliance.

8. With test areas, a sample was taken using a pre-moistened with BFB sterile swabs.

9. Suspension Organismo and strokes with the tested samples were mixed on a vortex for giving homogeneity and were cultured on BAP through Spiral Biotech Autoplate 4000.

10. Cultured samples were incubated at 35°C for 24 hours. The tablets were tested and the organisms were numbered.

Results

Data analysis of ceramic surfaces are presented below in table 7.

The data of the negative control shows that all surfaces are free of bacteria before the start of the experiment. The results demonstrate that the composition is an effective antibacterial agent against Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia Coli.

Example - resistant skin therapeutic coverage

Skin therapeutic coating was tested against sustainability at the hands of the next method.

1. Hands were washed with soap "Ivory", were washed with tap water and dried with a paper towel.

2. Then on the back of the hand was dispersing the following composition:

0,4% Quaternary compound C-18

3% hydrogen peroxide

4% denatured ethanol

in deionized water

The excess was shaken off and the hand was allowed to air dry.

3. Dried the back of the hand then washed with tap water with a temperature of 23 degrees Celsius, then shook hands to remove excess water. A repulsive skin surface was observed under the contact angle of 80-90 degrees all residual water droplets.

4. The treated hand washed repeatedly 20 times without visible and the changes of the contact angle of the remaining drops of water.

The results show excellent stability of therapeutic coating according to this invention on the surface of the skin.

Example test for water penetration

The following test was performed to demonstrate the permeability of the skin treated with compositions according to this invention, as compared with untreated skin: Collagen film (0.15 mm thick) was used as a leather substitute (reference: U.S. patent No. 5300286 Dow Corning, Col. 6, example 1). The sheet of collagen films were washed on both sides with isopropanol and dried in the air. The composition used in the nipple, then sprayed on one side of the film and the surface film is completely moistened. Excess composition was removed with paper towels and the treated surface of the film was air-dried. The film samples were cut into test specimens with a diameter of 2.5 inches.

The experiment equipment used in the test for water permeability, included container "Mason" with holes with a diameter of 2.5 inches and a capacity of approximately 8 ounces. Samples of film were placed on top of the orifice of the container, then put the rubber gasket in place closing the container "Mason". Then put the cover to tightly secure the film in place. 10 ml of tap water was added to the film surface and the film surface supported aqueous coating during the course the e entire period of the experiment. 50 ml of concentrated sulfuric acid was added to each test container, as a desiccant, for absorption of water that can pass through the film. The increase in the mass of sulfuric acid should be equivalent to the amount of water penetrating through the film of collagen in this amount of time. The weight increase was determined as the difference between the weight of the container and the acid before and after the experiment. The processed films were analyzed with a machined top surface and in contact with water (95-hour test), as well as with the processed surface with raw top surface in contact with water (7-hour test). Also conducted a control experiment with an untreated surface.

Tested compositions according to this invention and the results are presented in table 5, as set forth below:

We can conclude that the permeability of the treated collagen film (representing human skin) when processing compositions according to this invention is supported on almost the same level as that of the untreated film. Specialists in this field will be obvious that image, the techniques, the methods and compositions presented above can be changed and modified without deviating from the scope of the described embodiments and, thus, without departing from the scope of the invention.

1. Therapeutic composition for the treatment of skin diseases containing cationic organosilane Quaternary ammonium compound and hydrogen peroxide in an aqueous environment, and these components are taken in effective amounts for therapeutic treatment of skin diseases.

2. The composition according to claim 1, where the specified Quaternary compound is saturated or unsaturated With10-C22hydrocarbon group.

3. The composition according to claim 1, where the specified Thur ricnoe compound is present in amount of about 5 wt.% and this hydrogen peroxide is present in amount of about 20 wt.% by weight of the composition.

6. The composition according to claim 5, where the polyol or alcohol is a glycol, monobutyl ether of ethylene glycol, methanol, ethanol or isopropanol.

It is ensured by daily intravenously drop-by-drop introduction of physiologic saline 200 ml containing magnesium sulphate, ascorbic acid, hydrogen peroxide in a certain percentage ratio within 15 days.
