FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns cosmetology and represents a protective cream containing soap, a mineral vehicle, a preserving agent and water, differing that it contains potassium phytogenesis soap, kaolin or talc as said mineral vehicle and in addition, natural saturated and unsaturated higher fatty acids, cetyl or cetearyl alcohol, low-molecular organic acid and a biologically-active additive. The ingredients of the cream are taken in certain proportions.

EFFECT: invention provides reduction of negative effect of the cream on hand skin by reducing its pH to the level close to physiological pH of skin, and given cream can stimulate the regenerative function of skin and protect skin from other harmful non-chemical factors.

The disadvantage of the cream is its alkaline pH. Prolonged exposure to alkaline cream leads to degreasing, dehydration and irritation of the skin. This makes it impossible to use the cream for the daily hours of hand protection workers in the industrial environment.

Preparation of protective cream is as follows:

Charged to the reactor 85% of that provided by the compounding amount of water, add potassium soap, include heating and continuous stirring to achieve complete dissolution of the soap in the water. In the resulting soap solution heated to a temperature of not lower than 60°C, impose higher fatty alcohols and higher fatty acid, the mixture is stirred until complete homogeneity of the emulsion, after which the portions add mineral filler is added and stirred for another 20-30 minutes until a homogeneous mass.

In parallel in a separate mixer in the remaining 15% water dissolved low-molecular organic acid or its salt.

Without intensive mixing, slowly add to the bulk of the cream solution of organic acid, after which include cooling and when the cream temperature 35-37°C is injected into his set of biologically active dietary supplements. Continue stirring and cooling cream.
